Cool terrace, period interior, impeccable and friendly service.

Spending my holiday in Geneve and my mother recommended to visit this tavern since she used to work there as a waitress over 50 years ago. My salad was perfect and restaurant had nice atmosphere. The waiters were friendly and I received my order fast even though the restaurant was quite full. I would definitely recommend this place.

Little stop by chance in this restaurant which also has a particularity, it does not serve alcohol (haha). I let myself be tempted by the very good Mocktails! The service was warm. I had a salad which was good but I found an eggshell in it :/ It happens so I didn't report it especially since my friends were satisfied with their dish.

We had lunch at noon; the apple juice very good, the Rostis excellent, the service perfect! A real nice surprise. The history of the restaurant is all the more interesting. We will definitely come back there for a future trip!

Restaurant with very friendly staff, the rostis are incredible, the best in Switzerland, I recommend this restaurant 100%, even if it means taking a detour, go there!!!! ;)

Nice visit, very interesting, they make stained glass windows there and they sell magnificent ones... it's worth going there... very beautiful pieces and you can see how they make them... but it's on the 2nd floor... and they welcome you warmly...

I take a combo cafe + croasaint, then I ask for some milk. They don't say anything and change my order. I have to pay 2€ more. When I complain the owner say I'm sorry.

The food looks amazing and taste surprisingly good! We are very pleased with the beef tongue and pork skewer! 18/19 CHF daily special is a really good deal. I would highly recommend :)

Alcohol-free restaurant. Very good cuisine, menu to choose from. A deli apple juice 🍎 from the region in a carafe is served to you. On each of my visits I was able to appreciate the quality and variation of the menus. Very friendly staff. Menu variations for people with allergies or intolerances, to be specified as soon as your menu is chosen. I return there every time with great pleasure.

The meal taste was lower than average. A burnt and too salty pizza was brought. Could not eat it. Meanwhile our comment about it was accepted by a waitress with a total silence and disregard. Will not return there.

For those looking for a simple, honest and good dining experience in Geneva, this might be your place. In the midst of the riches and the overpriced mediocre food, a little tavern where you can have your "Plat du Jour" for 18CHF and it will include a salad as well. My "down to earth" lunch usual in the center of Geneva

Good food, shame you're in such a hurry

This place was fantastic,no fuss or bother. Just great home cooked food. I had the rosti with pork,gruyere cheese and a fried egg. It was the special of the day and I got the last one,served with a dressed green salad and a cold drink for 25 Swiss francs. It was superb!

It's a very good restaurant at the foot of the old town I really like going there it's an alcohol-free restaurant people meet there to eat cake to drink coffee to play board games in the afternoon it's a restaurant that is full at lunchtime, super friendly staff

Everything fine except the place is built for small people (I’m 1.85m). I always had to be cautious to not hit my head when walking through the different parts of the restaurant.

Congratulations to this restaurant for sponsoring a Rubik's Cube competition in Geneva. Everything was well organized. Subtly, the young organizer of the event, Maxime, gave a white glove slap to the commune who did a very bad job when providing a room for the event at a price of gold at first and retreated in an unprofessional gesture at a second moment, even returning the money he had already received for renting a space to hold the international recognition competition.

Definitely my favorite restaurant in downtown Geneva. The setting has retained its old-world charm and the cuisine is meticulous at very affordable prices. The service is always very attentive, efficient and smiling. Beautiful terrace on the pedestrian zone in summer. Please note: it is alcohol-free. Only regret: it's not open in the evening...

Not much to rate here. We stopped for a quick coffee and pie to find it disappointing. The lemon pie was extremely sour.

The restaurant doesn't look like much: it's a bit "café" but it's well placed and the prices (as well as an overview of all the numerous dishes on offer) made us want to go in and try it. It was a great decision! The +: VERY ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY STAFF AFFORDABLE PRICES AND above all... We ate VERY WELL! I ordered a dish of the day with onglet, homemade potatoes and herbed tomatoes... I got the meat accompanied by basic fries and no tomatoes (I don't know if it's because they don't had more...) but I didn't complain because the quantity was there and the meat was great! One -: the paper placemats stink of chemicals, it bothered me a little while eating. -the fries are not homemade... Please note: ALCOHOL is NOT served IN THIS RESTAURANT due to the fight against alcoholism!
