The fact that a village like Oberkirch still has a bakery on site is generally appreciated. Unfortunately, Suter's team could not meet our expectations. We had specially ordered special “Heart Berliners” for our daughter’s birthday (apparently a house specialty). When ordering we provided address and contact details (mobile phone). The order was placed early on Saturday morning and picked up on Tuesday morning. When we went to pick up the order, the saleswoman told us that heart Berliners were only produced on special occasions. And instead of the ordered quantity, only a portion would be available as normal Berliners - we can select something else from the range to achieve the desired number. When we asked why the team hadn't contacted us and why the order wasn't converted into normal Berliners and at least the full number was delivered, the saleswoman said that the person who took the order didn't understand that heart -Berliners were only produced on certain occasions and would not always work, so they would have improvised on the collection day. Our daughter was looking forward to the Berliners, she was there when we ordered and chose them. We are all correspondingly disappointed. The fact that we didn't even have the desired number of Berliners and that we were snippily and somewhat arrogantly referred to the rest of the range was the "peak"... Unfortunately it was the last time that the bakery provided something for us - or not...

We went there once for coffee. Nice decor, good coffee, friendly staff. I can't rate anything more (yet).

I buy my lunch here every day and receive very friendly and courteous service every day! Very few bakeries still have such competent specialist staff as here. In addition, there are always changing delicacies and not just the same range every day. You can even hand in your packages, which is not a given! I'm your fan! :)

The waitress yelled at us for no reason! I will never buy anything there again!

Very nice well-kept bakery and restaurant. Very fine bread, sandwiches, desserts, cakes and much more. The restaurant is small but nice. The service is warm and friendly

Service was poor. Waited 20 minutes then placed the order and received the wrong one. The furnishings leave a lot to be desired, rather a bit bare and the seating is not very comfortable, at least in some cases. The product quality was good. All in all, the price/performance ratio wasn't right for me.

Poor service with few visitors: - Some of the dishes had broken edges - oversalted scrambled eggs - long waiting times

Products (unfortunately) absolutely average. Unfriendly sales staff. Nowadays I prefer to go and get the bread at the Spar next door, at least the service there is nice. It's a shame that we don't have a better bakery in Oberkirch.

Drinks and food are great! The atmosphere of the restaurant has room for improvement. It seems a bit cold and sterile.

Nice café restaurant, very good patisserie & café. Fast service. Parking spaces in front of and behind the restaurant. Closed on Sunday at 2 p.m., no display of opening times at the entrance to the café!

Went to my favorite bakery today. I am a regular customer. Has often been served by a young woman with dark hair, as was the case today. She was able to advise me very well at the post office as well as in sales. With a lot of passion and commitment, she convinces me every time. Thank you for your efforts, it's a pleasure to be a customer. The product selection is very good and everything is fresh. Keep it up.

Today we were at Suter’s Frederic in Oberkirch. There are two stars only because I liked the interior, I thought it was stylishly decorated. Price-performance ratio is OK. There are deductions for the miserable service, e.g. long waiting times despite there being few guests. Our order (1 dark bowl, 1 croissant and a hazelnut) was delivered incorrectly. Mistakes can happen, but I think dealing with them is important. I gave the macchiato back because the flavor was missing. One waitress said to the other (who had taken the order): “It would have been flavored” Her colleague replied something along the lines of: “Don’t be serious, it’s not that bad,” which of course we heard. When the real coffee came, I told my companion that we had been there for the last time. The service staff apologized for the behavior of her slightly older colleague, who seemed very overwhelmed. Based on the conversation that the two had between each other, in my opinion it can be concluded that we whs. were not the only dissatisfied guests. Conclusion: There are much better branches of your chain (e.g. Langenthal)

In addition to coffee and tea, there are also small lunches. My Valais cheese toast was really unique. We recommend.

Very good breakfast options, everything was very tasty. Good coffee. Friendly courteous service.

Pretty little café with a nice selection of different breakfasts. Super nice service, good PLV and the coffee is good. The variety of breads is large and the bread is simply great. For me it is the only breakfast place that leaves nothing to be desired. I will gladly come again!

Unfortunately, the service didn't pay enough attention to the terrace and the chairs weren't comfortable enough to stay for a long time.

I've only been here once so far. I had a cheesecake and it was very good. The staff is attentive and friendly.
