The employees are extremely friendly and very accommodating. The prices are average, but the portions are very large. The taste here is also excellent; it is one of the best Thai restaurants in the region.

We recommend! Terrific! I'd love to come back soon! The three of us were guests at Thai Haus Ebikon for lunch. One person ordered something from the lunch menu and two from the regular menu. What you can clearly taste is that all the dishes were FRESHLY cooked and not reheated countless times (which also took 15-20 minutes, apart from the lunch menu which was ready immediately). And that's unfortunately a rarity these days. The vegetables still had a real bite and you could taste what you were eating. Not like most other Thai restaurants where the vegetables are completely overcooked and have lost their flavor. This is where the Thai Haus Ebikon clearly stands out! I had the beef dish from the menu with rice and a soy-like sauce and I really enjoyed it! I was also able to try the other two dishes and they were also very tasty. The waitress wasn't quite as fluent in German (however, it was easy to communicate with the cook), but she was very welcoming, friendly and attentive. She runs her restaurant with passion, and that's clear to see. The facility is clearly the weakest point. Very bare, cool, small and carelessly furnished. I wouldn't eat here with a customer, but would take the food away as takeaway. But it was clean and tidy and, in my opinion, hygienic. There are certainly cheaper places in terms of price. On the other hand, I'm happy to pay (I think) 25.00 if I get the food of this excellent quality. The price definitely does justice to the product. It's nice that there is no price dumping going on here! In short: food quality and service EXCELLENT! Locality sola. In any case, I would like to visit the Thai Haus again and would be happy to recommend it to others.

Unfortunately the owner is arrogant and cheeky. No greeting and demands cash even though card payment is possible (take away). The food is ok, but you can find much better Thai food in Lu town. Little cowardly liar HE'S ALSO A RACIST - He also drives like a hooligan (disobeys traffic rules) and even shows the middle finger from his vehicle (with a Thai house logo) when people point it out.

That was a disappointment! Not authentic Thai food, very "westernized" (like when there is a Thai dish in the MIGROS restaurant...but in the MIGROS you don't pay 25 francs for it). The sauces in our dishes were much too watery (paneang curry needs to be creamier, thicker, not so watery). Boring standard vegetables (frozen goods?). Shrimp very small, questionable quality as well as the chicken (weird taste). Better smaller portions, but better food, please. We had a stomach ache after “enjoying” this meal. A shame for Thai cuisine, this restaurant! Service by J. Baumann extremely unfriendly & aggressive. Paying with card costs extra...why? Customer service doesn't seem to be an issue!? Guaranteed not again! There are much better options in the region (THAI LANNA or GOKI THAI, they are warm and have an extremely good handle on the food). Stay away from the "THAI HAUS" and save your hard-earned money for something better..! P.S. The Ebikon police know nothing about an alleged complaint. So much for the credibility, integrity and seriousness of the business owner Baumann, who should perhaps consult a doctor about his mental state (see, for example, his comments on reviews)!

Our favourite Thai takeaway with the best pad Thai - we would eat here every evening if we could. I have eaten here many times, and the standard and quality of food has always been amazing. We once tried Nooch at the Mall of Switzerland and instantly regretted it!! We will always order our Thai food from here it is seriously the best.

Best Tom Yum Gum we have ever eaten outside of Thailand! The shrimp were juicy and already peeled. And there was plenty. The soup was very tasty! Will definitely come back. Friendly, attentive service, cozy atmosphere. And all at fair prices.

In any case, today's Pad Thai was a big disappointment. The beef was inedible and could not be eaten (=> old oil?
