The food was good (a little spicy). The delivery time was underground. Originally it was said to be between 55 and 70 minutes. Then 90 minutes. After 110 minutes we called. Apparently they leave in 10 minutes (i.e. 20 minutes for us). 5 minutes later we got a call back: they didn't have part of the order. And you notice that after 2 (!) hours? Then they offered us an alternative that was much cheaper. Only when we pointed out that we had already paid were we offered a larger alternative (German is not their strength, English is more likely). The dessert was supposed to have 10 pieces, but only 8 were delivered. In the end we waited 2.5 hours! Never again. A pity

Terrible!!! Never again did we wait 2 hours and no one could speak German properly. The food is way too overpriced and we had to make an Aufbach pizza afterwards!!! Extremely disgusting smell just disgusting🤮

We had to wait 2 hours and 40 minutes for our food, even though it was delivered and it took 90 minutes. A restaurant is not allowed to accept orders if it cannot fulfill them. Waiting so long for an order without knowing how long it will take is an absolute disaster. When we called they said the delivery person was on his way. But then he still didn't come. When we got angry on the phone and gave an ultimatum of 10 minutes, they managed to deliver the food in those 10 minutes. This is clearly misleading the customers. The sushi was full of wasabi, very unpleasant if you don't like wasabi at all. NEVER AGAIN, KEEP YOUR FINGER OFF!!!

I ordered and picked up 3 sets directly from Yozakura yesterday. Top service and freshly prepared. Also had the opportunity to have a short “small talk” with the owner. Kind and courteous. Among other things, we ordered the crunchy roll, fried, and can only leave a top rating. Gladly again. Kind regards, Roland Whiteside Wyss

First delivered late. Then a combination of things delivered incorrectly and things not ordered at all. The sushi corresponded to 0% of the quality in the pictures, regardless of whether it was related to the freshness or the rolling. Then we called. When we're on the phone, they don't let you finish and accuse us of taking the wrong delivery. We were then credited with a goods value of 16.- CHF out of 82.- CHF.

Great sushi. Delivery came in the specified time. We would be happy to order again.

Totally dissatisfied after waiting for 2.5 hours the food finally arrived. When you call you are told that the food will arrive in 3-4 minutes. Absolutely not recommended. If I could, I wouldn't give it a star.

The delivery arrived very quickly. The vegetarian sushi was very tasty, the fish was also very fresh and very enjoyable even for people who don't like fish. Only to recommend.

I waited 2 hours and when I was on the phone a worker from the kitchen picked up the phone and could barely speak German. Said it would come in 4 minutes on both phone calls, then had to wait a total of 30 minutes again! Sushi were also delivered incorrectly, catastrophic. With futomaki, more lettuce in sushi than other foods.

If there was a way to give less than one star, this restaurant would deserve it. It's connected to a smoker's bar, so heavy heavy smoke smell. Expect all your clothes to stink when you leave. Food looked frozen and the taste was revolting.

The food was only delivered after 2.5 hours (after asking twice by phone). The momos were not edible because they tasted extremely like smoke (?). The sushi was okay but not worth the price. Not recommendable.

Delivery 2 hours. Momos and prawns were ice cold. Sushi wasn't good either, some rolls had half a salad in them. I called and explained it, couldn't even excuse myself and in the end I was almost to blame for the bad food and the delay. Disgraceful and just plain bad. Never again!!!!

We ordered from Yozakura. Once a poke bowl with salmon which was ok. and the Tandoori Chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was “dry as far” and therefore not edible. What a shame!

Online order: delivery 1.5 hour. Unfortunately the food is not good either, miso soups are too salty, you can't eat, sushi are not tasty. A pity.
