Tchibo Filiale und Kaffeebar in Olten

The saleswoman was very, very unfriendly. I specifically ordered a drink and a water bottle for my child. I just asked the seller to rinse the water bottle and she became so unfriendly and told me to go wash in the toilet. I wanted to put the drink I bought from you in this water bottle and just feel rude and unfriendly. Never go to this store again.

The saleswoman Martina was extremely unfriendly and completely stressed the decision of a coffee. Also not sustainable at all, since you can't use the to-go coffee cups you brought with you. I would give Tchibo more stars, they only owe the 1-star rating to Martina :)

I'm actually used to very polite, motivated and courteous staff at Tchibo. Unfortunately not in this branch. The older lady with short gray hair reacts very rudely and condescendingly. You should place the order correctly and not all at once. And now you would have been lucky to have received the right coffee, even though it was ordered correctly. A little more restraint would be appropriate. I cannot recommend this branch nor will I visit it again.

It's a disgrace when customers wait for it to open and the waitress's acquaintances, the one with gray hair and glasses, just push forward and be served! If you complain, you will be laughed at stupidly.

My favorite snack shop in Sälipark. The service is very friendly and the products have a good price-performance ratio. Unfortunately I can't say anything about the coffee because I don't drink it :) the snacks aren't that exciting either, as they're standard.

The staff makes an effort, coffee is okay, there are always interesting promotions. The tables in the mall would have to be disinfected after customers visit.

In the campaign with 5 different types (looks like a suitcase), the Espresso Brasil capsules are glued on the inside and the water does not run through during preparation, but down the outside That's bad service. The other 4 varieties are very good

Very friendly service, seats next to the shop are not homely. It doesn't appeal to you to comfortably enjoy a coffee here.
