Tikka Masala in Sins

Ordered food at 8, it arrived at 10.15 pm ! The food was pathetic in taste and felt stale. we could not even eat 50% of it. What a sheer waste of money ! Will never order from here in my life. Pathetic experience.

Food is great but sometimes takes forever

Ordered food via JustEat, after 2 hours the food still wasn't there. Called the restaurant and was told it would be there in 5 minutes. After another 30 minutes it was there. The food was cold and I had different expectations from Indian.

Order took 2.5 hours to arrive. When I called, they lied about the order. Do not use them.

ALREADY ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH! We ordered at 10:45 p.m. First delivery time was 11:20 p.m. When we still had nothing at midnight, we tried several times to contact the delivery service without success! When we finally received the food after almost 2 hours, it turned out that not enough was delivered. However, the courier was already over the mountains and the restaurant could not be reached. The food was anything but Indian. The Butter Chicken dish tasted like pumpkin soup and in the Tikka Massala Tandoori the chicken was absolutely dry. NEVER AGAIN

Have ordered food. It took almost 2 hours until the food finally arrived and then it was inedible. The food had nothing to do with Indian. An order was missing from delivery and the courier could not be reached. Never again!!

Ordered food for delivery. The food didn't arrive for two hours. In terms of taste, it had nothing to do with Indian food and not even the full order arrived at home. Kurrier could not be reached. Not recommended!

The food was only delivered after almost 2 hours. The delivery was incomplete and not what we ordered. The courier, like the restaurant, could not be reached.

Ordered at 20:15 for dinner, with the first arrival time supposed to be 20:45. At 21:49 we got a message saying the food is nearly here… The food only arrived at 22:49

Unfortunately 1 star is already too much. We've been waiting for our food for 3 hours now, after more than an hour we called for the first time and were told that the food was already on its way, after 2 1/2 hours we called again with the same statement and she can help us not help. Never again.

The food was good, slightly spicy. I ordered at 8 p.m., expected delivery at 9:30 p.m., delivery arrived at 10:15 p.m. The hunger was then no longer so great.

The food itself is very, very fine. Especially because they carry Peshawri Naan. Unfortunately the delivery service is absolutely terrible. I ordered on a Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. and was still waiting when I wrote this review (7:30 p.m.). According to the information, the food is on the way... Well, I live so far away (Ouch). A PITY

I was skeptical based on the reviews, but wanted to try it anyway. Delivery confirmed at 8.10pm and delivered at around 7.30pm :). Very friendly driver and the food was just GREAT and the portions were nice and big. Will definitely order again!!

0 stars, ordered about 2 hours in advance. The food isn't there after an hour. No call or message from the restaurant. During the waiting time, the restaurant closed and can no longer be reached. I have no idea whether we will still receive the food. The worst restaurant I have ever ordered from. Stay away and make canned ravioli instead.

If I could I would give 0 stars I ordered and was told I would have to wait an hour I waited 2 hours then I called and they said it would be coming soon after 3 hours they still haven't come and answered the phone they no longer work after several attempts
