It's definitely not my style of atmosphere. I don't find it warm, the service isn't super friendly either. I was expecting something else with their name. With a focus on aspects of the mountains and the Alps. But no, it's just a standard bakery in my opinion. Nothing really stands out. But everything is still correct! It suits most people well I suppose.

Unlike others, personally I went twice during lunch time (in addition to 2-3 times at other times) and I really don't understand the positive comments. On the one hand the logic is very strange, we are in a tea-room bakery but we cannot eat the things offered on site, sandwiches, etc., it is only takeaway! We have to take something a la carte (which is absurd because some people just have a drink). Either. But the problem is that the cooking is really very bad, I once had fish and chips, apart from the fact that the sauce is not a tartar sauce but something else visibly industrial, it is not not very good, nor the rest. The second time it wasn't great either. One of the two times, I paid a much larger amount than what we had taken under the pretext that the others had not paid everything, but after verification they had indeed paid. When I came back, it was impossible to clarify the exact amount owed, so I preferred to give up rather than spend hours doing calculations. In short, both not very good, oddity of not being able to consume their products on site, errors on the amounts, etc. The service was friendly from the waitress but secretly from the manager who seemed less friendly. In short, even if it's in a good location we won't go back there again...

I must have come across the same unfriendly person as Mr Z. Putting a manager in charge of his store who is like this is a very bad idea. The quality of the staff is essential for me today. I pity the colleagues of this lady who must be creating a bad atmosphere.

I have been a customer for over a year in this small room, the people who work there are incredibly kind, respectful and professional. I went to get my breakfast for 6 months every day, yesterday I went to get a hot chocolate. I had the misfortune of asking for a second small sachet of powdered chocolate because too much milk for just one sachet, I thought the manager was going to have a heart attack, I offered to pay for it which she refused! She started to dwell on the fact that the boss refused but it was an exception in short all that to say that it's a shame I won't go to this bakery anymore which is 30 meters from my house ! This is not the first time that the same person has exhibited this highly unpleasant behavior.

This is my favorite bakery in town ! The quality of the products are just so well prepared. Prices are fair. Public parking available on public road, no private parking. Access can be also done by tram, bus or foot. The waiters are friendly and service is good. I recommend 👍

No hello! A tall blonde without any very unpleasant smile throws the menu at me and leaves! She places the cutlery on a table that is NOT cleaned and full of crumbs. Yet the restaurant is far from full DISGUSTING toilets no paper and hand dried out of service. Good dish although too salty. Too bad but the welcome really goes a long way!!!

Jovial salespeople, excellent savory preparations, general quality of the products always there, and for completely reasonable prices (for Geneva… and even for Paris in fact – that’s saying something!). Soup of the day at 4.90 francs (to take away), pizza (succulent, and reheated in an ultra-rapid fan oven) at 7.90 francs.

Yum tastic. We were looking for a bakery I Geneva and this one seemed quite and cute. We had a quiche (they warmed it up for us) and then I had this chocolate heart thing. Not sure what was in it but tasted good. I recommend this place.

Being able to find such a welcoming place, open from 6 a.m. even on weekends, is very pleasant. A coffee-croissant-orange juice for 4 francs 90! Copious brunch on weekends and public holidays for 24 francs 90, excellent salads, delicious pastries. Very friendly staff, bright, spacious and impeccably kept place.
