We went to Restaurante Stella for dinner based on a recommendation and even though we hadn't made a reservation we got a table straight away 👍 The dinner was excellent 😋 and the price was great. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The Restaurante Stella is highly recommended... We will be back

I would definitely say one of the best pizzerias in the area. Nice and clean location. I recommend the management to hire more staff to avoid long waits and pamper the customer a little more. Me and my friends have a good time here. They are mainly for locals so don't expect perfect English. But the food are perfect. The portion is very large for Asians but the taste is to die for. We will surely visit this restaurant again if we are in the area.

Received a tip from locals to eat here. Very hospitable welcome. Take dietary requirements into account, including a wide choice of gluten-free options for celiac disease. Young children were also taken into account, with toys and by serving quickly. Delicious food!

It is an excellent place in the historic center of Mendrisio. The pizza is definitely good, I recommend the porchetta one. It can also easily accommodate groups of 10 people. It's often fully booked on weekends so it's a good idea to call and reserve

I only took a takeaway pizza, but I can say that in addition to being good, the place was clean (as seen while I was waiting), simple and welcoming. The staff....well. I can't judge that since they hardly said a word to us.....but actually I wasn't there to talk but to order pizza. Which I repeat was good. The prices are a little high but it's normal for Swiss life (I'm Italian). So, bon appetit everyone.

I come here every time I want to eat a good pizza. Highly digestible dough, non-nauseating tomato sauce and good quality ingredients characterize the pizzas. The kitchen, looking at the dishes arriving at the other tables, seems excellent. It all ends with an excellent service.

It's the second time in a short time and I think also the last. Definitely mediocre pizza and one of the ladies on staff is really rude and makes you not want to eat in this restaurant.

Their pizzas are just right, the dough is super crispy. The seafood spaghetti is delicious and very very well served and above all the price is more than fair.

Certainly one of the best pizzerias in Mendrisiotto, capable of confirming itself over time while maintaining remarkable quality. The only flaw, for me, is the à la carte menu: it has been the same for a long time so for those who would like to go "more often" the choice is a bit limiting even if some off-the-card dishes are offered. However, it remains a formula that works because the place is always full!

Il Ristorante sembra fermo nel tempo con le pareti tutte in legno ma visto che siiamo stati finora un paio di volte devo dire che la pizza è ottima anche a pranzo sopratutto se vai con i bambini quindi non possiamo che dare un giudizio positivo.

Locale bello e ben curato, piatti ottimi, curati anche nella presentazione e porzioni abbondanti; speciale il risotto al büscion di capra, così come il risotto con le quaglie glassate al porto e i medaglioni di capriolo della rassegna gastronomica! Buonissimi anche gli gnocchi di ricotta con pesato siciliano, la tagliata, e l’orecchio d’elefante! La Catalana merita sempre di essere assaggiata!! Anche le pizze sono favolose: ben farcite, digeribili e buonissime (grazie Renato)!! Servizio sempre veloce, attento e accompagnato dal sorriso (anche sotto la mascherina). Complimenti a Luca e a tutto lo staff!!
