Tibititis is always a taste explosion! For brunch lovers there is a brunch à discretion on Sundays. It's very worth it!

Always great for a healthy snack. Huge selection, 1A quality.

The High Five Porridge was absolutely delicious and so was my fresh fruit juice, very affordable prices and I loved the interior! Great place to do some work as well, thank you!

I think the toilets could be better checked. There's always a lot of toilet paper on the floor, which isn't particularly pleasant. The tables could also be wiped down with a cloth. New guests without wiping aren't particularly hygienic

Very nice restaurant in Bern at the train station. Mainly vegetarian and vegan. In my opinion it's overpriced but that's just how it is if you're a big eater. Otherwise the price is reasonable for the quality and offer. Food tastes good as always. Coffee is very good, slight hazelnut note in the aftertaste and strong taste. Always happy.

Nice family brunch. For 49 you get whatever you want + 1 cold and 1 hot drink. Not a big choice for picky eater kids, but still managed to find something.

The tiramisu was awful, way too much coffee and as soggy as a wet sock. Might be my taste buds, but any Italian would probably cry over their grandparent's grave. Disgrace.

Nice veg. restaurant in Bern's central railway station. The 2nd floor includes a bigger buffet than offered in the 1st floor. There is a variety of cold salads, pastas, vegetables. The price is by weight (my plates costed approx 23 CHF). Recommended

High quality in great ambience. Pricey but welcome to Switzerland! The sandwiches are around 8-9 CHF, only a bit more than Coop to go.

4 or 5*?... The food is, as usual, fine and great selection. Staff very nice and helpful, location perfect and with the outdoor areas (for summer) "in the middle of the action" and also plenty of space. Inside, however, it's a bit cramped and the tables are a bit small. If you go in a group and know each other, that's fine, but if there's a lot of crowds and you have to share tables with unknown guests, then it's a bit tight. But I'll come back when I'm "on passage" in Bern.

Food poisoning in the emergency room of the University Hospital of Bern following the biscuit eaten during my breakfast! This is extremely serious!

Delicious and vegan, the only bad thing is that people order a coffee and stay seated until their train leaves, they should designate a coffee area, I wanted to sit down to eat and there was no room

Very pleasant atmosphere and delicious drinks. The prices are fair and I enjoy spending my time here! Free and fast WiFi is also available! A clean toilet is also available to guests. I'd be happy to come back!

It's delicious, healthy and a welcome change. The only criticism I have is the price. Since it is determined by weight, a full-grown man with a moderate appetite won't get below 30; I don't think there is a lunch menu.

Crime scene: tibits Bern. Day: 12/17/23 Time: 6 p.m. Me, not knowing: "Excuse me, do you need a code for the toilet?" Employee, visibly annoyed: “It’s on the receipt.” Later, I again: "Can you lend me a pen?" Another employee, probably stressed and therefore unfriendly: “We don’t have that.” No helpfulness, no service but you are expected to tip before paying? Not with me, ladies, you don't deserve this.

Very well frequented place cozy and very unique menu. Very friendly service, clean and well presented food. Ate a delicious buffet. Recommended!!!

Yesterday I was at Tibits in Bern. There I met a woman with whom I started talking. We each consumed a dinner and a dessert, probably worth about 70 Fr. I sat there and talked to this nice person sitting next to me. Suddenly a waiter appeared and scolded us for sitting at the same table while we were already talking to each other. We would take up space for other guests. A disgraceful person, this bearded waiter. He has often appeared unfriendly. I seriously wonder why guys like this are hired? You don't deserve something like that, as the prices in this restaurant are in the upper price segment. The fact that the staff simply clears away the empty plates and glasses in front of the guests' faces is not appropriate and is more like an energetic eviction. I can only recommend this overpriced restaurant to people who go there alone and leave as quickly as possible. Conclusion: Food very good, completely overpriced, poor and unfriendly service. Fast food à la Tibits, let's see how long something like that lasts...?

After lunch, I wanted to share something on my laptop with my colleague. We were also planning to enjoy some coffee and dessert afterwards. However, right after the meal, a staff member from Tibits approached us and informed us that laptop usage was not permitted during lunch hours. It came as quite a shock, and initially, I found it hard to believe what she was saying. She reiterated that it was a house rule to refrain from using laptops during lunchtime. I couldn't help but feel disappointed. I will think twice before coming back there.

