Problem with delivery, the order was marked delivered even though it had not yet arrived, so there was no longer any way to track the order afterwards. Last time the delivery man broke down which is not a problem in itself but we had no news for 1 hour and no direct number to call. Regarding the food, the rice was very dry but sticky, the sushi had little taste and stuck together. Impossible to take them out of the box without breaking/undoing the ones next to them.

Extremely disappointing, regular sushi is not worth the price; I decided to give them a chance with the Mory Sacko collaboration: result at the exorbitant price of 43chf for 16 sushi! Just awful. Awful, awful, awful. Rice was badly cooked, gummy-like and watery. The soya sauce nauseating, the toppings and salad "covers" a really bad idea and tasted rotten. But nothing compared to the fish. The fish is useless, no freshness flavor at all, badly attached to the rice, in very cheap quantities (maybe for the better?) I would rather eat the box than the sushi. Hopefully we are not sick tomorrow.

SCANDALOUS - SHAMEFUL - UNALLOWABLE The people responsible for this restaurant should be fired! This is not the first time, a reminder would have been enough once but this is no longer professional, we might as well hire children to do the work, have they understood the principle of RESPONSIBILITY? Let me explain , We placed an order at +-6:30 p.m., the order “placed” only an hour later, i.e. +-7:30 p.m.! To tell us that the order will be ready at 8:30 p.m., ANOTHER hour later! This is already more than scandalous - the first problem that arises is the following; If you are this overwhelmed, you should no longer accept orders. We can't just take orders, bring in the $$$ and "fulfill" the orders two hours later, this is a restaurant right?? Fast food, right? There is no piece of meat on the fire with different cooking methods for 133 customers seated. Yes? After 2h15 of waiting the order is finally ready (a small dessert to apologize, even though it is a meal for two) but it's not the right one! Fortunately we realize this, we have to wait for the order again!!!!! And now 30 minutes later the order is finally ready! I think it’s a bit expensive (80.-!!!!!) for such a meager meal after a 2.5 hour wait! I don't understand why orders continued to be taken despite the chaotic situation in the restaurant, even the customers on site were not served and left. I don't understand why after so much waiting there isn't a commercial gesture commensurate with the damage being done. So I understand that reimbursing a portion to customers immediately is not feasible but a discount voucher for next time would be the MINIMUM to restore the customer's confidence and to at least be forgiven for this more than excessive wait. I hope that this comment will be useful in thinking about restructuring because soon it will be the reputation of sushishop in general that will be damaged and no longer just that of the restaurant in Lausanne. If customers are so unimportant then consider changing jobs

I have been a customer of theirs since they opened in Lausanne. When they opened it was great: the sushi was beautiful, impeccable delivery and the person on the phone was friendly. There their application no longer works when you get to payment by card. They no longer accept orders by telephone and their solution is to go through Uber Eat where there is not even all the choice offered by their menu. I tried to give them a second chance after the last time I saw that their app was buggy but now it annoys me and I will order my sushi elsewhere.

Quite frankly, not bad. The delivery man arrived right on time, the makis and californias are really very good, the packaging is top notch. However, I don't give 5 stars because I find that 3 small sachets of wasabi for an order of 30 sushi is really not enough (I had to pay 1.20 francs more for 3 additional sachets, and even then I had just enough) and, like a lot of people, I find that the prices are a little high. In short, for lovers of sushi, makis, etc... it's worth it, it's good but you shouldn't order it too often at the risk of seeing your bank account turn red before the end of the month 😜.

Les sushis sont juste extraordinaires. Nous avons arrêté de commander ailleurs tant la différence est grande! Je vous recommande en particulier le "Tempura Dragon Roll Signature" et le "California Thon cuit avocat". De plus, je trouve que le design de leur boîtes à l'emporter donne envie. En plus, je mange sans gluten et sans lactose et tous les ingrédients "allergènes" sont clairement dessinés sur leurs cartes.

Bonjour, Je trouve les sushis/maki ici sont un peu cher mais la qualité est là! C'est un régale, le riz est bien fait et poisson fraîche. Néanmoins, je suis très déçu du service de client! La durée d'attente est interminable (2h05 d'attendre au lieu de 1h d'attendre), on a fini par se faire à manger au lieu d'attendre. Impossible de contacter la boutique pour savoir si je dois annulé la commande ou attendre (erreur numéro afficher sur le site mysushishop et sur google). Le gentil livreur s'est excusé pour le retard.
