2 sandwiches poorly filled and cold, 1 water: 33CHF

We just spent 30 minutes trying to order something here. Not only was the curly-haired man behind the bar listless, but he simply didn't serve us. We asked him if we could order something at the bar or just at the cash register. Then he said we can do both. We then asked him if we could order, he just said he would come by later. After further disrespect (looking away and preferring other customers), we canceled the process. Such behavior was a disgrace and then he also threw down his own tray while cleaning (professional staff)...

The coffee was dull & not worth the money

It was a very busy afternoon, it was hot and humid. There was a single guy behind the bar and he was rushed off his feet. The Chopfab Amber was really nice and cold, perfect. Nice atmosphere too, but having two people behind the bar would have been good. Still, top marks to the single guy for not losing his temper dealing with all these stressed and thirsty airline passengers.

We sat and said hallo to the first person at the bar, he looked at us and left. The second person, when asked what kind of beers they had -since no one offered us a menu- pointed to the draft taps and the refrigerator, saying: beer. After serving us the beers she left the bar, leaving the place was unattended. Also ignored us later when she returned. Clearly 100% uninterested in working there, worst service in Switzerland.

A young gentleman served me very friendly, but an Asian woman came in, she was scabby and didn't even want to give her name... very unfriendly

I didn’t get a chance to taste anything since the waitress / waiter was so rude and couldn’t even take the time to explain to me the different beers on offer that I gave up and went around the corner to buy food and coffee. I didn’t even particularly want this style of cuisine but just didn’t want to give this place my business when it hires such rude and unqualified service (if you can call them that) personnel. If the food is as bad as the service I would avoid this place at all costs.

You don't get what you ordered, the seller doesn't understand a word, the coffee was really disgusting, but it cost a fortune. The last time!

Very bad conditions, more staff!

I ordered a cappuchino. According to the menue 6.20. The bill is 6.90. Asking for the difference she says we only have normal and small and as you didnt say small I made a normal. I showed her the menue which has no normal, just small and large and she automatically went for large and then lied to me that this is normal… With the prices they charge they could at least be honest. Better go to Starbucks where you get what you order.

Decent spot with a decent selection of beers and very good service. Prices are high, but this is normal in an international airport.

5 minutes to serve a beer and a sandwich, the waiter looking at the phone and answering WhatsApp. for a bill of 15 euros a horrible service.

One person working, lousy service

Disgusting coffee. Was too hot, I asked about normal temperature and they r just added cold milk there. If u really appreciate good coffee, Don't try it here

The airport terminal was relatively quiet. The coffee and the barista were warm and friendly. It had been a long flight that made the java that much more appreciated. Thank you, 6 euro for a cup and a pastry were worth much more.

One person at rush hour at lunchtime. The owners probably have no interest in selling anything. The employee is completely overwhelmed all alone with all the guests at the counter.

No signage warning travelers that even though they have a bar setup they don't serve at the bar. Very rude person attending who ignores customers sitting at the bar to let them know the system is actually self-service.

Café au lait 6.90chf which tasted awful.

Beer bar in Zurich airport where you can sip good beers between two planes. There is a large choice of beers but it is also possible to consume other alcohols or even non-alcoholic drinks. It is possible to eat there but you will mainly find pretzels or sandwiches. The staff is cool and does their job.

Old sandwiches, bad coffee, rude personal.
