Taurus - Steakhouse & Lounge in Genève

Over 100 Euros for a new year night, 2h wait for drinks, meat salty and horrible, asked for the drinks so many times, slow service, I do not recommend, when drinks came, tasted like soap, asked for the owner who didn’t even apologise for the delay and the horrible food and drinks and we were still expected to pay the full amount, has maybe 1 slice of chewy meat, don’t waste your money. Also we were to get a complementary glass of champagne which we had to get up and ask as we never got ours but the tables beside us did, even bottles. So disappointing

Superb evening atmosphere and very good service. The boss recommended some excellent wines to me.

We had a great evening on Saturday. Very attentive service. The boss introduced us to magnificent and surprising wines. Lots of generosity on his part. Lively blues singer opening act then Brazilian concert. It was really great. We will return with great pleasure, I am sure.

Very slow service, only one server for a table of more than 20 people The poor waiter was very tired and discouraged, they should have more employees, plus it was a Saturday evening!! The first picanha was good, the following ones were hard and not seasoned at all... In general the meat was not good! Very loud live music and lots of playback! We paid a fortune and were very poorly served, I will not return 🇵🇹PT 2 hours to expect to receive a first baby, but 30min to receive a meal... Very slow service, you can order it for a corn table of 20 pessoas When you have taken it, it is very easy to do, and disanimated, deviate but take it! First picanha boa, as seguintes lasts and week temperature. Em geral as carnes não eram boas! Music from a long life and many playbacks, it is impossible to listen to music that is encountered in the same way. Desagradável! Pagamos uma fortuna e ficamos muito mal servidos, no voltarei

One evening in summer, unfortunately no concert... I am reduced to imagining the atmosphere with this stage and this large restaurant. I want to come back and try this at the start of the school year. Because in terms of cuisine, if you like meat, the Rodizio menu will satisfy you. You need a great appetite and a strong stomach to taste the 10 meats, perfectly grilled and seasoned. A real joy.

Some negative points to improve, as a Brazilian I am a little disappointed.. The meats offered at rodízio are not tender and not very well seasoned, the chicken served was raw. There were only three tables of us and one of the waiters was busier with the television and the football match, he served us the side dishes but forgot the plates that came afterwards and we were not given tongs to take the meat. However, the waiter Alexandre was very friendly, thanks to him for his kindness. And the place is very beautiful, clean with a little music.

It's a good place, the people who serve the table are friendly, it's their own duty in terms of the food, without exaggeration, the worst I ate in Geneva, picanha where you can see the sun despite it being night, very tough sausage and pork, lots of fat, that is, everything It's bad including vinaigrette, but I want to recommend a restaurant without a wine list or food menu. For me, it was strange, it had never happened to me, which saved the night Thiago Correia with his good music. If you want to continue being a customer, you have to change and improve the food and make lists of what you have and with your inability to see wines, do not place tables in front of your wine cellar so as not to ask permission from customers. But stay tuned, my opinion is worth what it's worth

We just travelled from London to Geneva for Christmas and stumbled upon this restaurant. We speak no French but had the most wonderful experience, the staff did everything they could to make our dinner enjoyable and even did a lovely birthday celebration for one of our guests who’s birthday it was. The food was cooked beautifully and the pineapple was delicious! Cocktails were on point !

Fair menu price, very good meat and good service. No draft beer and 7 bucks a vulgar Heineken and only 2 red wine to choose from, that's downright rubbish.

Returning to activities recently, it was not at all a positive experience, despite the atmosphere between the customers. We were thrown outside (other people remained inside) and the time to order an Uber which canceled the trip, (lots of requests) we were placed on the terrace discreetly, when an employee came to ask us to leave, because according to him , they risked a fine. We explained the reason for the wait and he didn't want to hear anything, chasing us off the terrace like trash. Congratulations: Kindness towards customers: zero! I don't recommend. You can surely have fun in lots of places in Geneva without being treated by insensitive employees like that. Last time in this restaurant.

Boss who doesn't pay his employees my friend and even a chef and he taught me that bosses are crooks so I will never set foot in this kind of place to escape...

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! As a Brazilian, this is clearly the worst experience I have had while going to a Brazilian restaurant! The service was poor and extremely slow. I was served two picanha and yet it is a GOGO service. It’s very expensive for what it is!!!! The only positive point remains the live music but in the end I was so drunk that I couldn't enjoy it anymore... the only desire I had was to LEAVE as quickly as possible and never COME BACK!

A great discovery and I have no regrets. My friends and I had a great time. No waiting. The menu and quality is excellent. And the little musical side with singers and musicians during the meal is just extraordinary. I recommend.
