Great thing, unfortunately I'm always too short to get to the train station so I haven't been able to have a nice drink yet, but great idea and implementation. But always give my guests at Chasa Steiner the insider tip, everyone was thrilled!

Open Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 13:00 enjoy locally sourced artisan cheese and meats produced in villages of the lower Engadin. Years ago, before the cafe was remodeled, after an amazing hike we would sit on the bench outside the station enjoying a sandwich waiting for the next train Now we have a warm and friendly place to have even more fun! Welcome to the Engadin! UPDATE: After a hike to the SAC hut Chamonna Tuoi 2.5 hours above Guarda we were tired. Since we were staying in Lavin, we took the postalbus + train 1 stop down to Lavin. It was Friday so the Staziun Bistro was open! Tables shaded by umbrellas were set up outside so we ordered a beer to relax before the 3 minute walk down to our Hotel Piz Linard. The views down valley made it an amazing end to my fantastic birthday party.
