Good evening Suweena team I ordered my food from you today and picked it up. It's not very polite to send customers out without a proper answer. If you have stress while cooking, I can't help it. My food was quite good, but my wife's had something with fish in it and my wife is very allergic to fish (this menu that she has been eating for years should not contain fish) Greetings Remo

Big advertisement on Sunday they are open from 11:00. We went there it was closed so I check and online said from 16:00 🤷🏻‍♀️

The food is delicious 😍. The friendly service. It is a place with little space, especially if you go with a stroller or babies, but there is the option to order with Uber Eats! I really recommend the pad thai with duck.

Even though we didn't show up until 9:30 p.m. (the restaurant closes at 10 p.m.), we were warmly welcomed. The food was cooked quickly and was first class. We'd love to come back😊

Still great a year ago, but a flop since the change of ownership. After a few mediocre meals this year, two days ago I had a massaman curry with strangely rubbery potatoes, which woke me up the next morning with stomach cramps and continued their work with sweats, vomiting and diarrhea. In my opinion this store should close immediately! If you're still hungry for something to eat at Suweena's and then waste two days of your life with food poisoning, I can of course recommend a Massaman Curry.

My absolute favorite Thai takeaway for a long time. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed the last two times. The Friedrice is still freshly cooked, but not with large pieces of vegetables as before, but only with small vegetable cubes, very little seasoning, absolutely no taste experience anymore. Also the Pad Thai, very bland… the portions have also become smaller. Wondering if the restaurant got a new boss. It's also a shame that you still get plastic dishes and cutlery.

Were extremely satisfied! We always enjoy coming to Suweena to eat Padthai. The portions are very generous and super tasty! Thank you for the fine food and the friendly service!

Unfortunately very disappointing... My partner and I picked up 2 menus from the take away 2 days ago in the evening, 1 x STIR FRIED WITH CASHEW NUT and 1 x SWEET AND SOUR.. our conclusion: The dishes were not prepared with fresh ingredients at all, everything was frozen, and the menus were lukewarm. The vegetables were still practically raw (far from al dente), the sauces from the tetra pack, tasteless and loveless, canned pineapple... just really a no-go. The service staff at the take away also really left a lot to be desired, apart from a single forced smile when paying, nothing of friendliness... very, very unfortunate. We definitely won't be coming back... (About a year ago the quality was still top and the service staff was very friendly... the crew may have changed, otherwise we can't explain the decline...)

There was a time when I lived on Bettlistrasse / Oskar-Bider Strasse and often enjoyed a Thai street food stand Suweena. The dishes were freshly cooked, authentic and very tasty. Today I visited Suweena, which has since been expanded into a nice restaurant once again. So far so good and a nice story. Unfortunately, nothing is as it once was. I ordered a green curry with beef, my wife ordered fried rice with vegetables. Both dishes were ok at best, far from good or enjoyable. My curry had a very dominant taste of lemongrass, the curry sauce had more water than really a sauce. I had also mentioned this to the service staff, who were far from being friendly or giving the impression of being welcome. And now comes the real blow. When I paid I was shown the freezer bag that my curry was made from. It was explained to me that the lemongrass is included in the frozen food and therefore it must taste like lemongrass. So I received a curry, completely pre-made from someone else's production, at Suweena. Nothing more about freshly prepared and authentically cooked food. I left the restaurant speechless... By the way, the fried rice with vegetables that my wife chose was also very likely frozen. In my opinion, this restaurant is an absolute no-go and shows that an early success can be the beginning of a great success story or can lead to a very, very deep fall. In my opinion, the second is the case with Suweena.

Great Papaya salad and spring rolls. Authentic Thai dishes are good but avoid the sweet & sour though.

At lunchtime you wait 40 minutes at the take away. We ended up leaving without eating. A pity!

We drove past it and stopped in spontaneously! It really appealed to us from the outside, a somewhat atypical restaurant with a very nice roof terrace. The food was excellent and of top quality! The service was very friendly and accommodating. We have found a new favorite Thai. We'll definitely be back!

Very very bad. I ordered something to pick up. The Satay Chicken was not a Satay Chicken but rice noodles with egg and the green curry was unfortunately inedible, as if it had been peed on. Shame about the money. I come from the industry myself. And really really bad.

Food not authentic and bursting with flavor enhancers, poor quality and staff not friendly! I have no idea whether the good reviews come from the staff themselves or from people who have lost their taste: assume both😂

I only eat Asian/Thai in Zurich but this masaman curry was a disaster. I've never had such a watery sauce, really miserable once and never again!

Our new favorite Thai in the region. Discovered the restaurant by chance and were thrilled. If you like authentic Thai cuisine, this is definitely the right place for you. The Tom Yam Gung soup was fantastic, as were all the other dishes we had. The place is modern and not too big. Service was also super friendly. Can recommend the restaurant without reservation.

