This is my first time eating Tacos at Jonction de Genève. I came once with a friend, the services and magnificent Yasin all the customers his constant it warms my heart thank you for the service I recommend

Hello, while passing through the alley I saw this restaurant which at first glance is very warm and friendly. I was served by Mr Yasine, very professional and super cool. He was able to advise me well and deliver a meal that met my expectations. Super good good portion, I highly recommend you come and try and have a nice time. Thank you for this experience

I ordered a minced meat and fries tacos but they only gave me a fries tacos. I wasn't expecting much, I'm still disappointed.

I passed by the Burger Tacos by chance, the chef Yasin was very smiling, worked quickly, cleanly, organized with his colleague from the appearance that I noticed the time to eat. The service is super fast and super good, I recommend 😊

Poor and rude management, I went to have breakfast and I had to leave because it was so cold, they left the door open with -1 degree outside, because they didn't want to repair it, I asked to close the door, and they refuse and the chef makes bad comments, the waitress was nice and restrictive but unable to do anything, she follows orders, so never again

I made an order, the treatment was terrible on the part of the man who was there, and when I finished ordering I asked for the bathroom and he didn't allow me to use it. Never go eat there while people like him are there.

I am deeply disappointed with my experience with this company. I placed an order hoping to get a specific taco menu, but unfortunately the company did not provide me with what I requested. This dishonesty is unacceptable. Communication has been very poor, and it is obvious that the company has not fulfilled its commitments to its customers. As a consumer, I expect quality service, and that includes fulfilling my order as I specified it. I highly recommend exercising caution when dealing with this company as their lack of integrity is evident. Hopefully they will take steps to improve their service in the future, but as it stands I cannot recommend this company.

If only I could put 0! For a little snack break between two appointments, I sit on the terrace while waiting for a friend. No one came to take the order for 15-20 minutes. I had to go inside where I waited several more minutes for the waiter to deign to take my order. I point out that the place was deserted. My order was simple though: “A cold tea, a coke, a leek quiche”. He listens with one ear to my order while looking at his phone, asks me to repeat 4 or 5 times, takes my quiche BY HAND WITHOUT A GLOVE, sighs when I remark to him, and so on... Honestly I don't even know what to say because it was so surreal!! I had come to the same place a few weeks earlier to have breakfast, the waitress had been smiling, professional and efficient. What happened ??

Tasty tacos and burger with super good fries and a large choice of drinks, plus the welcome is very warm with their team, in particular Yasin very friendly and pleasant, he served us with a smile thank you to him, I enjoyed it, I highly recommend and I would come back 😋

I had 2 gourmet tacos so cordon bleu but I had steak In one where I asked for no onion (due to allergy) there were onions On the other hand, the drinks were perfect, very cold, nothing to say, my cherry coke was perfect 🫣🤣

I gave 3 stars because the fries were dry and hard (they looked like fries that had been cooked for a while and put back in the fryer when ready to serve), however the rest was good

I just bought a kebab box and their box is too small and there are almost only fries. So this will be my last time.

Burgers are ridiculous for the price

Offers a student menu, but when my 12-year-old daughter comes with her 9-year-old cousin to take it, it's not possible because she doesn't have a student card, hence the primary school children have a student card, Afterwards I go to speak with a gentleman who tells us that it's not his problem, in short, the waiter is too arrogant.

Couldn't eat, after 15 minutes of waiting we left. Not a word not a gesture... too bad, I imagine that the boss is already rich and if that's not the case, it's the employee who was there who doesn't care! It was today 01/02/2023 at 8:50 p.m.

Price not consistent + error on my two orders… I felt a little ripped off. I paid 9.- more than I ordered (refunded after complaint but I still find it very limited)

No employee understands English, we simply ordered a hamburger with nothing and they made a mistake twice. Very badly.

I have been to this restaurant about 5 times and each time it has disappointed me.... The same tip: fill your Tacos with sauce and fries inside to put as little meat as possible. Last time for example, a Chicken Nugget Tacos with ZERO chicken nuggets but lots of fries and oily and fatty sauce. Frankly, I wouldn't have said anything a few times, I would have considered myself unlucky... But the 5th time is too many.

I give 5 stars because the boss takes great care, we feel that he cares about us being satisfied and we were! 3 different tacos ordered and we enjoyed ourselves!

Excellent burger with good fries and lots of drink choices at reasonable prices!! Very friendly service and team! I think they are more specialized in burgers than in tacos, because the burgers are made with such fresh and good products!

Frankly disappointed by this taco, during my break, I ordered a simple taco only to end up waiting 40 minutes and having another taco than the one I ordered. I was not the only one in this situation since several people were asking, well, the service should be improved.

The tacos were respectable but the fries shown in the image at the entrance are misleading, they are not at all similar to what I had in my order

I have tried the Tacos&Burger de la Jonction several times and I have eaten very well each time. The tacos and burgers are very good. The staff is very professional and the terrace is very pleasant on sunny days. I recommend and I will come back!
