Two of us came (for the 3rd time) for dinner on a Sunday evening: - Service => Perfect and fast (super friendly waitress!); - Food and cocktail => Delicious (Hugo + burgers + poutine + Brownie); - Price => Correct; - Atmosphere and setting => Very pleasant. A very good romantic evening!

5 stars for the Burgers which are excellent, too bad we can't give 0 for the service which is catastrophic. Whether on site or to take away, I systematically had errors in the orders, in addition to dealing with someone who was unpleasant and unfriendly. Too bad, because the place has great potential.

We were at this restaurant this evening, and we like to come here from time to time because we are never disappointed! A very nice, clean setting, and above all a very good restaurant!!! The service is great, the waiter is very professional and very patient with the customers… which must not always be easy 😉 thank you for everything and we are already looking forward to returning there soon!

The food is good, the setting is nice, this place has real potential. But the service is a real disaster!!! (And yet we went there several times to form this opinion). - 45min to come and take the order (even drinks) - We are told that there are no more fries (they are the basic ingredient of this restaurant, right??) - VERY often errors in orders (at this level, we can no longer say that error is human...) - We are not offered the dessert menu, we have to ask for it and still wait, wait, wait… - No questioning when we dare to say what is wrong, it is always the customer's fault. Too bad, because it’s a beautiful place but very poorly managed!

Finishing a day of work late, we decided to grab two burgers to take away. It is true that these burgers are excellent. Once we arrive home, we sit down and begin to enjoy our order. Quickly, my friend noticed that the taste of her burger did not resemble the taste of her usual California Love. By inspecting his burger, we quickly see that it is a goat cheese burger. I immediately called and explained the mishap and informed them that I would come back immediately to change this burger. When I arrived, I encountered an unpleasant waiter, the same one who took my order and gave it to me. He didn't say a single word of apology. He just said the kitchen made a mistake. Which can happen according to him. Of course, this can happen, but this isn't the first time there have been issues with takeout orders. Which I didn't fail to tell him. At that, he asked me in a condescending manner if I had brought the goat cheese burger. Instead of making these ill-advised remarks to me, he would have done better to apologize to me. Honestly, this attitude ruins everything and makes us not want to come back and enjoy this establishment.

The service always leaves a little to be desired unfortunately because the food is very good.

Terrible, unpleasant and incompetent service. Rarely do people refuse to answer the phone in a restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes, I was told that there was no more meat for the menu ordered 45 minutes before. So only two burgers out of the three ordered. And the kitchen is very ordinary. I had already allowed myself to set foot there again, now it’s confirmed. A shame.

Great welcome and top burger! Solo dad, I was there with my two boys aged 3 and 5, sitting on the games side for the children, I was able to enjoy it and so did they! I recommend and we will come back!

The food was excellent, however, the brownie was not served as usual, it took 1 hour to come and clear the table, without even asking for a coffee or dessert, it was us after waiting another 30 minutes who were had to go and order at the bar… The service really leaves something to be desired! But the burger is a treat! Too bad, because if the service was as good as the meal, it would be tooooooisim!

Came with the family on a Sunday on the recommendation of their great burger menu. Small initial disappointment, on Sunday it's the brunch menu with only 2 burger options. We settled on that, but their basic burgers are already so excellent that we'll have to come back another day! Also tasted the cheesecake and the brownie, excellent too! Address to recommend!

We went to eat this Sunday at 12 p.m. Impeccable welcome and service. The restaurant was practically full, only 2 people serving but we were served super quickly! They take the time to chat with parents and children, which is becoming increasingly rare! :) The children's corner is also nice and gives the child freedom. We highly recommend and we will be happy to come back 😃

We came to eat with friends on Sunday evening. As with our last experience, the burgers are still delicious. The only server handling service on Sunday evening was very knowledgeable, pleasant and patient. Indeed, it is unacceptable for a restaurant to hire only one waiter to do Sunday evening service. Furthermore, and what surprised me, is the waitress (or manager?) who allows herself, when she comes to the restaurant with her family, to go behind the counter and serve drinks and desserts to her family, so that we, simple customers, have been waiting for our desserts for a while. This doesn't give a good impression. In any case, a big thank you to this server who remained professional and pleasant despite the apparent difficulty of this service and we will come back with pleasure in any case, hoping that the service will be more fluid, especially with several servers.

