A wonderful evening, in a warm and atypical setting! We had the pleasure of tasting the wagyu beef charcoalade: what quality! Homemade fries (an ever rarer thing) and mixed salad as accompaniments. Perfect mocha flambé and half-and-half to round off this feast in style! Also note the kindness of the waiters, a very professional welcome and monitored parking. Class! I recommend 100%!

Really good restaurant with a super cool concept. After choosing our meat, it is brought fresh to the table where we had a mini BBQ to use for grilling as we like. The meat is accompanied by a bunch of sauces, some bread, french fries and a small salad. The meat is served in various size portions (price based on waight) and there is a good "to the point" variety to choose from. The service was good and our waiter gave us proper recommendations. If you are in Geneva, don't miss out on the experiance.

Grills not oiled so meat sticks. We are told that we cannot take a maximum size (around half a kilo) for two people because it is not possible to have two portions of fries, all this so that in the end the fries are unlimited for the group we were with? The rest was okay, the meat was good, but nothing more.

In my opinion the best meat in Geneva, the place and the atmosphere are not exceptional but we don't go there for that.

First time. Very good charcoal and the staff very friendly and fast, the sauces really delicious and quantities OK. What ruined everything was that the ventilation system was stopped, at the end only one wanted to go out and breathe.

First experience a little disappointing. Fortunately there were few people, because the service was relatively slow. The meat for the fondue bourguignonne was not very tender. The fries are mediocre and the salad sauce has no taste. On the other hand, there is a nice sauce platter which accompanies the fondue bourguignonne. We were sitting next to the wall but it was really cold too. The dessert (Denmark cut) was good.

We eat good meat there for charcoal, I recommend it! It's not galore but the quantity is sufficient if you're not a big eater. In the top !!

The format is very cute. The grill at the table does not generate smoke and in general the hoods absorb well. The grill is served with lots of different sauces and unlimited chips. Excellent value for money. Maybe the service was a little lacking. The sauces were not explained to us - perhaps a language barrier. All in all I would stay here again!

Discovery of this restaurant specializing in meat and charcoal The restaurant has a large car park, it quickly fills up at 7:30 p.m. on Saturdays, you can park additional cars in 2 lines but you give the keys to a valet who will move it for you. The menu is beautiful and there is a wide variety of meat to order. On the other hand, the service was less good. Indeed, although the waiter was nice, he only spoke English and it turns out that he was extra and didn't know the menu well. As a result, the orders are unclear and the concept of taking the charcoal with the different meat platters is not explained well. In fact, the size of the charcoal indicates a size with salad and fries included. Additional meat or fries or sauces must be ordered separately. Unfortunately none of this was explained to us. It should be noted that there are too many customers for the number of servers and kitchen staff. Yes, you have to wait a long time to order, to be served and to ask for extras or additional drinks. You often have to go find the server. I was a little disappointed with the slowness of the service, the language problem and the knowledge of the menu spoken by the server. The meat portions are not very large for the price, a little disappointed with the quantity even if you take the XXL version

Super friendly staff and delicious meals! For two people, we took fillets of perch meunière to share as a starter. Very good and the miller is mastered. The mixed salad as a starter was quite correct and well sauced (salad, tomato, grated carrots, cubed potatoes and sauce not bad at all). For main course we went with a 750g Royal Krova beef rib to share. As an accompaniment, fries and risotto. Super good risotto, exactly what you expect from a basic risotto. Fries, classic. Let's return to Royal Krova's play. Our choice fell on the Royal Krova for its fat which looked excellent. And it is true, 70-90 days of maturation, a good flesh/fat ratio, not too strong in taste, not too marbled but remains tender. Precooked then precut, we were able to finish cooking on a charcoal board. Just delicious. We are saving the well-marbled Australian prime rib for next time. And Kobe beef is definitely on my bucket list. Beef lovers don’t hesitate, this place is a sure bet. I will come back more often than I think.

We must not have chosen the right evening or the right song given the glowing comments. The dry-aged entrecôte priced at CHF 30.- for 100g (!!!) was heifer, tender yes but without any taste and bland. I really doubt the fact that it was dry-aged…..too bad it wasn’t presented to us before cooking! According to the boss to whom we made the remark, this is due to the fact that people do not like overly matured meats……The entrecôte at my butcher at 39.- per kg (Swiss meat in Geneva) is good best quality. As a lover of good meat, I won't go back there and would prefer other places. I would still like to point out that the service was very good.

Service and culinary provision. IF I had known that Mr. Massimo was the boss I would have thanked him greatly during the meal! But he is so humble and in the profession that I didn't even know. It was after looking on the internet that I saw it. A restaurant lover like there are few! The only regret is not having taken more than 150 grams! But being 3 plus starters we had a blast!! THANKS. Great place if You love meat. Pricey as you can imagine in Switzerland, but the quality is fantastic. Nice concept that you can see first what You want to pick and later cooked as You want at your table! Prices around 25chf per 100g, but going up to 100chf.
