Tacos plus in Lausanne

Orders not respected for the instructions on uber eat, it's not complicated to read carefully, whether it's the sauce or the vegetables, no respect for the customers, it's shameful.

Wrong in the order, the same 4 tacos, even though they are all different with more fries than meat, average taste, I strongly advise against

Dirty, poor hygiene. Avoid if you want to stay alive, get married and have beautiful children 😂

I will never order delivery from here again. I decided to try their new offer of tacos and ordered at 11: 59 the food was supposed to be delivered in between 12:35 and 12: 55 at around 1:00 I try to call the store to get an update and no answer then half an hour later I get a message saying my delivery is cancelled by the store AND I still had to pay and didn’t get a refund. Horrible service never again.

Order arrived, however abandoned in front of the door, without ever having been notified. Wrong order of course. Not to mention not being able to talk to anyone about the “restaurant”. 3rd order delivered in its conditions, but the last.

Ditch the tacos anymore which cancels orders after 1h30

Worst tacos in Lausanne, the fries are reheated, probably from the day before, the tacos themselves are edible but the fries? Horrible quality and super salty... I really don't recommend it.

The worst place to order from. My order was later by 1 hour and when I called the restaurant they said its about to arrive and then cancelled the order. If you want to receive your order in time its not the right place

DISORGANIZED, they don't know how to manage orders. 50 minutes to make 2 tacos only to end up canceling it because they "lost the order" in short, running away!

It says 9 chf for normal tacos, then for the size above I had to pay 19 chf for my tacos. It was very lightly garnished, with too much sauce. This is the 4th taco I've tried from Lausanne and I put it at the bottom of my list for now.
