Tchibo Filiale und Kaffeebar in Thun

Every now and then I go to the Tchibo branch in Thun and buy a coffee to go or an item in between. Now I ordered a jacket on Intermet and had it delivered to the store (it was a discontinued item and therefore not stocked in the store). The jacket was marked down again in addition to the discount (special online discount, only this weekend). Everything went perfectly, I picked up the item, paid for it and noticed at home that the size was too small. I then asked the store whether I could order the item a size larger through the store because I can't make an exchange online, so I no longer have the special discount and therefore I don't want the item (I would have understood if I didn't). would have been possible!). Since it was a special case, after consulting with the branch manager, a solution was found and they were able to organize an item a size larger for me at a price with a special discount. I picked up the jacket in the larger size on Saturday and paid for it, then noticed when I got home that one of the seams was already coming apart. No part of the cell had been cut off yet, everything was still there as if picked up. I went to the store today to report the defect and asked for an exchange because of the defect. Coincidentally, the store manager was at the checkout. She wanted to give me the money back and I should order the item again myself. I then told her that I was not prepared to pay CHF 7 more for the jacket because of this defect (I would no longer have had the special discount), for example, the defect could have been noticed during the entrance inspection. Branch manager: them too. Afterwards she told me verbatim: it's always difficult with them anyway. When I asked her to explain why, she didn't respond. She would give me the money back and I could order the jacket online myself. I didn't want to, I said that I would contact the online shop myself and arrange the exchange myself. Then she wanted the receipt and my full name. After she copied the note, I asked her again why things are ALWAYS so difficult for me. Branch manager: I don't have to tell you that, I don't talk to you anymore. She disappeared into the camp. Everyone can have a bad day, but I don't understand how to deal with customers!

Yeah, what can I say, as a long-time customer who buys coffee from Dorft several times a week, it would also be nice to be treated with respect by "all" of the employees. I'm always treated unkindly by the same person, everyone has a bad day, but you should still remain professional.

Cozy with well-positioned staff. Prices are ok and the selection of different types of coffee is great.

I wanted to return a disinfectant tag that was delivered to this branch because it was defective from the start (the cap on the bottle didn't snap into place). The packaging was completely intact. A huge drama because of the small amount. Extremely unfriendly service. I've rarely encountered something like that. In the end the amount was paid, albeit very reluctantly.
