Good burgers. Nice service. A bit deserted on Sunday afternoon. Price-performance ratio ok.

Interesting and, above all, differentiated range of fries, drinks and burgers. It can get quite loud in the restaurant, but that also speaks for its success. I was initially overcharged by 11 francs per person. The waitress couldn't help me, referred to the absent boss and quickly withdrew from the situation. However, after the review, the support team immediately offered to refund the money. After friendly contact, this happened in less than 5 days.

Very tasty burgers and super clear about allergens. (Gluten-free, vegan etc) The ordering system via QR code is also brilliant

Staff was really nice, i had Long Beach burger (vegetarian) and fries with cheese. Food was delicious. One of the best vegan/vegetarian burgers i had. Definitely recommend.

Having eaten in many burger places around the world and in Zurich, I had high hopes for this restaurant but left very disappointed. When entering, the place had a relaxed, cost vibe with low lighting, wooden features and imagery on the wall talking about different cuts of meat. The beer selection was ok, but I was terribly let down by the burger... Possibly and sadly the worst I've had in Zurich - and at the price, and for a sit down restaurant like this maybe one of the worst I remember anywhere. The meat patty had an odd texture almost like a pre-prepared frozen patty. This weird texture meant myself and my three friends didn't finish the whole burger. Instead I'd recommend Burgermeister (Sihlpost) or Black Tap in Zurich if you want a cool vibe with great burgers for a similar price.

Food is very tasty especially truffle sauce!

I wanted to give one more chance but also this time, the food was delivered almost cold and also incomplete. Fries billed but not delivered!

Since I have to decide between 4 and 5 stars, I'll take 4 stars, but it's 4.49. I have nothing to really criticize. The burger was very good, but not outstanding. The fries were very good, but not outstanding. The service and the ambience, however, were outstanding. All in all I really liked it.

Burgers are great and the way to order via phone fantastic BUT, we order 2 customized burgers and they mixed the orders completely. We all make mistakes and are humans. But all they did was to change the breads rather than make the burgers again… which means that they still were missing ingredients, and we had to request for yet another change. And of course no gesture or any detail to remediate the mistake, neither an apology from any of the staff. Recommendation: stick to the normal burgers

By appearance, the waiter made bad jokes. I didn't like that at all and will never visit this store again.

5.30 for a water?!? That’s an immediate no tip and a one star. Go elsewhere. There’s not even enough service to justify a tip.

I always eat very well (big plus) But I experienced the service like never before, really rude. I'm not the type who writes poorly, but it doesn't work. Ahgfange was not greeted and followed by the most disrespectful behavior I have ever experienced in the restaurant. If I stopped at work, I would immediately be fired. I think the team knows who they mean. All others are always very accommodating. In the future my name will be yours.

Burger was good but nothing exceptional. The fries with the truffle sauce and the sweet potato fries were excellent. I really like the service, the lady that took our order was really e nice, professional and helpful. The good thing is that they have lactose free and gluten free buns and vegan options.

Too bad for a small establishment specializing in burgers (with little crowds during my visit) that it didn't take the trouble to ask for the meat to be cooked.

The service was good, but unfortunately the food was disappointing. The small green salad was simply boring in terms of appearance and taste (was there even a sauce on it?). Unfortunately no bread was served with the salad. The fries weren't crispy enough (fresh?). The burgers were a mess with the cooking levels and the taste here was simply weak. Had to add salt to the burger to give it some flavor. You can definitely expect a lot more from a burger shop, especially when it comes to fries and burgers (also considering the prices). What has happened there? Your food used to be really good. A pity...

Fries were burnt and like they had been fried before. What a shame! The taste of the burger isn't really my thing. Not fresh tomatoes, but pickled dried tomatoes. By chance the lady from service was there and then gone. Otherwise no staff anywhere.

