Very bad service. Long waiting times. Food was forgotten. Never even got an apology. I wouldn't recommend

Good food and very friendly staff

Too much air conditioning. Medium card. Once at the table no one came to ask us if we wanted a drink. I do not recommend this restaurant. Too expensive for what's on the plate.

Very warm welcome by Madame, professional service, smiling and pleasant.

Ate there at midday, not a great experience: We took 4 burgers, there was almost an hour of waiting to receive them and despite this we had to wait 10 minutes more to receive the fries that accompanied them (the burger was therefore finished when the accompaniment arrived) . And not even a little word of apology for the wait, for them it seems normal... Also for the very high price we were not even offered the cooking of the meat, and one was not cooked and the others were very limited. I think if we had taken something else we would still be there... Unfortunately quite disappointed, we can expect better for this price... :-(

My family and I stayed in the "Aquatis Hotel", for ease but also for comfort, we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant. We were well received, the servers were available and efficient, despite several large tables of around ten people each. The wait for the food was therefore a bit long, but that was understandable. However, we were not very enchanted by the menu, the dishes did not really impress us. They lacked taste and/or flavor. Risotto undercooked. The poke bowl could be better seasoned. The burger was ok. It was quite expensive, and in the end, I was moderately satisfied.

I went to a seminar there. Three meals eaten. A brown sauce always the same. And bad in my opinion. Complicated digestion...

Pleasantly decorated setting, very pleasant staff and attentive with children. Very interesting sharing dish options. Very quality children's menu.

Alright ! One regret, however, is the limited choice on the menu and when you go there for 4 days in a row it's not the best

Friendly staff, slow service. Acceptable quantity for the main course, clearly insufficient + too expensive for dessert (strawberry coulis with a scoop of ice cream for 10.--). The water in the jug for tea was cold and after my remark the waiter had fun and brought me the same jug containing hot tap water... :-((

Unfortunately, the meat was very dry, the food only had a hint of warmth and was cold overall. Were very disappointed.

We loved the Easter Brunch. The food, atmosphere and the attention was incredible. Thank you so much, we're waiting for the next one.

The breakfast is fantastic. Our 3 evening dishes were, however, very bland. The staff is friendly but gives the impression of being quickly overwhelmed.

Easter buffet without much interest, nothing to panic about

We ate there for Easter brunch and we all really liked it. The price is right, there was a lot of choice, everything was very good and the setting is very pleasant. Not to mention that it is easy to park. The little icing on the cake was the moment of breaking the Easter bunny, which my son was able to do following a little draw. Not forgetting the little bags of chocolate and the soft toy offered to all the children. To do again I hope soon!

There were 3 of us, we arrived at 12:15 p.m. after visiting the nearby aquarium. The restaurant quickly filled up with "family" customers without reservations like us... The waiter who cordially welcomed and seated us was alone until the arrival of an "extra" who did not know the house . 2 waiters or a waiter and a half for a public holiday Friday, a full restaurant! The waiter told us "we didn't necessarily anticipate"... Otherwise not a manager on the horizon... Despite everything, we ate well (ray steak, tender pike), lovely cuisine served in a modern, bright decor. After visiting the Aquatis Aquarium we ordered a pizza. Edge of pizza was crispy and good. The rest of the pizza was soggy. Don't know how to do that in a pizza oven? It was like it came out of the microwave. 1 liter of water is rather expensive at CHF 10.

We were there on a Sunday. Unfortunately the service was catastrophic. The restaurant was full and didn't have enough high chairs for all the children. One should assume that Aquatis assumes that many children visit the restaurant. We waited more than 90 minutes for the food, we were four adults and two small children. Anyone who has children knows how much patience they have. It was really an imposition. We had to ask about it several times. The employees reacted irritably. 😓 However, the food is very good if you can still enjoy it after all the stress.

Very good food and very friendly service. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is closer to a canteen than a restaurant. But definitely highly recommended because the food is really very good.

More than 45 minutes to get our meals at lunchtime during the week (one of their suggestions and a burger, it should be sent quickly). It's way too long... when you come to your lunch break during work. Much too long... so we gave up on dessert. Very unfortunate... the food is quite good

A great setting, great modern decor, dishes with quality products, a seasonal menu, and the staff is excellent and really efficient, all this for a reasonable price (80.- for 2)

Restaurant visited at midday. Welcoming and helpful staff. All the dishes tasted were delicious and the service is rather fast (possibility of ordering in advance). Unfortunately that day there was a heating failure and it was quite cold in the restaurant. Despite this, we had a good time.

A beautiful recently renovated decor, a friendly setting but a distressingly slow service! 1.20 hour wait for a dish of the day, tartars and hamburgers!! even though the room was not full, for a Saturday lunchtime.

Very nice surprise with the Sunday brunch after the visit to Aquatis. The people are very helpful and kind, the buffet is very generous and varied and families are welcome! We will come back for sure!

The food came quickly, but the spaetzli plate consisted of 80% sauerkraut. Very little bacon and spaetzli. The two rolls of Sbrinz cheese were ridiculous. And that for 22.- Nothing special in terms of taste.

