Honestly I ordered at the beginning from Taco Factory it was so good and now I ordered via Uber Eats it was really not good I feel like I was scammed

Worst taco of my life I regret going to this “establishment” or rather I would say this old dirty and smelly establishment

I come to share my experience of last night (11/26/2023). I am placing an order for home delivery (3 tacos to make with a few extras). When confirming my order, I find myself in a situation where I don't know if it was sent or just deleted. So I decide to start all over again and this time, I get to the end without any problem... We still have to wait for the delivery man. The idea of ​​the first order that I'm not sure if it's validated or not doesn't get out of my head, so I decide to call the "restaurant". I am confirmed that indeed the order was received twice, but that it is too late, the delivery person has just taken the order(s). The employee tells us there is nothing he can do, but that he will try to contact the manager. I'll let you guess the result: 6 tacos at the table and the icing on the cake, two deliveries collected (2X 5.50) for a double order. Tip: When ordering online, be careful because mistakes are costly with them. Good tasting ! !

where to start... the deplorable service I would have liked to give 0 stars but that is not possible, a shame we had the impression of not being welcome and of disturbing you when it is your job. not a smile coming from the cashier. we could clearly see that the food was reheated. the cooks chatted among themselves while they "made" our tacos 34 balls for two simple tacos is a bit exaggerated. I absolutely do not recommend going there, there are tacos that are much more welcoming, good and ESPECIALLY much cheaper.

Stayed in Geneva for 5 days, tried all the expensive restaurants but this is by far the best meal I had whilst there, what an amazing experience! Got the steak and chicken mix with algerienne sauce and thai sweet chilli sauce with mozzarella. Wow! All made fresh to order, steak was well peppered, high quality ingredients. Staff all very welcoming and friendly, were on hand to help us when needed. Would recommend to anyone who is in the area, and will definitely be back here next time I’m in Geneva!

I asked you without tomatoes and with chopped steak and then the other desired accompaniments... I received a taco with tomato, CHICKEN AND SPICY SAUCE even though I had asked for biggy burger.... then, a few months later I I was there and in the tacos that I had taken there was not enough sauce and it was missing an extra that I had asked for and to finish, yesterday I went with my friend for two tacos, we had both asked for onion confits (him once and me twice) he got a teaspoon of onion confits and I got nothing out of the 4 francs of confits that I asked for!! We should focus more on orders and customer requests! In short, I won't come back to your place again.

Very disappointed with Taco Factory. Order made at 12:10 p.m. And received almost 1h30 later So 1:33 p.m. I ordered for my lunch break and didn't even have time to eat. Plus I ask the delivery guy to show up at one location and he goes to another. Then he calls me with a French number that I can't return the call to find out where he is. Disappointing to have to eat a cold taco with limp fries. The concept of “Fast” food is not very respected. Paying delivery costs for that, I don't agree.

Good evening, order placed at 10:05 p.m., I specified 3 times without barbecue sauce, arrival at home disappointment my request was not taken into account, billing error, I was reimbursed but it's not professional All this doesn't make you want to come back, too bad. The young employees chat well and there is a good atmosphere but we should concentrate on the orders. The desserts could be served in a small suitable box rather than in a plastic bag with the can even straight all together, I've never seen that before. I think the boss is not there, it shows.

Let's start with the fries: the fries were soft and not salty at all. Really not good. But the worst is the tacos. Very dry. Almost no sauce. We'll say you put a teaspoon of sauce in the tacos. Aggression on the part of the delivery man after he got angry on his own because his card machine did not work and tried to contact his manager for more than 15 minutes standing in front of me. Then aggression I refused to collect the order after he told me eat eat with a hand gesture. I am shocked, I filmed it and I will file a complaint because he entered my home by force.

So the tacos are very good, no complaints there. However, the service is really bad. I don't expect to be welcomed like a king, but I think we have the right to expect a minimum of politeness and professionalism. The bald employee with a scar on his nose took my order so I want to understand that we can be tired etc. but the tone he took to speak to me roughly was on the verge of confusing me without the slightest reason. So I might as well say that I won't set foot there again and it's a shame because it's good but there are ways of speaking. Don't forget that I'm a customer and I'm paying, so I think it's normal to expect a minimum of politeness.

It's simple, I never comment on Google, but today after this delicious tacos I wanted to share this. But back to the 3 stars. Unfortunately a little thing to spoil my meal. About halfway through my tacos I found a small hard piece and when I pulled it out, I saw that it looked like a hard piece of metal or aluminum. I can't say what it is. I recommend going there for the taste which is very good. I guess what happened to me doesn't happen to everyone.

The tacos are really good. But the delivery order service leaves something to be desired. I do not recommend ordering online and having it delivered, go through ubereat or eat.ch It is better to call and pick up locally. It's sad that in 2022, quality of service will no longer be taken into account by entrepreneurs. I'm not criticizing the food. But the management of the trade and the services offered.
