Yes and no: the idea is nice, the execution so-so. They offer 3 choices of waffle batter: normal, vegan and protein. We came for the protein and there was none left. No problem, we choose our ingredients. The person at the checkout gets annoyed because I don’t answer “properly” to one of his questions, I didn’t understand. The music is loud, you have to queue because you have to order and take your order at the counter (it goes quite quickly once the order is placed). The concept is poorly explained, when ordering, we realize that what is on the poster lists does not correspond to what is available. We don't know exactly what ingredient we can add... after spending 15 minutes in line, it's not great. Maybe the person at the checkout could explain it? Or it would be nice to have a complete list of ingredients that can be added. Finally the waffles arrived, it’s good! The dough is good, the ingredients too, no complaints 👍🏼 The concept is just weirdly thought out; the tables are ugly, the seats are not very clean, as I said, the music is loud, the idea of ​​having to wait standing to order is meh and above all... the price! I paid 44+ CHF for two waffles! They are well stocked, but it is extremely expensive for waffle batter, some fruit and chocolate sauces… Mixed results we would say. Personally, I don’t think I’ll find it there 😕

While standing in line I noticed the waffle machine and how dirty it was. When I saw the floor behind the counter my stomach started to breakdance. I've never seen anything so disgusting. Despite everything, I have to say that the waffles were good. The rest, however, messes up the whole place. A pity.

Today, February 9, 2023, we were at the Mall of Switzerland with friends and we ordered 6 jindaui bowls. Since today was the first day of the issue, they were under stress but still, great employees, very nice, with very friendly communication. The bowls were also very tasty. always happy 😊

Aside from that, we had to wait 10 minutes until we were served even though there wasn't a soul in the store, we were also served arrogantly and the guests who came after us were served before us because the lady had no overview of the whole thing.

I usually eat well and happily from there. Also very practical to take home. However, huge disappointment today! I got a waffle with Nutella and Buenos. But no fruit strawberries 🍓 as ordered. Since the juice keeps the waffle fresh, I don't have any more of it now. It's a shame about the money.

We were there on January 8th. It was very tasty, but the service wasn't that good. Bored, it almost has to be?😏everyone has their “bad” day but all 3 women, even though they were wearing masks, “you really saw that the desire was somewhere else. It’s a shame. Unfortunately the waffles were very dry and hard - not particularly good. We stood in line for over 30 minutes, then had to wait another 10 minutes for our waffles, even though there were only 6 customers in front of us. The employees in the kitchen don't wear protective masks; the employees at the cash register and counter have - with luck - just pulled them over their mouths. Even a friendly hint didn't help. Very worrying when you have to do with customers and food... All in all, once and never again, you don't have to go through that!

We went there a few weeks ago to get 2 waffles. After we had to wait a long time (no other customers in front of us) we ordered 2x with mango. When we got home, the unfortunate thing was that both waffles were filled with melon instead of mango. I've been waiting in vain for an email requesting an answer for 3 weeks. Very poor performance!
