Ordering at the terminal was complicated and worked poorly. All women's toilets without toilet paper, that's not possible!

It's too much on weekends, there are always arguments or even more, take your meal to take away to eat in peace.

Unfortunately the day I went they didn't have the possibility to pay by card because there was a malfunction. It can happen. The food is always the usual food but the service was fast and also very kind. There was also a boy at the entrance who did his part very well, warning of the poor service and welcoming us (as tourists). The cleanliness is unfortunately disappointing... bathrooms unacceptable. Obviously Swiss prices

Warning: non-compliance with hygiene rules. The manager asks his employees to empty the beverage containers in the urinals by female staff, who do not clean anything because it overflows. When asked about this, the manager indicates that it is normal

It would be appropriate for McDonald's to think about offering breads suitable for 🍔 older children. It's frankly disgusting to pay what you pay to get your fingers full.

One of the oldest McDonald's in Geneva, I haven't been there for a long time: now we get served at the table! My double big tasty bacon was very good!

I paid for an ice cream which was illustrated in large format on the terminal and the price was expensive. Here is what I was given, look at the photos, is this the real format? Normally the ice exceeds the cup as in the photo? Once at the counter I was told that it was the large format. I asked to see the little one and it's not the same as on the terminal. It’s shameful for the price I paid!!!! No commercial gesture

We had ice cream (2 large McFlurries and a large Sundae with my cousin and my partner and frankly the large Sundae was not even half full of the pot. My cousin went to ask at the counter and was told that it was like that and not otherwise. I find it really deplorable on Macdo's part, especially since it's not the policy of the place.

Always keep your image. Cool for meetings, pleasure and well located. A way of eating hot and Galland. THANKS.

Served with 1 napkins no sauces!!!! If you want some to eat your fries dry, you will have to pay 0.70 for the sauce. I don't even dare ask for towels. There is much better for less to flee. You should review the management of your restaurants, even the manager is not holding up.

No security. I'm going to have my hot chocolate this morning, what a mistake. When ordering from the shelves, a very drunk gentleman comes in and forces our hand to buy him a large sprite (lol). Taken by surprise and afraid, we were forced to buy this from him. We manage as best we can to get away from him, telling him that at the right time he will have his drink despite the gentleman's heaviness. When the ungrateful waitress brings us the drinks, I kindly ask her if she could bring the drink back to the gentleman. Who is much more protected than us in this brand and we no longer wanted to face this insecurity. Requested service to which she replied that I would have to do it myself. In summary, very unsecure fast food restaurant (on the river bank), and unhelpful workers. Service 0 Atmosphere ------1000

Strong smell of urine as soon as you enter.

The service and food was nice but the toilet was destroyed + no toilet paper…

As a foreigner it was very easy to make your order through the digital kiosk and then pay . And they will bring you the food at your table which we don't have at Beirut. Food quality is great.

It was a great experience, I was well served. I had a Small Big Tasty menu, it was complete and I particularly liked the salty fries... It makes you want to join your team. Good luck, the field you are in is thankless.

The service is zero, an arrogant, uneducated and poorly polite team. the burger and fries are cold. Having come with my pregnant friend who had something to eat with them they banned her from staying!

The machines for scanning vouchers and QR CDs do not work... So I ate a dnashburger 100 meters away, really great..

This McDonald have different meals and burgers that we have in the USS. They have double Big Mac ! They have wings ! Yes wings ! We enjoyed the experience of eating American food outside of America and it taste different ! But not so much Wonder why we don't have the same meals back home ?

Crazy cold fries and half-filled portion, unpleasant staff, too bad the quality is falling more and more. I tried the experience again 2 weeks after the coke without gas, it's sad to pay to feed the trash.

I waited more than 20 minutes for my order for just a menu with nuggets, my friends ordered at the same time as me and received it in 3 minutes!

Service is awful.. I order, my number was mark as « ready » on the main display, I ask the waitress but she said « not it will be said » and I was « it is said on your display ». I saw one McFlurry was done but the other was still not done. 5’ later, I ask if the done Mcflurry was mine (to the manager) she said « i don’t know »; 3’ later I ask again, she said yes and brought it. It’s mid july, the ice cream melted, I asked to make a new one because it melted, the manager sais « it is not » I said yes and she finally done one. Absolutely awful won’t recommand.

Fast food not much to say other than it's open every day..

I just placed a take-out order. I take a menu obviously they forget the fries. I realize it too late, so I call them, no one answers the phone after 15 minutes of waiting. Thanks Macdo.