We had lunch here as a family after our visit to Aquatis. We had to wait a long time until we were served and no one spoke German. Therefore, despite speaking a little French, we didn't get what we ordered (Cola Zero instead of normal Cola) and we had to choose a main menu just to get fries for the kids, which we didn't even get. The kids were sad - it's not child-friendly at all. We won't be coming back!

Sorry to say that, but it's tourist food...the pasta at the brunch buffet...how can I put it, I know al dente, but I don't know the word for the opposite, al porridge possibly... The fish, thanks to the tartar sauce which gave it a little flavor...

Absolutely disastrous food, we felt sick. High price and then dirty cutlery.

At midday, we were in the shade of the terrace, which was appreciated in this heat. Poke Bowl good, small menu, service a little long, fountain.

Great food, drink and outside terrace! 😍 Reasonable prices and good selection. The only criticism: we had to wait a very long time. When ordering, when paying, when clearing away. Everything took too long for the standard.

Our dishes were refined and well presented. Special mention for the potato gratin: original presentation! The lunch portions were ideal, not too big. The service knows how to be discreet. There were around fifty people and the kitchen worked, everyone was served almost at the same time. A colleague was lactose intolerant and received a dish specially for him.

The food was mostly quite tasty, quite interesting and very nicely presented. The entrecôte was left with a marginal side dish, too well-cooked and almost cold meat. The waiting time of over 80 minutes between the starter and the main course despite repeated requests was unacceptable; guests who arrived well after us were sometimes even served faster. Overall, the service was inattentive and not particularly well organized. One beer too many was listed on the bill. At least we were offered the coffees. Unfortunately, we still cannot recommend the restaurant.

Arrived to an uncleaned table... not a very good first impression. After 5 minutes of waiting someone came to greet us (finally) Once food and drinks were ordered... the sprite was warm and had 0 bubbles and the wine was served in a glass, where I was unable to taste it beforehand. My salad was brought without presenation and was given to me with italian sauce (i was unable to pick french or italien) After our OK appetizer, another waiter asked if we wanted coffee or cake where as I responded that we are waiting for our main course. Following my response, he was unable to speak back in either english german or spanish. He only spoke french. While waiting we were given another napkin with cutlary eventhough we were in posession of these materials already. The burger said to be with fish but came with beef and the tartar was full of fat and uncut, meaning to be a partial steak. The sidedishes were exactly the same on both of our plate. NOT creative at all. I would definitaly NOT recommend this restaurant. PS. I had to help him stack the plates, since he was unable to carry them back... really weak

Very dissapointing... i dont like writing negative reviews, but i hope this is a motivation to increase the quality of the service. The food was good, except for my very chewy tartar. But im not a fan of warm and un-carbonated sprite, being asked if i want desert inbetween my first and second course, not receiving water after ordering a bottle, being seated while my table is not cleaned before, and being told to wait when i want to give up an order. Too many things were wrong. The manager was not charming at all either. The breakfast on the other hand was pretty good. Sorry for the 1 star, but things need to change in this place.

The internal and external environment is very beautiful. The dishes need improvement. The quality - price ratio needs to be reviewed. Overall good, but still needs to be improved so that the restaurant can be at the level of the rest of the structure, hotel and aquarium. There was some problem with the payment, the POS made the payment after 5 attempts using both the debit card and the credit card.

It's a shame that the cafeteria is closed during school holidays. The hotel restaurant is not the best with children...

Evening service. Excellent cuisine we feel lightness, taste and quality 10/10 congratulations to the chef. On the other hand, table service needs to be reviewed... Between cigarette breaks and private telephones every 35 min. from the waiter, the waitress's omissions, no follow-up between starters, main courses and desserts. Comments inappropriate. We were really surprised by the service which clearly lacks training, responsiveness, common sense and dynamism. We really found it a shame that the quality of the table service did not match the quality of the cuisine. I'm giving my opinion because we really need to react and control the table service a little.

Our meal was excellent, meat is tasty and overall the dishes are very well arranged. Worth 4.5 stars for a somewhat lacking wine list

Salad was good, fries were ok but not as bad as first feared based on the reviews. Entrecote, on the other hand, is relatively tough. Given the quantity and quality, the price certainly isn't worth it, but there was free warm bread while you waited, friendly staff and a great view.

Poor service, listless staff. Poor quality cuisine, really a shame.

For the classic hamburger No product is fresh! and certainly does not date from the same day nor from the previous one. The bread is dry as if it was from 1 week ago!!!! The salad with the black ends and dating back I don't know how many days... Onions with an atrocious taste...I won't talk about them I give 1 star just for the fries which are well portioned (not a light hand) however they are not even as good as those at the McDonald's... They are good but nothing more. And the price... 17frs for this crap, the steak isn't even worth 5frs...

Mixed opinion. Good sauces, passable meats because they are too fatty, 3 half vegetables chasing each other around the plate, it's petty. Tasteless coffee, desserts are relatively good. In short, a lot of things to improve.