The Best Burger in Town.. It is not the first time (maybe my 6th time) that I went to this famous place. Simply the best... 1. The service is top notch. That niveau is exceptional. 2. The food is very good. You can choose between different burgers, you can even create your own burger. The food is fresh and warm unlike in other burger restaurants. I will definitly come back when I am in Zurich again. Place to be. I will highly recommend this place to all people who just want to taste some nice food and enjoy the nice ambiente. A pretty good burger with the best ordering system! That's how restaurants should work! Customers order with an app and waiters are free to pay attention to customers. Only remark, we got confused between putting into the shopping cart and ordering. ;-)

The best french fries in town, but the coleslaw was everything else but coleslaw. There were flowers!!!, lettuce, parsley!!! Ingredients that do not belong to it. Regret not taking pictures, but I was very disgusted! Yes, disgusted!

Menu only via QR code and then very confusing. The background music in the restaurant was far too loud and disturbing. The high chairs are very uncomfortable and wobble. Only Cola Zero and then for just under 6.- for 3dl. The hamburgers and fries were quite okay. The service was friendly.

Very rustic atmosphere, and it resembles an old wine cellar. The food was great as always! Unlike “The Butcher” in Zug, for example, there is a different menu here, for example no sweet potato fries. However, in my opinion this is positive because it is not so monotonous. The service was friendly, but a little stressed, and we had to quickly pick out our food. The price is relatively high, but you're really happy to pay that for these burgers. Gladly again!

Not awful, good....but not above that. And expensive as is all of zurich. We went there as Americans with no connection and their app didn't treat us too kindly when we tried to connect just to look at the menu. Yet they still forced us to use their tablet. Like .....really.... just take my order. It's pretty simple.....Two burgers, two fries, two beers. That was a bit annoying. The burgers weren't awful but they weren't exceptional. In-N-Out burgers are way better and way less expensive. Doesn't seem like these burgers are made on demand. Came out slightly cold. Like they were pre made and nuked. Fries were definitely not made on demand. If you run a burger and fries joint....trust me....make everything fresh , right out of fryer and off the grill.....do I really need to say this?

The burger was good, meat medium, quality of meat was good. The service was nice and polite. For 19CHF you can expect a decent burger, not a children's portion. Having to pay extra for fries is completely unacceptable in a burger joint. Unfortunately the price performance is not right.

I really enjoyed the food, but it was a bit difficult to order. There is no traditional waiter in this restaurant, but you can find the menu using a QR code. Then you can view the menu on your cell phone and order and pay directly. It's actually not a bad idea, but if you're on vacation with your parents and one parent has a flip cell phone and the other has a cell phone without internet in Switzerland, it becomes difficult to order things. It would be nice if the restaurant had a proper menu for these cases that you could use to order from the waiter. The selection of food is not large, but you can create your own burger at no extra charge, which I think is very good. However, options for drinks were rather weak. The only soft drink available here was Cola Zero, nothing else. The store is also a little more expensive. Still, the food was good.

Very nice setting but I disliked the cheese burger. Meat didn't look "home pressed" and looked supermarket-grade. Bun was a bit dry. Cheese wasn't melted. It was pretty mediocre - left the bun & cheese and just finished the patties. Fries were okay, a bit too cooked for my taste. Waitress was very nice though. Won't come back.

Sorry but the place was filthy, the food was lukewarm, bland and left me feeling sick afterwards. Halloumi fries felt recooked and reheated. The pulled pork burger smelt weird and was disgusting. It's the first time in my long long life that I did not finish a burger. Sorry but really this was the most disappointing dinner for 2. No amount of aperol Spitz could hide.

The spicy burger was very good. The bun was perfect and the meat was not bad. It comes with tomato, pickle (very tasty and different from what I'm used to) and lettuce. It also has a very nice sauce. The beer tasted amazing to me. We had the Max potatoes, which are about three servings. Very nice waitress. The price like the rest of the city.

Perfect food for a celiac since they have gluten-free bread and all the burgers are suitable for a celiac. The waiter was very friendly and best of all he spoke Spanish.

Food was good, not spectacular, especially for the price. Don’t order a water because it’s tap water for 5 francs - absolutely ridiculous. (Edit to respond: The waitress did not indicate a self service water station to us and charged 5 francs for a single glass of tap water.)

Very bad taste, I ordered a vegan one and taste like nothing. Fries are very insipid and with left overs. My husband asked for a meat hamburger and left it at the end. He wanted to vomit, flavor was very disgusting. Not recommended.
