a very cold lady and in a hurry she snatched my 50 note in an almost "aggressive" manner, it's nonsense I don't recommend coming to have your coffee in this café even though the pastries are good.

We went several times to buy bread from Philippe Taillé. However, we have never been satisfied with the quality of the bread (the bread is always very hard). Prices are increased on Sundays, something we have never seen elsewhere! Too bad because the tea room looks very nice!

Walk along the glass fronted case that protects all those delicious tasties from the public and your main problem here is to choose exactly what to eat whether it be savoury or sweet, a dessert or bread. The croissant are fresh and tasty as are the ramquins. The coffee is good and all this I'd delivered to your table with a smile. It is not the cheapest place but I would describe it as VFM. Go try it.

Purchase of two ham/butter delicacies from the day before, very suspect color of the ham... What a disappointment. Fortunately an objective, charming and considerate waiter replaced the faded merchandise with two perfect croissants. So no fantasies, keep your eyes peeled...

Superb tea room bakery too bad the male staff on Sunday 04/24/22 are continually talking about their internal problems and spitting on their boss and business colleagues. We stayed there for 20 minutes and it ruined our time. Thank you for taking notes. This type of comment is unacceptable in front of customers.

Taillé is one of those semi-artisanal "bakery/pastry shop chains" in Geneva, BUT contrarily to most others it has kept amazing quality and a traditional and truly artisanal feel... They have great products at a great price, you can't go wrong with them.

A soup, a fresh juice and that's it before the races or after the races. A perfect four-hour after-school snack. A nice place and I sometimes find magazines and books pleasant to read. Nice people from the neighborhood are there.

Bakery with friendly staff and quality products

What a shame, the taste quality of the food is not up to par, I tried the dish of the day for the 3rd time and my opinion has not changed! The pastries lack flavor and finesse in the mouth. I am certain that Mr. Taillé will raise the bar and improve the quality of his products. I always remember the excellent products he offered in Lausanne and then in Cologny. I encourage him in this direction!

Terrible service. Recommended by a friend so decided to check it out. But after initial encounter with the cold and abrupt waitress, I thought to myself I'd never want to come back.

Too bad, deplorable service... This Saturday the waiter was stressed by 8 people on the terrace and could not/wouldn't open the 2nd half of the terrace because it had rained 4 hours before despite the 6 hours of good weather following.

Very disappointed the quality zero no consistency, I took a croissant it was dry (maybe it came from the days before!) and the bread was bland. Price wise it’s very expensive..Patisserie leaves something to be desired, too bad!
