We bought three reusable coffee cups today. Last time we were able to choose a free drink (e.g. chai tea). This time we were charged in full for the teas. When we asked, they only said the coffee was free. But we were not informed of this and were unkindly rejected. Only after asking did we get three coffee vouchers. In addition, the chai tea was far too cold and too sweet. The cups were also not rinsed before filling, which is very unhygienic. It was a very disappointing experience, not recommended.

The coffee was rather bitter and too strong. No milk foam. I expect more than a run-of-the-mill coffee in a restaurant. Coffee made by a pink hairstyle.

For me the best coffee far and wide, great Arabica coffee quality, clean store and attentive staff with a 90s feeling included.

My wife and I visited this branch for the first time on Friday evening. The service from a German-speaking woman was very friendly and accommodating. Sorry I forgot names like that😀 Me and my wife will 100 percent come back. The cafe is perfect for my Philips machine and didn't have to change any of the settings👍👍👍👍👍

The cappuccino was very strong and bitter. But of course that is a matter of taste. What horrified me more was the arrogant and unfriendly manner of the German employees with the short haircut. I've rarely had such disrespectful service before. Unfortunately, she is a typical example of why many Swiss people don't speak well to German.

The behavior of the German employees with the dyed shorter hair towards customers is absolutely cheeky, condescending and completely wrong. Rarely have I seen such an unfriendly, incompetent saleswoman. It's bad that people like that are still employed here.

We ordered a coffee machine from tschibo online. Unfortunately it had a defect and we exchanged it in herblingen. It worked without any problems and we also received a voucher for a coffee. Unfortunately this machine doesn't work at all. So back to herblingen and exchanged again. The saleswoman couldn't believe it herself and tested it again on site, but it was clearly defective. We received a new coffee machine and were also allowed to choose an XL pack of capsules (96 capsules). We are very satisfied with such service and the staff is always very friendly and accommodating.

There is a diverse selection here. In addition to coffee, there are clothes, household items, etc. and often original items too. It's worth a visit.
