Very nice experience with real and delicious Chinese fondues served with a smile. For the amount of the bill of CHF 457.80, the 4 coffees could have been offered!, but we will still come back for a family meal. Alan

The welcome is extremely friendly. Always with a smile. The food is very good. The friend I came with was delighted to know about this restaurant where he now comes. This restaurant is all the more recommended as it is clearly appreciated by the Chinese themselves. I don’t think that once I came, I didn’t see one or more groups of Chinese. Today there were several again. Practical as a place to park, the clientele is very diverse and several generations come to this establishment to eat or take away. Excellent Chinese cuisine that contrasts drastically with what you might have experienced elsewhere! Here the flavors are there and the cuisine is spicy. A real treat! You haven't eaten Chinese yet if you haven't been to Tang Roulou!

Their Chinese fondues, a real treat, lots of choice (meat, shellfish, tofu), they are served with a large quantity of different fresh accompaniments and the drafts to choose from are absolutely fabulous! Every winter starts with eating hot pot. The tomato pot and spicy pot are both delicious, and the crispy pork is a must-try. The bell rolls, beef and mutton rolls, tofu, and radish are all delicious when cooked. The sauerkraut at the bottom of the Laotan sauerkraut pot is delicious, but the shabu-shabu and meat-shabu-shabu are just mediocre.

Always a pleasure to come and taste your roasted ravioli or even your Peking duck. Looking forward to coming back.

A very good Chinese restaurant, the food tastes delicious😋, the food is served very quickly, and the service staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic. It's quite comfortable to sit in the outdoor dining area to eat and chat. Next time I travel to Lausanne, I will want to eat here again. The location is not far from the train station, but it is in a residential area, so you need to look at the map to know how to get there.

We had a very good evening at the Tang Roulou restaurant. We all had a Chinese fondue. The advantage is that you can choose the broth (which was delicious) and make your own sauce for the meat. Very hearty and comforting dish, you will be served the meat with vegetables and very good Cantonese rice. The staff is very cheerful and helpful. No complaints.

Homemade Raviolis are delicious both the steamed version and the grilled version.

Home experience beyond my expectations. Everything arrived hot and ready, I just had to light my stove. The restaurant can even provide the fondue pot or chafing dish. I had the Beef Chinese fondue, with Sichuan pepper. There is so much flavor in this broth, a real delight. The vegetables were fresh and crispy. The perfect amount of meat, to be completed with Tsing Tao beer :-) Forget everything you know about "Swiss" Chinese fondue, it has nothing to do with it. Thank you for taking me on a journey after my long period of confinement. I'll try the experience again as soon as possible! following experiences still good!!! Eating hot pot with the blue sky and breeze of Lausanne is particularly delicious. The hot pot is good, the soup base is good, and there are some special ingredients, such as pea shoots grown by the boss, horse meat and so on. The service girl is very enthusiastic and the service is gentle and kind.

We accidentally came across this restaurant with this small terrace at the end of the evening. Very well received and fast service. The spicy crispy beef (!) and the vegetarian fried tofu ravioli were to die for!

Attracts lots of Chinese customers as well as a young clientele. Simple premises and very friendly staff. Highly recommended, probably the best Chinese restaurant in Town.

I haven’t been for a few years, but the last time I came to this place, the food was fantastic. Normally in Switzerland, the level of spice is not an issue as generally the tolerance is very low here. However, here I had a hot pot that had proper Asian levels of spice. It reminded me of my grandmother’s cooking! I loved it! Highly recommended.

This night we were specially hungry and naive. For some reason we thought that ordering 3 main dishes plus rice was a clever idea. Long story short, we didn't finished even half our plates. So we went home with next day's breakfast :). Very nice service.

Very good. The portions are huge. For the Chinese fondue I don't recommend mushroom soup but have red curry or another traditional soup sooner. They have more taste :))

Best place to have a real Chinese hotpot in Lausanne. Their Tom Yum soup is the best. It is slightly expensive but the quality of food and service justified it.

Excellent hotpot with homemade broths and sauces. Fermented cabbage and chicken broth was delicious and possibly the best non spicy broth I’ve had ! there is an option to order a la carte. All the ingredients were fresh and some even homemade. Service was also excellent. Would recommend highly to anyone looking try authentic hotpot in Lausanne.
