Good morning, what can I say, the wellness center is very nice and welcoming, a little more maintenance should be done on the prime gym as some of the machines don't work with the bracelet or don't connect to the internet. Furthermore, some instructors walk around instead of watching or correcting people's exercises if they are doing them incorrectly, their job would be to supervise clients to make sure they train correctly without obviously getting hurt. Furthermore, the real problem is the cleanliness of the men's changing rooms, people are a bit rude and they don't come to clean frequently, finally some lockers don't close because their batteries are flat, furthermore there is no soap for washing in the showers and it wring out your swimsuit which would also be logical so as not to carry water everywhere. Last thing, in the sauna you are required to wear a bathing suit but theoretically for reasons of hygiene and bacteria the bathing suit should not be used but you should cover yourself with a towel and during the week there is no water dispenser which is available in all the spas in the world. Terrible subscription policies! When a company only tries to collect the automatic renewal of its subscriptions (cancellation given with 2 weeks to expire), from a minor who is not even of legal age to enter the gym.... I have some doubts about the honesty of this place....very questionable marketing.... However all customers lost.

The gym is fantastic, the services are excellent, the atmosphere is exceptional and the machines (Prime) are excellent, the main problem however is the members (men). Regardless of how much or little space there may be in the changing rooms, people should take an intensive course in good manners, or perhaps they should just wake up, because you don't have to be Albert Einstein to understand that you can't completely occupy the only place available to change in a changing room with 50 lockers, forcing anyone who arrives to have to change standing. And unfortunately everyone in the locker room does it, even posing as phenomenal Alpha males if only you move his bag which inexorably remains there to occupy 3 places that could be used to seat the poor people who would like to change. Consequently, either the seats are increased (a bit like in the women's locker room) offering a decent service or I advise the secretariat to inform the phenomenal macho men, gym lions and Alpha men who think they count for something just because they lift two pieces of cast iron, to wake up when I'm in the locker room. It is not possible to get a Prime subscription and have to change standing up, without being able to lean or sit, even if you are in the changing room of the municipal gym of the abandoned school of San Giuseppe Vesuviano.

I'm dissatisfied, the babysitting service is only available for 3 mornings, so in order to go to the gym, you are forced to go only on these days. It used to be every morning, so there was more freedom of management. And many easy courses have been removed. Otherwise it's a nice gym.

The center is beautiful even if there are some flaws to improve. The water in the small pool is too cold and even the hot tub has been freezing lately. In the corridors from the swimming pool to the changing room it's like walking in a refrigerator, it would warm the environment more to prevent us from getting sick. The showers lack more hooks for hanging bathrobes and towels on the wall. They could be added. Thank you

A Fitness Club like this is not easily found, size, top gyms, enormous course calendar, 25 meter swimming pool available, SPA area among the best ever seen as well as the rest of the club.... and at my club age I've seen many. Very attentive and kind staff.

This is the only gym , proper gym in Lugano , reminds me of Middle East when i used to live there and the gym quality is the best . But the only thing that here is different is the HYGIENE! That I really hope that they will improve. The floor is really dirty when i take the matt to do stretching always you can see how dirty it is . And the wash room as well . I never go in the changing room as the hygiene is as well there not 100% . Please 🙏🏻 improve that is really necessary!

My experience at Planet is positive beyond my initial expectations. The gym is equipped with a large car park which meets access daily without any waiting. The spaces are very clean and continuously sanitized by some very nice guys who carry out their tasks in a truly discreet way. . I noticed a great attention to the customer from all the staff, starting from the always smiling and motivated reception staff. The changing rooms are, like the rest of the facility, continually tidy and clean. On the first day I was followed by a highly trained personal trainer who created my form to follow together with me, explaining in a comprehensive way how to correctly carry out the respective exercises with free body or using machines. I chose a Prime subscription and I can confirm that it is an incredible experience. Inside the structure there are sufficient spaces and machinery that make the various exercises always usable without having to wait and I was able to verify this at any time of the day. The same goes for the swimming pool. It is always possible to access various daily courses such as pilates and yoga, included in the subscription. The bar service serves drinks and typical preparations for those who play sports. A panacea. Among the noteworthy services there is a beauty salon where several times a month I entrust the care of my beard and my look to the excellent barber Luca. Obviously in the salon there is also an excellent hairdresser for men and women and a beautician. In a first-class gym like this one, the space dedicated to the latest generation solar lamps could not be missing, perhaps immediately after relaxing in the SPA space where there are different types of saunas and relaxation facilities. After 3 and a half months I can only feel really satisfied with my choice. I have seen my body shape and tone itself and nothing like the evident results on oneself and such a welcoming environment from every point of view make the motivation to come here to Planet the most awaited moment of my day.

I've only been in the gym area so I don't know the rest of the arena. But I can say without a doubt that this is one of the best gyms I have ever trained in. The equipment is all state of the art. The choice is overwhelming. From guided equipment to a generous free weight area, everything is available. I immediately became a big fan and can recommend a visit to everyone.