Worse than terrible. I ordered an eat in and after 25mins, went to the counter and told we called you to take away. I demanded a new order and recieved. There was several staff not in uniform and not happtly to be there. I gave a take out and me order to a homeless man outside because I was no longer hungry after the experience. Great Job Ronald👍

When it comes to the price of the burger, I would recommend McDo. Because of my past experience that some I ordered wasn't in the box. So I have to really check my orders if it's right. This area is nice but empty tables are not immediately cleaned.

So, for once, it's a change from the often dirty McDonald's that we're used to seeing in France! Don’t hesitate to make a stopover!

Today I had one of the most unwelcoming experiences, since I came to Geneva. As I approached the order desk to inquire about an order she just totally was unwilling to listen or communicate with me and asked me to use the automated order POS. Obviously, I knew about these machines and used them several times before as I regularly eat there however, this time I needed to check something. I tried to explain this but all in vein. The attitude was really inconvenient. I will thoroughly think before considering going there again.

This McDo was surprisingly clean, quick, and served very warm food. One of the best McDo experiences I’ve had!

They need to sort out their mess with uber Eats. Uber eats says preparing food...these guys say they haven't received the order...happened atleast 3 times

so at 12:10 a.m. I order a Big Mac menu, two small burgers and Nuggets and I end up with Nuggets, a fish fillet, Nuggets and shrimp, everything I almost didn't ask for. My order is 007 Which I did at 11:52 p.m., great I go home and I don't have what I ordered

Every Uber order from them is missing something, incredible, you may be reimbursed but when your friend who comes to the house to eat doesn't have a burger it makes you feel bad.

The young employee was very insolent and unpleasant. Supposedly she had called the number when nothing was heard. Didn't even show the number. On top of that, she starts speaking badly. I come every Tuesday never any problems with any other employee. I would even say super nice and pleasant everyone. But she looks like she's from another planet. It's obvious that she has no idea how to behave towards customers.

I have never eaten at such a dirty McDonald's. They emptied the buckets (without any recycled collection) and left bags of dripping, smelly garbage between the tables. And after leaving them for more than 20 minutes, not even the decency to clean the floor from liquids. Terrible!

I bought an ice cream for 5.- half filled and mixed with caramel while I took m&m's. Truly unacceptable!!

I came to taste the cappuccino this afternoon the taste and the presentation (the chocolate on top) it's worth a 3 we decided to take it on site and unfortunately they served us in paper cups I could see behind the counter coffee cups so for aesthetics it's worth a 0 I could modify my comment if the next time I come back they have changed that

We order very often at this McDonald's, and 1 out of 2 something is missing (today it's our drinks, the other day it was a Sunday) or the food arrives in poor condition, poorly designed, poorly packed… You really need to rethink your way of doing things and above all stop forgetting articles when everything is written in black and white!

The room is clean and cozy. We only ordered coffee and cocoa, it was delicious, and the order was delivered quickly. I was pleasantly surprised that they brought it in porcelain cups. Three stars were given because employees work without hats and gloves.

I change my mind thanks to the assistant manager who was able to listen to me regarding my negative experience thanks to the manager Momo we need employees like that, who deserve their real place I will come back it is sure and the team I maintain is top

Never seen this in life. The computer system has crashed, but the manager is unable to take orders manually. There is a price list, card machines that work with paper and pencil, but apparently writing is beyond the manager's ability. Child problem to resolve and yet the manager is talking about closing the restaurant if the IT does not work. Incomprehensible. I waited 40 minutes for a Burger. No information given by staff. I explained twice to the manager how to solve the problem. According to him, it is impossible to apply my method because of the chain's regulations. Ok then close the restaurant. But don't let people hang around for 40 minutes without information. Yet marketing and communication are supposedly MC Donald's strong points. After 40 minutes of waiting I was given the full price for my order. I had to whine to get it to go from 12 to 10 fr. Current cost price of a Big Mac in Switzerland is below the franc. Cheese below 50 cts. It would have cost 8 francs to offer a cheese to all the people who waited 30 minutes for a Burger. The grill doesn't work I hear, the fryer doesn't work I hear, production equipment doesn't work I understand and I hear. But when in a restaurant the computer system does not work. If this happens in a traditional restaurant and all the customers are at the table and the card payment system works, we make the additions by hand and collect the total cash, we will see later. In no case is this the customers' problem. 40 min of waiting and they are not able to offer me a sandwich at a cost price below the franc personally I would be ashamed to charge for the sandwich

I bought a takeaway menu and someone else took my order. When I came to claim it and showed my receipt the McDonald's team member ran outside to find the person who took my order. After 5 minutes of waiting the employee arrived with an open order, he checked my receipt and handed me the order without even bothering to change the fries which, however, were cold!! Health and hygiene level = 0

Ashamed ! Change your schedule, we crossed town at 5 a.m. to find the door closed. So now we'll go to steak n' shake which is much better and no liar about the times!!!!!!
