Great sunset location for apéritifs!

I don't understand how such a good restaurant can only have a 3.3 star rating as I write this.

It’s just a magnificent place, very well located, with a good atmosphere, the staff is wonderful, very welcoming, always smiling and friendly. The cuisine is delicious. Since I discovered this place, I honestly can't get enough of it. My friends and I are very satisfied with this place which is magical. Only happiness. I highly recommend it 👏👍a big thank you to the bosses and staff for welcoming us with this good humor 🙌 it’s very pleasant 🙏we’re having a great time

Very pleasant place and setting

2 dinners 5 days apart, with friends and family, magnificent beef and salmon tartars, freshness and flavors combined! We didn't expect to eat so well there. Friendly staff and boss.

I'll start with the service, which has been excellent both times we have been here. Super kindness even arriving a little later than the reservation and also doing everything possible to speak our language. We have tried both the mussels, their salads and their desserts and everything is amazing. The quantity-quality-price ratio is very good considering the wonderful location it has. Again highly recommended. Thank you very much great team!

I went to eat this afternoon, it was excellent service, the waiter William was great. The food was very good.

Well, despite the negative comments, we ate excellent mussels marinière, very good roast beef and a generous Caesar salad. The server was lovely. And of course great location!

Notice to vegetarians/vegans, we are not part of the clientele of this restaurant. This was affirmed by the head of department of this place who also did the EHL. It’s a shame to have someone graduate from this school answer this (if they graduated!)… However, the owner of the place was very friendly and wanted to offer me drinks which I refused out of principle. I advise this gentleman to choose his staff better and change department heads. I do not recommend and would not return

We have ordered 2 cafe but the bill come with 3 cafe!! I have asked over it they answered that they are not stealing and they haven't give me the money back!!!

I go there regularly for a drink or to eat, always a great place and a nice place with or without children.

The waiter was very, very attentive and friendly. The restaurant is right on the water and nice and quiet. Price performance totally okay.

Very very very slow service. A day on the lake then time for a beer. Very slow service, maybe understaffed? Beer was cool and refreshing though.

Worst service. We waited 40minutes and no sign of our food. We asked and they kept telling us it was coming and it never did so we left very hungry and unimpressed. Give this place a miss.

Terrible restaurant. Worse service I have ever had in the 10 years I have lived in Switzerland. We waited for 20 minutes to get drinks and a waiter. After I politely asked at the bar for some drinks, I was asked to leave. So, if you're in Lausanne to beg for overpriced watered-down drinks, this establishment is your place. Otherwise, I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

The quality of service varies greatly: if there are few people, everything will be quick, but if there are people, run away. Several waiters but only one of them seemed to be working and running around while the others were flailing around. Result: more than thirty minutes of waiting to be served drinks, after having informed the waiter of our presence several times. If you can't handle that many tables, just put fewer.

Execrable welcome, the server ignores us after several eye contacts. Slightly excessive price for the place.

Eat here this evening, same server as on Tuesday when we drank coffee here. Very friendly waiter and delicious food with came very fast. Very nice location near the lake.

I only put 3 ⭐️ because I went to eat the hot goat cheese last year and it was super good and the waiter was so nice but today I looked at the times 01.04 and it was supposed to be open and arrive in front close! Big disappointment, we should think about updating the schedules on Google

very nice café on the banks of Lac Leman. Ideal for the first rays of sunshine in spring. Hamburger really fantastic, nice and big and juicy, roast beef thinly sliced, of high quality. The only deduction are the fries which were not fresh but a frozen product. The sauces, ketchup and tartares could also have been made by hand. Nevertheless, the terrace is recommended!

Having a drink with the family with a small tray of fries on the port is always pleasant, especially when you are well received and well served.

A long wait for service at the location is a tip!

I was there with my family, including a small child who was hungry. The waiter saw that we had sat down and walked past us several times over the next 20 minutes without noticing us. The prices are really high but the food that was brought to the other tables looked great. It's a shame we didn't have the chance to try it.

Today, last Sunday in October, bright sunshine, lots of people, full terrace, 3 servers bustling and running in all directions, for unconvincing efficiency! After 45 minutes of waiting and making big signs to attract their attention we left without consuming, a little disappointed by this very unprofessional attitude, the table orders were done in total disorganization and we were shamefully ignored despite our numerous tests.... Service is a profession but this was surreal!