Very unfriendly... We were thrown out... Even though we consumed. Table was reserved at 7:30 p.m. and we were thrown out at 7 p.m. I think it's a mess. And just because people are dying of hunger... of course she wanted to have the table before the reserved time. This doesn't happen in a normal restaurant.

Always delicious. Fell in love with the mushroom pierogis. I really hope that you will add the recipe to the new cookbook. Plus the desserts are always very delicious

We wanted to eat and work at the same time and we were kicked out of our table and placed at a small bar with very little room! According to their rules it is forbidden to eat and work at the same time at certain times! Firstly, nothing is clearly displayed at the entrance or in the restaurant! Secondly, I'm not sure that a restaurant can prohibit the use of a laptop or tablet from a customer who is buying food! So forget about eating and get on with your work in this restaurant in a comfortable way!

Nice space, great location at the main station. It's also nice that they offer free tap water! It's not so common in Switzerland. My cappuccino was delicious.

Was a top rest. Until today I saw several hairs knotted together in the bean salad when I wanted to take it out. Just disgusting.

There is only a small buffet in the entrance area, we almost left but then just had something to drink. The large buffet is on the upper floor, where I took take away. Very nice, bright and cozy Tibits branch.

I was upstairs with two colleagues from the afternoon to early evening. We got our food around 5 p.m. and my colleague also had a Zoom meeting. She was first asked by a service manager to take her laptop off the table. You in the zoom meeting and at the same time eating. We found these requests to be very inappropriate. She had to change seats because our table didn't tolerate having the laptop on the table. And this despite our reference to the zoom meeting. Me and my other colleague were still at the same place and since there were 3 of us, we were divided into two tables. In the next half hour, 3 people came to us and either asked if we needed all the seats and at the end we were asked to please give up the table. My colleague hadn't finished her drink and we were still enjoying our time together and actually wanted to chat some more. So we didn't want to leave yet. But it was very uncomfortable for us and so we decided to leave. I know that tibits needs the space to be able to look after more guests. However, at different times we were only partially finished eating and drinking and actually wanted to stay there for a while. In the future, maybe a little less harshly and not so intrusively scaring us away from our place. Back to the cozy restaurant and causing less stress? So we felt relatively uncomfortable. Sales are important but what about the ambience and guest satisfaction?

The frame is very nice ! The one at Berne station is ideally located! We always eat very well there. The buffet is varied and well-assorted. The mousses (vanilla, mango, chestnuts) are killer!

Great variety at the vegetarian buffet. Nice to find a place where you don’t have to worry what you’re eating! Staff spoke both German and English. Reasonable prices. Sat outside in the “no smoking” area, but smoke still got to us.

I used to love going to this cafe to do a bit of work while enjoying a cup of coffee and a meal. Until the recent incident. I was sitting at the top floor of the cafe near the buffet. After an hour, an employee came up to me and asked me to move to another part of the cafe, because laptops are not allowed in the part where I was sitting. Mind you, the section where he asked me to move is located near the bathroom and the kids section, and has really uncomfortable chairs. I think it's obvious why screaming kids, people going back and forth to the bathroom and uncomfortable seats are not the best environment if you want to get couple hours of work done. I have been going here for months and I've never had issues with laptops before. Is it some new policy? I did not find any such information in the cafe. If it is, Tibits should really reconsider it, because from what I've witnessed the majority of your clients are people with laptops. Or you should least make a more comfortable section for them. I don't see why I should be treated differently just because I came with a laptop, I pay the same money for my meal and beverage as any other client. I am very disappointed.

Be sure to ask for a receipt and check it each time. Today I was charged an amount of 2507.- as a tip. Even though I didn't enter any tip amount. Very strange and there is actually no limit when entering at the checkout. Who eats at Tibits for over 2000 and the man behind the counter should have noticed this?!! Do you have a question? What would have happened if I hadn't noticed this incorrect entry immediately at the table? The amount was then immediately canceled when we were made aware of it, but the apology was very poor and the staff joked. Does this actually happen often? I think it's good to continue paying in cash or at least checking the receipt. Bad rogue who thinks something bad. In any case, I didn't like the food anymore.

It is a good place for breakfast and dinner. Though they close the kitchen around 9:30 and the official tine in google says as 10:30 pm. Though they do give drinks till then. But not dinner. That should mention that on Google too as dinner is served only till 9:30. It could help us to consider the place for dinner.

