The Capra in Saas-Fee

We loved the spa and the entire experience of staying here! The shuttle down to the bus was super helpful, and the food was delicious. The staff really goes above and beyond. We ordered room service and it was delivered quickly and the food quality was top notch.

One of my favourite hotels. We recently stayed a second time, for a week’s skiing in the mountains. The rooms are lovely, the swimming pool/spa area fab and the food excellent. The thing, however, that marks it out is the staff: they are universally wonderful. Helpful, chatty, informative, welcoming: they’re all lovely. I’m sorely tempted to go back there again in the summer with my daughter (who also adores the Capra!) Highly recommended.

Dream stay.. We came to spend a weekend with our 3 teenagers. From the parking lot we were greeted with kindness and attentive staff. At the reception Françoise and Julia were just top notch. In the restaurant, Léo (in the dining room) and Chef Sébastien took us on incredible taste journeys with each meal. They took special care of my husband's birthday. The various food intolerances and allergies are all respected. Without even having to call them back... The spa is really very relaxing.. the teenagers loved the gym and the PS5 room. The team did their utmost to provide incredible quality and comfort for bedtimes. This hotel, which offers luxury, class, and elegance all in simplicity, particularly struck us. We will come back very very soon.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Capra, it’s a different interpretation of the 5 star rating for me, it felt more like a modern lodge but it checked all the boxes. There was a charming simplicity to the hotel, a little bit like Saas Fee. The staff was particularly nice, from the front desk to the restaurant and the shuttle drivers. The room was comfortable, the food at the brasserie was delicious. I loved the ski room by the slopes and the little attention at the end when I left and was handed a bag with 2 bottles of water, a yummy brownie and some apples for the train trip back. Thank you to the team!

The hotel itself is stunning, with elegant and comfortable rooms. The spa is simply exceptional, offering a true haven of relaxation. And what about the kitchen? The meals were delicious, worthy of a five-star establishment. We can't wait to return there again to enjoy this enchanting setting and the impeccable service. We had an amazing stay at The Capra for our honeymoon in Saas Fee. The attention to detail and little touches were just lovely. The staff were great, very welcoming and knowledgable of the area. There is so much choice for breakfast, and all the food was of such high quality and delicious. We had a fantastic room with an amazing view and the spa, ski locker facilities amongst everything else was just great. It really felt like they had thought of everything! We would definitely return.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed by this establishment. At, arrival no one was at the reception, somebody else's luggage was in our room and at the point of departure the person at the reception was really unfriendly. We have provided this feedback to the hotel directly as well. The hotel itself is beautiful and the staff in the restaurant was very friendly. Also, food was really good.

Der Service war von Empfang und Anfahrt, über den Skiraum und die Auskunft während dem Aufenthalt, bis zur Abreise perfekt. Auch die Corona-Regeln wurden vorbildlich eingehalten. Für uns unvergessliche Ferien, die wir sicher wiederholen werden und jeden einzelnen Rappen Wert waren! Wir freuen uns aufs nächste Mal.

Sass fee village is a car free zone and the hotel village car and driver were always available to drop us off and pick us up at a moments notice. And then there is the spa wow wow gorgeous and relaxing saunas, steam rooms, inside and out swimming pools and chilling areas bliss.. Saas fee is a place not to be missed there is so much to do and see , summer skiing in the morning and hiking or walking in the afternoon and chilling in the spa before gorgeous meals in the hotel and out in the village. The Capra is beautifully furnished throughout, with a stunning pool area, fantastic breakfast, but the exceptional styling is only this pleasing when the service is as incredible as it was from start to finish. Simone even prepared a small travel pack for us to take on our long journey back to the airport, including home-made brownies! This is one of the nicest hotels in the nicest locations I have ever enjoyed, and the service just made a great time in to an amazing and completely memorable trip. We can't wait to return!
