Sushi Stars in Bassersdorf

We ordered for the first time in this restaurant, one of the items was not available but the simpathy of the staff solved the issue with another one, they even brought us some extra delicious food which we weren't expecting. Friendly staff, great fresh food and quick delivery. For sure was the first of many orders in this restaurant.

Sushi were ok, but nothing special, rather small for the price.

Small but nice. Opened spring 2023. Delicious freshly prepared sushi. Basically a relaxed, friendly, humorous team. However, at peak times or when everything comes together, there may be delays and waiting times. The team is always trying to improve.

Great sushi and good value for money! We often order take-away or have it delivered, always great! 😊

Sushi quality really good and fresh. The price is also very acceptable. Unfortunately there were far too few staff, we had to wait almost an hour for the food, the poor service was completely overwhelmed between take away and service in the restaurant. Despite being very hungry, we decided not to order again and went to Burger King.

We by chance encountered this sushi restaurant and stopped by to eat. We were pleasantly surprised and plan to return.

We ate there yesterday and tried out the menu a bit. Everything was very tasty and you feel very welcome, even with children, thanks to the friendly and friendly service. We were definitely not there for the last time.

The first order arrived very late. I then received a nice call and was given a voucher. I redeemed this today. The order arrived on time, but there was a live fly in the sushi package. I have now lost my desire for sushi. Only bad experiences from the start. Too bad.

Great sushi with fair price-performance. Very nice and friendly staff. There was an error in our online order for system reasons, but we were contacted by the restaurant and served very courteously.

The order was uncomplicated and delivery was quick. Everything was packaged very nicely and appetizingly. Excellent taste and the quality was convincing. Gladly again!

Sushi Stars offers a culinary taste experience in a class of its own. From the starter to the coffee, a revelation for the senses. ;) No really - the fish melted in your mouth and even a simple maki with cucumber surprised you with its flavor intensity and freshness. Everything is incredibly delicious! We will be back.

The whole thing is still a bit improvised. Especially the furnishings in the restaurant and the outside area. But very tasty sushi and totally attentive and friendly staff. New sushi restaurant in Bassersdorf. The sushi is amazing, everything is super fresh and beautifully prepared. The service is very personable and friendly, but could be a little faster. Otherwise everything was great, thank you. We will be back.

We tried the new restaurant for the first time and I have to say - we had a very good experience. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, the waiting time was completely okay (with the restaurant full + take-out deliveries), and the food... I've had a lot of sushi, but it rarely tasted so fresh. The unagi nigiri tasted like it was freshly cooked, the Nagoya rolls were made from fresh tempura with just the right amount of heat (for me, I'm a wimp when it comes to this) and the gyoza appetizers were clearly freshly made. The salmon I had also tasted fresh. The prices are extremely good considering the high quality of food we received - we literally stuffed ourselves for around 90 francs for two of us. We also liked the music in the background. We'll definitely come back!!!

Positively surprised! I rarely eat sushi in Switzerland because good sushi has its price here. The Sushi Stars is reasonably priced and tastes good. The rice is hand warm (as it should be and not cold from the fridge), the salmon tastes nice and “buttery” (from the fat) and everything is very simple without a lot of frills... I'm already looking forward to the next time!

The restaurant offered a wonderful dining experience. The food was really delicious and showed that the food here is cooked with great attention to detail and high quality. Every bite was a taste experience and the different sushi creations were perfectly coordinated. The service was also very friendly and attentive. The staff always strived to provide guests with the best possible service and ensured that nothing was missing. Particularly noteworthy was the expert advice on the selection of dishes and drinks. Although the ambience wasn't perfect, it didn't spoil the overall impression of the restaurant. While the atmosphere wasn't breathtaking, it was still pleasant and matched the relaxed vibe of the restaurant. In summary, the Sushi Restaurant is highly recommended for its delicious food, friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit!
