Food was very tasty, really good cooks. The Cordon Bleu was also very tasty! Really inexpensive. The restaurant also looks very nice. Only the service left something to be desired. Didn't even ask if everything was okay, didn't notice that we all had empty glasses and their motivation wasn't apparent either. We still gave a tip, but we weren't thanked, which was a shame. It should be mentioned that the restaurant wasn't full, so stress can't be an argument. The temperature in the restaurant is relatively high, so you get very tired very quickly ;) But we would go again if we are in the area.

Now the Cordon Bleu was good, but simply an industrial Cordon Bleu "Alligro or CC" was a shame for the whole thing. But I will return to the Traube. But never order a Cordon Bleu again.

There were 2 of us yesterday. Lunch . Menu Classic Steak Gratin Mushroom Soup with Salad. I expected this (normal). However, I was pleasantly surprised, the soup was amazing and the steak I was expecting wasn't pork neck but lean pork and now in a nutshell the meat was tender as butter although no fat!! We went to Restaurant Traube for dinner on our wedding day to try it out, as I always saw a lot of cars in the restaurant's parking lot, which is a good sign. My wife ordered a Margarita pizza with arugula and I ordered a Cordon Bleu a la Maison. The cordon bleu was garnished with various vegetables, a slice of pineapple and half a fig. The fries were served separately in a bowl. The food was excellent and, above all, very hot, which I really appreciated. The pizza was ok, but the dough tasted more like a spelled dough and not quite what you would expect from a pizzeria. My conclusion: I would fully recommend the Traube restaurant for meat dishes, but for pizza it may not be in the top league compared to other pizzerias.
