The food was freshly prepared and was really nice and warm even as a take away! You get large portions and the owners are very nice. I would definitely come here more often if I lived in the area.

Came here twice the same day. Would come more but it is my last day in Bern.

The portions are large, the price is cheap and delicious. All I can say is that Taiwanese honeymooners in Switzerland should come and eat it! My wife and I ordered three plates directly. When you are still eating a Zermatt lamb for 49 francs, you can have three tastes of hometown here! Instead of watching ig beauty sharing, it’s better to trust me!

A takeaway for Chinese food. It's cheap, around €10-14 per person. The food is okay to good, not freshly made but from the display. For us it was okay for lunch.

When you walk into a takeaway with an overhang of grease and oil without proper seating, you know you're in for a treat. The food was so good that I had it three times in the span of four days. The fried rice (pork/chicken/beef) had a good wok hei (smoky flavour often found in certain chinese cuisine) to it, and the black pepper beef was tasty. While the dishes may lack the depth of flavours one might expect from stalls found in Hong Kong, this is probably one of the best you can get in Bern.

Splendid in taste yet affordable. The restaurant is run by a friendly Cantonese couple. 1) Chicken Fried rice had just the right "Wok Hey" - highly recommended 2) Thai curry chicken with rice - well balanced with vegetables Note: open on weekdays and closed on weekends.

I had the Thai Curry with Chicken. It took a while to cook but when it came it was really very good. According to the chef this was one of the most popular dishes. The other was beef with black bean sauce.

It's really delicious. I wasn't expecting much and just asked for noodles, but what came out was really delicious black bean noodles (pork). I asked for it to be very spicy, but it was spicy enough to suit Korean tastes. The price is not that expensive either. Only cash is accepted

I went there believing the reviews, but it was a disaster. very very salty Think of street Chinese food and the price is between 10-15 Swiss francs per piece. Even though prices in Switzerland are high, I just buy a Big Mac. I couldn't eat it so I almost threw it all away. I'll say it again, it's so salty

For koreans, This is my first time writing a review, but it's really cheap compared to Swiss prices, but it's really delicious. The owner, who came from Hong Kong, was nice and gave me a lot of chicken fried rice, so I ate it to my stomach :)

New dishes added every month, we were genuinely pleased with the variety here. Did not have to wait very long to be seated, was delighted by how clean every thing was. Can't recommend the staff highly enough - generally approachable and very helpful. My buddy was around so we emerged here for supper, superb food And atmosphere. Wonderful value for money And superb food too! Hardly ever disappointed with the food And for the quality the prices are excellent as well.

It's about 14 francs each and there's a lot of portions. There are only 3 tables in the store, so it would be convenient to take out!!

It is the best place for Cantonese style Chinese food. We needed to have some food like home after a week in Switzerland. Price is great and not far from the clock tower in old town.

Best take away in Bern - I especially recommend not going until after 2 a.m. - everything costs 2.00 more, but the owner cooks the food very fresh - it tastes worlds different than the take away at lunchtime

It’s clean, hygienic and tastes great. I recommend the beef with black bean sauce and spicy sauce. The Hong Kong boss’s craftsmanship is great and he’s kind. However, he only accepts cash and no credit cards.

Real Cantonese cooking. My parents owned a Chinese restaurant and Tong Fong is exactly the same style of food. I cannot recommend this place enough. Go now, you will back again and again!

Best takeaway in the city of Bern! I had to queue on the street at 12 o'clock because there were so many people there. But the service is super fast and the portions are generous for the price. Here I often met the former mayor Tschäppät.

Absolutely loved this place! Hidden away in a corner, this is not to be missed if you're missing some good old Asian food. Prices are much lower compared to other Asian restaurants. And the food doesn't compromise either- you can't go wrong with this if you're craving decent noodles and rice.
