Starbucks in Olten

I had ordered 2 coffees and the bar only gave me 1 and I had to order again afterwards.

Despite the fact that the two employees working that day did not speak French, they were in a good mood to take my order and hold a conversation with me in English. Their service was exceptional. Well done girls, keep it up! All my recommendations!

I have to be honest I never really liked starbucks in general because in the past my order has been done wrong a few times but in Olten this NEVER happened, I‘m vegan and they always make sure they don‘t mix up the milk and get my order right and respond extremely friendly to me asking if it‘s really oatmilk for the third time, I usually feel like I can be annoying when I do that but they make sure I dont feel that way. Very hardworking and nice staff. Starbucks Olten is the only starbucks I visit and that‘s only because of the friendly staff.

I was there at 10 a.m. One employee was smoking outside, the other probably had to put on makeup inside. In any case, she came out with real evening make-up and red lips - and also had a smoke. Meanwhile I was waiting outside and it was almost 10 past.... please hire sensible staff and stick to your opening hours.....

Starbucks Olten is the best in my opinion. Great ambience, great food and the staff is top. Especially the two hard-working blondes that I met this morning. I received my drink as quickly as I ordered it and my breakfast was heated twice. That's exactly how I love it!

I was also visiting you this morning and also saw the scene in the two reviews below from the ladies about the smoking employees (and also how they threatened several times with a bad review). I was shocked by the reaction of the two ladies, as the employees reacted very friendly and they generally worked at an appropriate pace. The two reviews are probably the result of two ladies getting out of bed on the wrong foot today and I admire the patience and kindness of the two employees despite this incident 👍

I wanted to get a Frappuccino on January 28th, 2024 and it was already 10:00 a.m. and the employee was sitting on the floor outside smoking a cigarette. The Starbucks was pitch black, which the employee probably wasn't interested in. She just said, "Your colleague is currently preparing everything... Well, you should be there 10 minutes before work starts in order to open on time. Still closed at 10:04 a.m. The other employee came out and instead of opening the shop, she lit another cigarette. Given this “disinterest” and unmotivated behavior, I would reconsider your choice of employee. Impossible.

The staff is amazing, today I got my regular coffee, and they always make it amazing. Seeing the previous 2 reviews about the smoking ladies, I must say that I went to Starbucks in around 9:57 and the ladies were already inside. I got my order right on time. I love the staff in Starbucks, they are super respectful, very polite and hardworking. 10 stars for the ladies!

I was at Starbucks at 5:26 today on September 16th and the nice employees Irma and Luana served me with 10/10 service, very personable and nice. We immediately got along well with each other☺️☺️☺️ ⚠️please give a wage increase immediately⚠️

Good service, the dog was also very welcome. But it was very warm in the rooms. We worked up a bit of a sweat when ordering and not just because of the large selection.

I am very happy to share an extremely positive experience during my visit to a Starbucks store today! Matteo, one of the employees, particularly impressed me and significantly improved my customer experience. Matteo was extremely personable, motivated and charming. His warm manner and friendly demeanor immediately appealed to me and lifted my spirits. When I ordered my Frappuccino, it was prepared perfectly by Matteo and completely met my expectations. It was a real pleasure to be served by such a dedicated member of staff. I think his attentiveness and his manner are great and I felt valued as a customer again. I am grateful for this positive experience and would especially like to thank Matteo for his outstanding service. Such dedicated and friendly employees make the difference and make me, a loyal customer, happy to return to Starbucks again and again. Today's experience made me forget my previous concerns and disappointments. With people like Matteo, I trust the Starbucks team will continue to deliver a world-class customer experience. Saleswoman didn't listen and wasn't friendly.

I spent 1h on public transportation to go there, and when I arrived it was closed for holidays. Of course the information on google was not updated. So simple to do and avoid bad experiences like mine. Spent 15chf on transportation to go there and see that actually was closed. Unbelievable how something like this can happen with starbucks.

Nice staff and dragon coconut is very tasty, all the drinks are delicious. I'll be happy to come back.

Small Starbucks branch. Unfortunately they are not Starbucks themselves and do not accept coupons, this is confusing and weak in my opinion. The branch itself is unfortunately in the train station, is not so cozy and relatively small. Fulfills the purpose, but rarely go there because it is inconvenient to drive to.

I don't know exactly what the name of the employee with the green eyes was, but I think her name was Chiara or something like that. In any case, she served like a lion. I ordered a strawberry frappe and so far I've had this drink made very poorly in all other Starbucks until I went to this Starbucks the employee knew exactly what she was doing like a lion a bear mashallah

I went there today, and they don't accept Starbucks giftcards, which was the first bummer. It looked really nice and modern, and the woman behind the counter was super nice, but the Dirty Chai I ordered was the ugliest drink I've ever spent 7 CHF on... I don't know what went wrong with it, but that was a really bad experience, thus I do not recommend!

You have an employee who doesn't know how to talk to the customer! We asked for the lactose free milk but it was made from regular milk and the result was a hospital!!!! I don't think I'll go again and I'll tell everyone!

