The pizza and kebab were cold and it took him 30 minutes to find the address.

Unfriendly and arrogant operator. When asked if I could get fries in my Dürüm he said no, only separately. I then said I would pay for the extra fries at the price of the separate portion. He didn't want this either. The Dürüm was therefore not good either. ONCE AND NEVER AGAIN!

Pocket bread with everything, spicy and cocktail was good If you want to calculate: exactly 77fr. It cost. Ordered at 8:45 p.m. and was here at 9:45 p.m. (Wolhusen-Entlebuch 11min. 9.1Km)

We ordered a pizza of our choice and were extremely satisfied. Thin, airy dough, hot and very tasty. Two or three more mussels would have been great, but you can't have everything in life ;) Absolutely worth it with a salad and a drink :) Delivered on time and was very friendly.

Absolute disaster! This isn't the first time I've been rejected! The first time we tried to order by phone we were shouted at what kind of pasta we wanted, totally unfriendly. Pizzas are okay, but ingredients are usually of poor quality. Suppliers are always extremely unfriendly and endlessly lazy. The gentleman today required me to come across the street to him to pick up my food, after waiting 90 minutes for delivery. There were also 2 ingredients missing from my pizza.

The pizzas are delicious and enjoyable. However, the delivery times are terribly bad. You order at 5:30 p.m. (tolerance of 10-15' is completely fine) and receive the pizzas 45' - 60' late. This has already happened several times. No apology, no response regarding delay.. (living in the neighboring village)

Ordered a Dürüm to take away here. The Dürüm was ok in size, but very tasteless. The meat seemed rather inferior and the cocktail sauce was liquid like water and had no taste. Unfortunately the Dürüm was not closed at the bottom so everything leaked out and a lot came out. The staff was relatively unfriendly, there is no toilet, you have to use the disgusting public toilet about 30m next to the shop. Would never buy anything here again.

Uncomplicated ordering via eat.ch. Delivery time is also within reasonable limits, depending on busy times you sometimes have to wait longer (up to around 50 minutes), but I don't think that's a bad thing at all since we live in a remote location. The food is also very good. Special requests are implemented.

The entrance is 10:30 p.m. Monday-Thursday but I wanted to get a kebab on Monday February 3rd at 9:45 p.m. and I was kicked out of the shop because it was closed!!!!!! I wanted to try it for the first time because I've never been there before, but I definitely won't go and get it in the future!!!!!