Well-equipped fitness center, very nice and with a large car park (even if during rush hour you have to do a few laps). It's a shame about the opening hours, for a center like this a wider opening hours than the current one would be needed

This gym is a true planet of well-being. You can find everything you need: hairdresser, beautician, physiotherapist, nutritionist, good coffee and lots of courses and activities. The personal trainers are all very kind and helpful. The environment is well looked after and clean. The icing on the cake is the spa!

I signed up for an annual contract, the first few days you are visited by expert staff who then, once your objectives have been determined and your "fitness" has been assessed, will put you on the right path based on your functionality and your needs. You feel truly welcomed and supported every step of the way. The staff are fantastic, always helpful and polite. The weight room is equipped with modern and tidy machinery. The cleanliness is incredible, whether it's the weight room, locker room or shower, you can practically eat on the floor. The weight room is really large and well distributed. Once your program has been defined, the cards are loaded onto an application which allows you to always know what to do, each exercise also has a video on how it should be performed. In the dining room the staff is always present and available if you have any doubts or if you need advice. For now I am very happy and the value for money is fantastic. Highly recommended if you are looking for professionalism, kindness and seriousness

............it's a shame there are people who enter saunas and tubs without taking a shower first....., this irritates me a lot, thanks for putting up some clear signs or a little drawing for these rude bastards... ...it's also a shame that there are people who use cell phones during training... I would ban cell phones, or do sports or telephones... finally, the machines as well as the structure begin to require maintenance

Every swimming pool in the world deserves an instructor like Alessandro. My son loves it and thanks only to it he is overcoming his fear of water. Truly top in all respects! This summer he went to campus with him and every morning he was very happy to spend hours with him!!! Commitment, patience, sweetness, dedication absolutely 5 stars! The rest of the structure and the staff are yet to be discovered but it promises well, very well!

I recently started my business at the Planet center with my total satisfaction. I particularly appreciate the variety of the offer which goes from the tool room to the courses as well as the relaxation part. The staff is very helpful and a particular thank you goes to Omar for his expertise in drawing up an ad hoc training program.

The floors are sometimes very slippery. Very dangerous.

Due to their IT malfunction, they did not return my 40chf (!) deposit when I returned the bracelet. I trusted them but after 3 months and 5 phone calls they still haven't given me back what I deserve. It's ridiculous, unfair and offensive. In general, the staff are smiling but with the administrative staff it takes forever to do everything, while the trainers just give you the sheet. While they are available for questions, they are very rarely proactive in correcting performance or other advice. It's a shame, the gym is nice but the attitude of the staff is that of an employee who does the minimum possible.

The place is nice, but when I arrived there were children screaming and it said relaxation area, disappointed 😞

Very large center but on a human scale. Very large gym with latest generation equipment. Very nice pools and spa. Very professional and kind staff both for targeted training and for requesting information in general. I highly recommend it.

I used this facility for less than two months with the swimming pool (swimming and courses) and SPA package. Discreet reception space depending on who is there, comfortable changing rooms with digital key, many hairdryers and mirrors everywhere, showers both with and without doors (it's annoying to have the jet timed and have to keep pressing to reactivate the flow of water). The SPA is wonderful with two saunas, Turkish bath, ice, palm trees, showers and hydromassage but being populated by rude people who mistake it for a happy hour, it is noisy and anarchic, losing its true usefulness. It is mandatory to have a white cloth to avoid leaving color on the wood, which I bought specifically, when everyone then brings the cloth of the color they want without anyone intervening. When I asked the staff for assistance regarding the constant screaming of some people, the sauna attendant asked me to resolve it myself, which is why I finally unsubscribed early. I hope this review can help you provide a service that meets your expectations.

Great gym! I was given a tailor-made program based on my needs and requirements. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. Omar, my coach, is always careful to check that the exercises I perform are done appropriately. The structure has modern equipment suitable for all ages and levels. The SPA is an excellent place to relax. Every space is well kept and clean. I am very happy to have started this journey with Planet Wellness Village and I recommend it!

Excellent gym, more than complete equipment, two types of weight rooms, the first a little more equipped and technological while the easy one is still complete with a little less equipment, but also less crowded. There is a big price difference between the two subscriptions and you can imagine why. Furthermore there are various saunas and relaxation areas, there is a swimming pool and many other things inside the centre, which in my opinion are excellent.

Centro ancora in costruzione praticamente. Ci sono alcune piccole cose ancora da sistemare. Nelle docce della easy sono 8 mesi che mancano i porta sapone e 2 docce non funzionano. Non è una palestra da bodybuilding. I manubri che arrivano solo a 42 dicono tutto. Solo 1 Panca Piana e 1 Panca alta. Assenza dei dischi da 45 kg. Per quanto riguarda i macchinari nulla da dire. Tutto all'avanguardia. Qualche istruttore è poco educato che sembra quasi che il saluto sia a pagamento (ripeto, pochi!).Prezzi per la easy buoni. Per la prime adeguati al servizio offerto. Tutt'ora ci si deve render conto che si entra in un cantiere e che alcune rifiniture sono ancora da completare.
