Great hotel in time-honored walls, very good restaurant for dinner. Breakfast is a bit expandable in terms of selection. The machine for portioning the butter is cool, clean thing :-)

A historic hotel with beautiful and modern updated amenities. Close to train station and to downtown. Cozy bedding too! Breakfast is lovely, and they offered to pack me a breakfast-to-go for an early 6:30am train to Jungfraujoch!

We booked early but prices dropped few week prior to the stay. Nevertheless the hotel was around a 5 mins walk to interlaken ost and there is a nearby supermarket to get necessities.

Wonderful hotel and front desk staff. Few minutes from sbb train station. Excellent breakfast options, only wish they would allow customers to take bread/croissants to go. Didn’t try restaurants

Bei einem spontanen Trip nach Interlaken, entdeckten wir dIeses Hotel. Wir haben am Nachmittag angerufen und nach einem freien Zimmer gefragt. Und promt wurde uns von einem sehr freundlichen Mitarbeiter bestätigt, dass noch eines frei ist. Vor Ort angekommen erhielten wir die Info, dass wir ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten. Positiv überraschte uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Zimmer war sehr modern und relativ gross. Die Aussicht auf die Kirche fantastisch. Lediglicher Minuspunkt - der Balkon. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass dieser nicht sehr stabil ist.

Tolles Ambiente, sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Sehr gutes Hotel, freundliches Personal, sehr sauber und bequeme Betten. Gute Küche. Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Einzig die "Lift-/Loungemusik" in den Gasträumen, ist für meinen Geschmack, etwas schlecht gewählt.

Sehr gute Lage, recht modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr gute Küche (einfach zu grosse Portionen, sonst hätte ich gerne noch ein Dessert probiert 😉) und freundliche Servicemitarbeiter. Auch mein Hund war willkommen und es gab im Zimmer extra eine Hundedecke für ihn und im Restaurant wurde ihm ein Wassernapf gebracht.

Sehr schön renoviertes Hotel in guter Lage nahe dem Ostbahnhof, von wo aus man tolle Ausflüge in die Jungfrau-Region unternehmen kann! Sehr schöne Zimmer. Frühstück und Abendessen sind sehr gut, das Personal überall sehr freundlich. Die Corona-Regeln wurden im gesamten Haussehr gut angewendet!

Camera con vista panoramica, grande (deluxe la nostra) e confortevole. Bollitore con tè gratuito in stanza. Letto molto comodo. L'unica cosa che a me dà fastidio è la moquette. Centrale, a pochi passi da entrambe le stazioni (più vicino a Interlaken Ost). Ristorante buono ma secondo me poca scelta sé stai più di 2 giorni. La qualità del cibo è ottima. La colazione fantastica, a buffet. Sia dolce che salata. Speck, würstel, polpette, salumi, formaggi etc. Etc. Insomma con la colazione abbondante non c'è neanche bisogno di fare pranzo. I dolci da rivedere. Soprattutto quello del menu pasquale. Ho dato 4 punti perché secondo me i camerieri presenti non sono adeguati ad un hotel 4*. Sono educati e gentili, ma non è cosa loro il servizio di un certo livello.

Great location (close to the station), lovely staff. Breakfast (free) and Dinner at the restaurant always a highlight of the day, which is good because with the current COVID rules there aren’t many other options. Only two comments — very soft pillows and the hairdryer wasn’t too effective (bring your own if you’re high maintenance like me!). Would absolutely stay here again.

I loved it to spend a week end to relax at Interlaken Hotel. Breakfast was excellent. The room lovely and comfortable and restaurant with excellent variety of dishes. I will come back for sure.