I think it is the best burger place in region. Definitely worth the detour. Great burgers, excellent fries and a good choice of beers.

The quality of the menus leaves more and more to be desired, the fries, if you can call it that, were inedible, burnt, dry, it looked like we had had the “rest” of the day. The tasteless burgers, also dry (for the chicken burger, we were treated to chicken nuggets inside, even though it's supposed to be a single piece of chicken breast...), in short, we don't recommend it.

Slightly out of the way, this restaurant-bar mainly serves burgers. These are very well made. Several original choices without getting into fanciful creations. Choice of side dish: salad, fries or onion rings. For the latter, there could be a little more (or include them in the menu and not as an addition to the burger). Pleasant service, but with one or two small hiccups in the bill. Friendly, multi-generational atmosphere.

It's really the best burger restaurant in the region for me the burgers are excellent the fries we don't talk about them and the onion rings are also excellent just the price is a little high but for the quality of the food it's good like that.

We went 3 Fridays. The burgers are super good, we often get them to take away. On the other hand, two servers for a Friday evening is really not enough. We have reservations for the 12:30 p.m. brunch on Sunday January 15th. We were very disappointed because there were no more pancakes or a baker's basket. Out of stock. (?) So we just took a savory option. And regarding drinks, no option of lactose-free milk or vegetable milk. Long wait (45 minutes for avocado toast and 2 scrambled eggs). The waiters are sorry that it's so poor and even add that they "don't like working on Sundays", "that it's always like that", "that it's been like that for 2 years". Maybe it's time to react?

Original decor, tempting menu. Very nice brunch and kids friendly place. Unfortunately no fresh juice that day. The regret is the waiting time and sometimes forgetting our orders. Maybe additional staff would be a good thing? Surprised to hear the staff advise us to come on days other than Sunday.

I chose the double cheese and I was not disappointed, the burger has great flavor, you feel that everything is homemade. The best burger I've had east of the Atlantic Ocean. I'm from the US and was convinced no one in Europe could do American "comfort food." This place shines and does the burger/brunch thing exceptionally... but with better cheese than the US! We ate here three meals in a row while visiting. Had the "smash burger" for dinner - fantastic! Super high quality beef perfectly cooked on a perfect bun. Went back for brunch the next day and got Eggs Benedict - hollandaise and potatoes were spot-on. The restaurant itself is super cute and extremely family-friendly. They have an awesome "kids corner" where the little ones can go play while parents drink their coffee or beer. All hail the Local!

Awesome burger joint with a few nods to american favorites like steak and shake and in-n-out burger. The serving size is massive, no skimping on the fries. The fries are thin cut and come with an option of parmesan, which is a nice touch. Got a beer while waiting for the food and the draft selection was excellent. We also shared a side of onion rings that were fantastic. The next day, we stopped by for brunch which had classic american style eggs etc, and also an english breakfast option! Overall excellent food and service, with a nice brunch option as well as great hamburgers!

Excellent burgers but catastrophic organization. I've been there several times for takeout orders and not once have I received my order on time. Forced to wait between 15 to 30 minutes longer and each time I received the same excuse: I'm the only one serving, sorry... it might be time to recruit staff to avoid delays and cold meals.

But after eating there once, we ordered takeout several times to eat at work, unfortunately wrong orders, long wait despite ordering in advance and feeling like the staff were overwhelmed with 4 tables occupied in Restaurant. We may have been unlucky (several times) but we don't want to try it anymore. Too bad because it's good, personally I find the chicken better than the beef which I found a little sad in terms of taste. Friendly staff. Price a bit high. The burgers can be modified as desired. The fries are delicious. On the other hand, I do not recommend the noise level for people without children...

Very disappointed by the quality, I paid 27fr for a classic burger, the bread was dry, very little sauce and really a lot of onions, usually that doesn't bother me but there was really a lot! So, a burger without the fries, with a cold peach tea, so it was really disappointing to drink a tea that had no taste, I don't know if it was an organic tea but I think it was the bottom of the bottle or barrel. All this accompanied by a slice of carrot cake was the only good thing in this order. I'm not cheap, but I think I paid a lot for a burger without fries, and it's not worth the price. I should have gone to McDonald's after all. The servers were friendly and I didn't have to wait long for my order.