The servers are a disaster. They don't pay attention to you, bring back your order in several installments because they forget half of it and prioritize discussions with customers instead of collecting the bill. Consider hiring local!

I give two stars for the server who was great. The food was very very average (and expensive) for my part, in terms of the chicken sandwich… Too much mayonnaise, not enough toast… I don't know what to say really dirty… But once again the waiter was super responsive, great nice, super active.

Drinks were brought to the table quickly. However, an Aperol with lemon had a maggot in it. The tables were covered in birds. we didn't know where to sit. 3 visitors had birds urinate on their bodies and one had a chair on her shoulder by a bird. friendly staff but no apparent hygiene compliance.

Restaurant in a very good location. It could be a lot more as the food is pretty good, but the service is very poor. There were 5 of us, we asked for a table, they replied in a rude way of waiting. Once seated, we had to call 3 waiters to have one of them arrive.

It’s dirty, I asked where the toilet was, they answered in an uncivil manner that you could go to the river.

We went to have an aperitif and we liked the service and the quality of the raw materials.... So we repeated for dinner and you can imagine the result... Everything spectacular.....service 12 out of 10 and food 20 out of 10, we left delighted. Thank you and we hope to return soon. Be sure to visit and try their delicious dishes. I don’t think I’ve ever been so blatantly ignored! Left without even being given a hello, even though it was more of a joke than a shot. Obviously not very keen to work...

We stopped for a couple of drinks and cocktails. Very honest prices, TERRIBLE service! Never, and I mean never, have I had the impression of being so much of a nuisance. When asked to clean the table, which was sticky, I was told that it was just a little water. Sin! A little kindness and hospitality and it would have been the best. If you read my comment, you ask for the lyrics as a suggestion!

Mediocre food, horrible service. We been waiting more than 20' to have the waiter take our orders, we were not treated like guests but rather arrogant. We then waited another 30' for our sandwich. Bottom line, go somewhere else.

To avoid any emergency because the waitress is rude, she doesn't say hello and doesn't even say goodbye, and the roast beef isn't great. Too bad the cuisine is not the best in Ouchy. The boss should review the table service with their employees and the kitchen too because throwing my credit card on the table is not a good idea. Thank you for being polite to your customers. I won't set foot out to eat anymore.

A place where you are disrespectful, or you are made to wait 10 minutes before serving you even though the terrace is empty. If you are judged on your appearance and paid a lot for disgusting products, I advise you to do so.

Avoid the Cesar salad if the rest of the menu is the same, avoid this restaurant

Not really surprised when I read all the bad reviews. I can understand that prices are higher because of the location, on the Ouchy Port but communication and politeness are not their main ingredients. They are not very friendly and customer oriented. You cannot own a bar and talk to people as if they were bothering you. Sad because location is very nice. It was my very first but also the last time ;)

Nice endroid with large terrace with possibility of sun or shade with parasol. I couldn't eat. Because the kitchens had too many orders and they closed from 4:30 p.m. until around 6 p.m. (when we left it was still closed). Which is a shame. But understandable given the world there was. On the other hand, cokes at 5.2frs for 330ml are really expensive. A beer will cost you the same. Little extra is the possibility of going to the ice cream parlor opposite the metro and eating it on the terrace with your drinks.

Yesterday Easter day, we were not given the opportunity to sit down even though there were free tables. Because being 8 adults and 2 children, they would have had to join two 6-seater tables, and this is why the waiter rudely and with such agitation refused, claiming that we would disturb the other customers. Never seen something like this!😳

Very good cocktails on the other hand I was charged 2.- for the Schwepps in a gin and tonic at 11.- or 13.- in all except that the Schwepps is part of it so I don't find it logical...

Barely hello, you have to manage to find a table, no communication with the customer during service. Three servers for a terrace of around a hundred seats. Obvious lack of staff which has a major impact on the quality of service.

Because it was not possible to put 0... not having the possibility of bringing 2 tables together when an entire section of the terrace was empty and no one was bothered, under the pretext that the waiter did not want to "move the whole the terrace"...

The cocktails were very tasty, but the service left a lot to be desired. It was clear that we, as German speakers, were not welcome. (We were the only table whose card was taken away, the service avoided us at the beginning and the final bill came without being asked while we were enjoying our cocktail.)