Self service restaurant next to the train station. It's not bad, although it's not great either. You pay based on how much your plate weighs after having placed the food, what I find unfair is that the empty plates are large and weigh a lot, which means you are paying an unnecessary extra cost.

We asked for take-away because we were not sure we would have enough time to finish our coffee before we would have to leave. We then sat at a table and got asked by the manager to leave the restaurant because we had ordered take-away. Paid 16Chf for 3 coffee. The place was 3/4 empty... I honestly do not understand the logic.

Bar and restaurant with a very pleasant atmosphere that you don't necessarily expect in a large train station.

In my opinion, 7.70 francs for a "chai", which does not consist of a seasoning mixture cooked in milk (like a real chai), but only of milk diluted with water, with a chai tea bag, and which you have to get yourself. already more than enough... ;-) Otherwise, the Tibiz with its vegetarian line is great, although certainly not cheap for a self-service restaurant, but the interior design is always excellent! :-)

The restaurant is great to enjoy a wide selection of vegan and vegetarian buffets. The selection changes every day and you can enjoy a variety of cuisine there. I take a little bit of almost everything and weigh the plate to pay. The prices are in line with the Swiss standard. Also, you get a free bread / buns to the buffet 😃

Went there for Lunch with Grandparents. They liked it. Food was freshly made and had a lot of diffrent choices. Will go there again

Excellent selection at the buffet (self-service) with many domestic and foreign specialties! Everything a vegetarian's heart desires! In addition, all edibles are well labeled (Vagan, gluten-free and lactose-free). For me, the room design in the restaurant is too open, you don't have enough to yourself. Unfortunately, arrival is only possible by public transport.

Food and drink very good, but the staff are unfriendly, snippy and rude. They ignored us when we wanted to order even though we were the only ones and there were two of them behind the counter. After a friendly request to lower the sun blinds, we were asked to simply change places. It doesn't work at all and unfortunately it has actually happened several times... what a shame

I have consumed a lot of good things here. As a thank you, I had to leave again because the scooter only bothered one employee (Mr. Ali, with a bald head). It was right next to the window pane next to the table where I was sitting and didn't prevent anyone from passing through. Photo is available. It's a shame that there is so little tolerance. There are other rest that customers with a scooter also appreciate during the energy transition. Apparently not TIBIS.

Interesting option for vegetarian food. There were hits and misses. Eg the curry and cheese were good while the rice was undercooked. The ambience was great though. Pretty much a self service place.

While we were still drinking/eating our coffee and cake (!) and reading something on a laptop, we were asked by a member of staff to leave and free the table for other guests. I haven't felt like going since then...

Very nice place! But the service is deplorable. They are unfriendly and dishonest. I ask for a Coca Cola Zero and I am served a Cobra Zero Cola. I ask what it is and I am told: it’s the same thing! 🤷

I normally go to the Tibits in Lausanne, but having to change trains in Bern, I came here. In Lausanne I have always been impressed by the fast, efficient smiling service, but not so here. Not speaking German, I need to point at what I want to eat, there was only one till open where the sandwiches were, so I waited there to be served. I was told very roughly to go to the end till. I preferred to leave. Is it a "German-thing"? I normally go to Tibits in Lausanne, but having to change trains in Bern, I came here. In Lausanne I have always been impressed by the friendly, fast and efficient service, but not here. Nothing special, but nothing bad either.

Tibits left us with a very unfriendly impression! After we had all consumed something (for a not exactly small amount) we wanted to continue writing a paper. While we were waiting for our next train, we were abruptly asked by an employee to free the tables for waiting guests because it was rush hour and other guests were waiting for a seat. We were basically kicked out in a “polite” manner after leaving money there. Very disappointed with the setting and will definitely not be dining there again…

Good café to linger, the food is good as are the drinks. If you want to eat something or have a coffee before you leave, this is the place for you. The prices are the same as in Switzerland and at a train station.

Not child friendly. Entering with 2 year old urgently needing potty. But you would not let me use your toilet. Strict "only if consuming" policy. Mc clean at HB only accepted cash that day, i only had card. you didn't care. I dont get why you instruct your personnel to live this rule so strictly if you wanna be world changing. May karma be with you.
