Tschabu in Leukerbad

I can't rate the room. We only used the spa area. We were disappointed with the hygiene. The pools were dirty (inside and outside). There is an unpleasant smell in the steam bath (mold?). There is no cold pool to cool down after the sauna.

My review refers to the restaurant, not the hotel. The staff is unfriendly and ignored us for a good 5 min. We found a free table and then they came to see us like we appeared out of the blue and not waited in front of them until then. The waiter brought us a completely different dish than what we have ordered saying he made a mistake and ordered something else for us. I do not recommend the rösti. It’s dry and made from boiled potatoes. The view is nice and the concept also, but they need to train their staff.

Everything was perfect : the food is as close as it gets to what you can eat in China, the service was great and Anna the owner will do everything to make your experience amazing. 10/10 would recommend to anyone coming around Leukerbad