I didn’t like the way the staff treated us. We are student here and we are paying for our coffee.The staff didn’t understand English language and we asked our coffee which one is less Sirup and which one is not. The one staff who doesn't understand English was really angry with us with no reason. I don't know why she did that.

Behavior of the stuff was not polite. Im Student I speak English and she was really mean to me.

Internal changes could also be communicated online, not just with a note on site, to avoid unnecessary journeys.

I made this location my office for half a day. The service was incredible, I felt very welcomed.

Coffee is ok, service is very friendly. But almost 12 francs for 1 small coffee and 1 small cappucino...? Better with Caffè Spettacolo. Cheaper, more and better.

I stop by every time for a Matcha Latte. Now alternative milks to cow's milk are so normal in cafes. And when I order it at other cafes, nothing additional is charged. But at Starbucks there is an additional charge. Despite that, the service staff is very friendly and helpful. They are agile and serve customers quickly.

There are caffeine-free (decaf) with various vegan milk alternatives. The coffee is ok but not necessarily good. Unfortunately no latte art. The location is good for working/study, but it is a little noisy.

Unskilled barista who does not know what to do with espresso shots over ice, extracting boiling hot espresso into the plastic cup directly. Left the store right away after getting the face she doesn’t know what is wrong. Wouldn’t go back.

No one takes your order,they come after 3 min from the back laughing like they are in the night club,i order a decaffeinated coffee,they give me a normal coffee😡. If i don't realize is with coffeine and drink....i had to go to the Hospital because i have intolerance to coffeine........

Unfortunately only a franchise branch! Of course there were no points, incomprehensible for these prices. My vanilla latte didn't taste as good as usual, just milk with sweetener, no taste of coffee! Like it doesn't have any coffee in it. Very unfortunate.

Don't accept Starbucks gift cards because they don't seem to be a real Starbucks... totally incomprehensible to me as a customer. If it says Starbucks on it, it means Srarbucks for me. I don't care who pays whom and how. Barista was friendly, drink was nice, but I couldn't redeem my birthday present, which was a shame.

There were five of us in Starbucks and had to wait 10 minutes until we were served. The ferry worker was outside smoking, came in and told us, I don't care who you have to wait for, I also have my break, it's outrageous that people should stay at home if they do don't feel like working!!!!

Unfortunately it's not the only place to "sit in". Was sent out because I didn't order anything. That's ok, but the train station is so rubbish because there are no waiting rooms. Still, it's a shame that a giant like Starbucks can't turn a blind eye. Olten train station = huge garbage.

This morning, ordered Iced Coffee Late... no idea what exactly, received.... When I pointed out that it definitely didn't taste or look like one, I received a "splash" of vanilla syrup... unfortunately it still doesn't taste like an iced coffee latte and is just insulting for this price. I hope the new MA learn quickly. At these prices, such feedback shouldn't be necessary. PS: Otherwise I've been happy with this location so far. Addendum: Gave feedback to an employee today regarding yesterday. Now get a free coffee for the next time, top commitment!

Really great staff, friendly, organized and fast! I've never had to wait. With the stamp card, every 11 coffees are free. With the Starbucks Card I got a 10% discount. I would love to come back there soon!

Very great Starbucks! Hidden between platforms 4 and 7 but worth a visit! The employees work quickly and thoroughly. Every now and then mistakes happened, e.g. not lactose-free, but these seem to have been temporary work or it was simply acoustically incomprehensible on my part. I've often worked with the laptop. Sockets are of course available and there is always enough space. The prices are a bit high for Switzerland, but that might be a good reason not to get a Mocha every day ;) By the way, there are also discounts for students and schoolchildren as well as holders of a Swiss Pass. (Specific times per day)

This Starbucks is very hidden in Olten. It can only be reached via platforms 4 and 7. Nevertheless, it is worth taking this route. As always, the coffee is very good and you even get a 10% discount if you show your SBB Swisspass. Totally satisfactory

Olten is one of the railway hubs in Switzerland and chances are you might have to change trains here. This branch was only opened in December 2017 and it has proven to be very popular with visitors and locals alike. You have free wifi and in case you need to go there are restrooms too ( cleaner than those in the station). The staff is very friendly and that is one of the reasons I like to visit this branch. Coffee and pastries are good. You can also bring your laptop here and work. Relaxing atmosphere.

As you know Starbucks, the products are great and delicious...Price like Starbucks...Staff is super friendly, open, relaxed, young dynamic and communicative...I think the flair and ambience is great...it's a small one for this location Chill lounge...Central and accessible from 2 platforms...practical...unfortunately you can't use the Starbucks card here because as a franchise there is no connection/access to the Starbucks system...it's a shame

It's always a real pleasure to go to Starbucks in Olten. The first thing you notice is the always young, cheerful and cheerful staff. Not only does this pleasant friendliness and attentiveness stand out here, but also a high-quality coffee is always produced that is extremely attractive to the eye. It's definitely my number 1 coffee shop in Olten and the surrounding area.
