I've known the restaurant since the first days and have always been satisfied. Today the food was really bomb, exactly what we expected. It is known for snacks and small dishes and it lives up to that. Yes, I understand that some guests are upset about the service, but I have never had any problems.

I had the extraordinary pleasure of visiting the Tramhüsli restaurant in Emmenbrücke and I can confidently say that it is a truly world-class restaurant. From start to finish, my visit was a true delight for the senses. The atmosphere of the restaurant is simply breathtaking. The inviting ambience creates a warm and intimate atmosphere that is perfect for enjoyment. The attractive design, tasteful decoration and carefully selected music all helped to make me immediately feel comfortable and pampered. The restaurant staff deserves the highest praise. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left I was looked after warmly and professionally. They were attentive and always willing to answer my questions and make recommendations. Both Jörg and Niki exuded a passion for the food and service, which made my visit an unforgettable experience. Now to the most important part: the food. The restaurant's cuisine is undoubtedly the definition of world class. Each bite was a revelation of flavors and textures that left me speechless. The dishes were expertly prepared and presented, with a perfect balance of taste and aesthetics. The selection of ingredients was fresh, seasonal and of the highest quality. I loved the creativity and innovation that went into every dish and each meal was a true work of art. The restaurant's wine list is as impressive as the food. An extensive selection of fine wines has been lovingly put together to pamper every palate. Jörg was on hand to help me choose the perfect wine for each dish with expert recommendations, which further enhanced my culinary experience. Finally, I would like to emphasize that the Tramhüsli in Emmenbrücke is without a doubt one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. It exceeded my expectations in every way and will remain in my memory as an unforgettable highlight of my gastronomic travels. If you are looking for a world-class experience that combines excellent food, first-class service and a captivating atmosphere, then you should definitely visit Tamhüsli in Emmenbrücke. It is a real treat for all the senses.

Cozy bistro with a terrace...right next to the bus stop...great public transport...nice and courteous service...top beer selection (regional and international)...super fine tarte flambée...fair prices...just nice inside Retro style pictures of the Tramhüsli and Emmenbrücke... We like it there...

Very nice, friendly service; small kitchen - but food is freshly prepared on site with love. Spare ribs are highly recommended!! Since there are only a few staff, there may be waiting times when events take place (in the adjacent building).

We made a reservation the last time we visited, but when we arrived today we couldn't find a reservation. It didn't work last time. My opinion, just plain lousy. This restaurant is canceled for us.

Our group made reservations in the restaurant early and in person. When we arrived we were told that there was no reservation and that it was closed from 7am. Thank you for not informing!

We were able to enjoy our class reunion with a fine menu, very good wine and very friendly service in a cozy atmosphere. A location that I would like to visit again and can recommend

Original little bar with snacks. Good drink selection. Very nice service. Cozy atmosphere with tram benches and photos from earlier times. It can get crowded quickly because it's really not that big. In summer also with tables outside. Perfect place to meet up with friends for an aperitif or later for a drink.

I parked there the day it was closed and then got a fine. With the description only for our guests😂 yes, I am one of the former GUESTS!! Sorry but that's just easy money! Never again!!!

Not friendly. Just wait until someone parks there otherwise there will be no sales from the restaurant. I was there several times and once I parked there for 10 minutes, I quickly parked somewhere else and then I wanted to go out to eat there and I came back. Buses were already at the car. Then went to eat somewhere else.

Cozy place, integrated into a historical monument. Fine food, large selection of drinks, friendly hosts! Always my pleasure.

I think it's a bit wrong to charge 3.00 for the snacks (nuts) at the aperitif... but today you have to see how you can make ends meet

Actually a cozy place. We went there every now and then for a coffee. But we were very disappointed with the service. The waiter recently shooed us from a table for 6 to a central table for 2. Although the cafe was deserted. And anyone who knows the outside area knows that there are several tables for 6 and 8 people. During the course of the stay, not a single one of these tables was occupied. For me, this relocation order was so callous that I will probably never sit in this bistro again.

Excellent change A very successful restart. While the Tramhüsli began under the old management IG Arbeit with a rather non-innovative and moderately successful customer-oriented concept, the current operators have managed the perfect turnaround. The offer impresses with high quality, freshness and attention to detail. The staff is competent and very motivated to meet customer needs. The specials also make an impression: roast beef with tartar sauce with the exclusive “röschtifrits” - which I didn't know before - this for Chf 28.-; terrific. It is noticeable that a certain ambition for quality and presentation is present and lived. The hearty and freshly made pinsas as well as the fine snacks in the beautifully presented showcase should also be praised. The cultural activities are also impressive. Once a comedy evening, once a concert and another time a successful DJ night. The details that were missing in the old concept have now been included. The Tramhüsli shines in a new way with attractive decoration and accessories, including a flair for cleanliness. The expressed intention to continue to use and enliven their event room in the adjacent building with culinary specialties makes me curious and is the additional motivation to visit the restaurant again. In summary, the Tramhüsli is 100% on the right track with the new tenants, who authentically and competently live an extremely friendly philosophy and all this with a fair price-performance ratio. In order to offer a little bit of constructive criticism despite a lot of praise, I suggest checking how the restaurant can be better visualized as “open” when it is open, so that this can be recognized spontaneously. Keep it up, every guest probably appreciates such concepts and they are an enormous enrichment for Emmenbrücke!

The Tramhüsli has woken up from its Sleeping Beauty slumber and we are thrilled! In the tasteful, nostalgic atmosphere we enjoyed a very tasty and sumptuous meat platter (yes, there are also meatless ones). The recommended emerald-colored aperitif turned out to be a liquid bijoux. The two bosses topped off the evening with their charming and authentic hospitality. Have we already mentioned the moderate prices, free parking spaces and good public transport connections? Thank you for the lovely evening and see you soon.

The Tramhüsli is a nice balance to many boring bars and restaurants in Lucerne. The only thing that bothered me is that you have to get your own drinks and the food was a flop for me personally but I have to try it a second time!
