Today I went to redeem my full Subway Club card at Subway Sandwiches & Salads Go and the saleswoman 👩‍💼 asked me what kind of burger I wanted. I said the turkey and the 50cl cup. Pay ONCE. Refill is free and that I think it's very cool 😎 then you can refill as much as you want and I think the saleswoman was also very friendly with me.

The Subway branch in Baden offers great service, especially thanks to Sandhya. Your friendly approach always puts a smile on my face. It's a shame that my favorite dish, the plain chicken, has been removed from the range, hence one star deduction. Nevertheless, I enjoy my sub here!!

Unfortunately, even though the shop was open, after about 10 minutes of waiting there was still no staff available. So I got my lunch from another place. The tables were uncleaned.

Food is good, but if you ask for anything even slightly more complicated than single items, like for the kids menu or want to redeem a loyalty card, it's always unpredictable what you get and what it costs. Usually if they call the supervisor it's always resolved but this time they "redeemed" the loyalty card, didn't apply it, and just repeatedly pretended to call the supervisor who didn't show up within 30 minutes. Frustrating and scammy.

Had to ask for rags ourselves to clean the table. We weren't even thanked and we had to wait 5-7 minutes for the staff to serve us.

I wanted to go to the Subway Baden a long time ago, but when I had time on a Friday evening, there was simply no one who could/wanted to serve me. This disappointed me a bit. I have never been to the Subway since then, even when I can only speak positively about the Subway...

We ordered food. The delivery person simply left the food outside after we told him which floor we were on. The food was COMPLETELY WRONG. Ingredients were swapped or simply left out entirely. We ordered 3 cookies and only 1 came. But a third of this one was broken off/bitten off. We tried to call straight away but no one picked up. Simply outrageous and cheeky. Worst experience we've ever had with an order. Very disappointing. I advise others to go directly to the store or, better yet, just eat/order from another location.

The reception in the restaurant is very good and the staff is great! The food is of course the best! The price is very worth it. I highly recommend it!!

Paid for 15 cookies and only received 5 when we ordered through uber.

No one was in the store when we entered. First had to wait 5 minutes. Wrap was rolled cold and unlovingly and the waitress was strange, didn't feel like working and wasn't able to concentrate. Put the wrong ingredients in the wrap and laughed the whole time with her colleague. After being served, both of them disappeared back into the toilet. Completely disappointing, never go to this subway again!!!

Extremely bad and unfriendly service. Worker was rude and rude. Subway was poorly made and fell apart when packed. Will avoid eating here and do not recommend the location. Really disappointing how they treat customers.

Very disappointing!!!! At the beginning there was no staff in the store (we didn't know if it was even open), the wait was almost 5 minutes until someone came!!! The bread had hardly any toppings and was ICE COLD, like it had been fresh from the fridge!! The cheese wasn't melted and the quality of the meat (teriyaki) also left a lot to be desired!!! And on top of that, the saleswoman was as unfriendly as anything, the fact that she didn't want to work made it more than noticeable!! There will definitely NOT be another visit here in Baden!!!!!

As is well known, you can argue about taste, you either like the food or you don't... Personally, I like it very much! What cannot be argued about is service and cleanliness. In my experience, this branch is super friendly and very clean. I particularly noticed Daniel - now for the second time! He is always very friendly, accommodating, makes great suggestions, and you can tell that he enjoys doing this job. As a customer you feel welcome, respected and taken seriously. Fresh made sandwiches for reasonable prices. Many times there is only one person, so expect some waiting times - not too bad though since they're quick. Daily menu is good value.

Very good sandwiches. Thanks to the large selection of ingredients and possible combinations, everyone will find something. However, information for “inexperienced new customers” is very sparse. Then you have to find your way around on your own. Very few seats, I can't say whether the tables are cleaned every now and then, but ours certainly showed clear traces of at least one previous user. Drinks are available in refillable cups.

I ordered via Uber Eats but the courier didn't come. The Subway boss called me and informed me that they had the order ready on time but the driver couldn't be found. The order was then canceled by Uber so I went to the store to get it. The Subway team is great! They handled it great. I will no longer order via Uber Eats but I always enjoy going to Subway in Baden. Great service and delicious sandwiches.