The food is ok. The food in the restaurant is a rip off and the staff is rude. I spent 90 CHF for 2 menus which would have only cost 32 CHF via take away. 60 CHF more for the same menu is not possible. And the fact that the employee makes fun of me because I always take the same thing is disrespectful

Ambience very nice. Friendly service. But what good is all this if the food is too salty? I eat really salty food, but I've never had anything like this before. I was hungry, it was already 8pm, but in hindsight I should have left it alone. It's a shame, so I won't be coming back. The feedback was responded to with wide eyes, I don't know whether that was understood. I can't recommend Tom Yum. With a manageable portion for 25 CHF, the rice also costs extra. If it's also over salted... The curry was also over salted. From what I read here, I'm probably not the only one who complains about oversalted food.

NOT recommended for allergy sufferers!! When I ordered I stated that I was allergic to carrots and still had them in my meal. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL and DANGEROUS!!

Had panaeng curry chicken and pad kra pao with beef delivered. As a starter: skewers and spring rolls. Dessert plantains and dumplings. The starters were both good. However, the skewers are fried in an oil that takes some getting used to. But the peanut sauce with it was very good. The main courses were spicy (the beef was very spicy). Both good, but not that tasty either. And that's why the price is far too high. The desserts weren't bad either. If you want to pay a lot for mediocre food, then this is the place to eat.

It's a shame that the portions are getting smaller and smaller and it varies every time. Almost nothing in the box today :( Hardly any vegetables, nothing at all...about 80g chicken Hope that changes again

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food. The som tam was ok. The fish cakes were rubbery and almost tasteless. The pat kra pao chicken tasted like sweet and sour and my wife's beef salad was something, but definitely not a Thai meat salad. For info; We have been in Thailand for months. Some of the sauces are even convenience products and the chicken meat is watered so that the volume is larger. This causes it to lose its good consistency and become soft and mushy. Actually, the whole thing has nothing to do with Thai food. The service (temporary help) was very friendly and nice. Unfortunately, she couldn't serve us the dessert we wanted, 'sticky rice with mango', because apparently there weren't any fine mangoes to be found.

Unfortunately the quality of the beef and the taste of the food was no longer as good as it used to be. The selection of vegetables in the meal was also very simple and manageable. The service was very nice and accommodating.

For me this is by far the best Thai restaurant in Dübendorf! Beautiful location and very friendly staff! The Thai dishes are really made with fresh ingredients from Thailand and not just any canned vegetables. As a self-confessed "spicy eater", I was pleasantly surprised that if you ordered "spicy", you actually got "spicy" :-). There is only one star deducted because the prices are a little higher than at the other Thai restaurants in the area. I always enjoy coming back and am happy to pay a little more for good food.

It’s a pity that is a very good thai restaurant and my husband and I were eating quite often here, as the food is amazing and they prepare it authentic as in Thailand, BUT the meat, especially the beef is not good quality. Probably they buy it from the Turkish store which is next to them and we know that there is not good quality. We ate from Suweena Pad Kra Pao with beef and we had serious problems after we left the restaurant (stomach pain, diarrhea, going to the toilet very often). We eat lot of Thai food and very spicy, but this never happened before. Please change the beef supplier and we will be very happy to come back to your restaurant.

The restaurant has long since lost its authenticity and friendly hospitality. Boring takeaway menus. Arrogant service. Luckily I know other Thai Rest/TakeAways.

It is a very good restaurant if you want to try authentic Thai food and the people are very nice. We didn’t have reservation but they managed to put us in a table. Small restaurant but totally worth it. I asked for the papaya salad (be careful if you dont eat spicy you will cry 😅). It’s a party of flavors. Enjoy!

However, the food used to be more like “Original Thai. But don't know what it is. Maybe different kitchen staff...? Definitely worth the visit!

Today the takeaway (Pad Krapow with beef) was unfortunately absolutely inedible. The “sauce” apparently only consisted of soy sauce. I'm very disappointed.

I ate there with my wife and it was, as always, delicious. The only thing that was a bit annoying were the flies and bees sitting outside in the evening. The service and the food were great!

Small but nice is how I would best describe it. The restaurant is rather small, but they didn't skimp on the decoration and furnishings. Staff is friendly, prices are okay. The food is tasty. You have the option to eat inside or outside. I can recommend it.

Yesterday we were here again for a long time, having been very enthusiastic about the food since it reopened. Unfortunately, the food this time was really miserable and no longer comparable. The sauce of the pad kra pao tasted predominantly of soy sauce and monosodium glutamate. The chicken was dry. Too bad! In addition, there is no discount for the version with tofu without eggs!

Four of us had dinner last night, all the dishes were very tasty and authentic (with Thai eggplants, not zucchini or carrots!) The curries could do with a little more vegetables and the Tom Kha Gai could easily be served with some rice (starter). However, the ambience is absolutely great and the service was very friendly, unfortunately part of our group didn't show up.

Suweena had a stand at the Asian Food Festival in Bern. The papaya salad was freshly prepared and seasoned as desired. Simply delicious! The service was friendly and warm.

Authentic and really good, especially when what you order is freshly made. The disadvantage is that there are sometimes long waiting times if you get caught in the waiting line.
