Twisty Chicken Franchise GmbH in Olten

I was expecting juicy chicken but unfortunately everything was dry. For this price I really expected something good. Unfortunately it was my first and last visit. Edited a short time later: first it was 2 stars and now only one. My wife threw up shortly after eating and I already have something feeling in my stomach. I advise against eating from here.

I was there today with a friend. I got the burger menu. I've been there twice before and the staff was really nice. We got our order quickly and it tasted good. The shop is beautifully decorated. I have to say the burger is really juicy, a nine and a half out of ten. The only thing I have to complain about is that the cheese wasn't as melted but otherwise it was good. I will be back, prepare for me.

I tried the Crispy XL Burger Menu a few days ago. Really very good and very filling.

Very good food and it's good that Olten has a more diverse option for restaurants.

Unfortunately, the chicken wings didn't convince me. Service is rather slow.

Actually, it was okay, except that my friend was almost catapulted into the hospital thanks to the stairs.

The chicken was extremely dry and didn't taste fresh at all. The price is way too high for what you get. Not recommended at all

The chicken tenders are so dry you could start a fire with them. The chicken wings smell like they were frozen and thawed again. The barbecue sauce smelled expired. The fries were good. I definitely don't recommend this store.

I've been there twice now with my girlfriend and both times the food was fantastic! The staff was super nice and friendly to us both times. We received our food shortly after ordering and it was fresh and crispy and really, really good! The store is also nicely decorated, the music is great and so far it has always been clean. Will definitely come back ☺️ I have already recommended the shop to my classmates because it has a student menu that is inexpensive and fills you up

I was there today with my two children. have taken the Twisty Wings Box on a take away basis. We had a very nice waitress at the counter, he was very accommodating to my children when it came to fries and cola. both children's eyes beamed. Today I was at Twisty Chicken Olten for the third and last time. The first two times the crispy burger was quite good, the fries were soggy and tasted like nothing. What is also controversial: certain menus include a drink - but only a canned drink, not bottled drinks. So you can't take water but are forced to take a sweet drink. You would have to pay for water again individually. Today I ordered a Twisty Dürüm and a Pop-Chicken Box. The Twisty Dürüm was okay. All the fat leaked out, which is why I couldn't really enjoy the Dürüm. The flatbread that covers all the components doesn't taste like anything - so I'd recommend the local kebab shop that does this mainly. The biggest mess happened with the Pop-Chicken box: instead of Pop-Chicken I had, among other things, 2 chicken wings in it, which I wasn't expecting. There was also a dead fly at the bottom of my box! The dead fly finished me off. I will not set foot in this restaurant again after giving it three chances and being disappointed three times.

Toller invite the woman at the checkout, very personable and friendly. It was worth it and I got a box as a gift. :)

Food was very good! Crispiest chicken in Olten! Fries were good too. Burger has fresh ingredients and was delicious! Very large menu! Afterwards you will definitely have eaten enough! I recommend it.

In general, I'm very cautious about chicken restaurants, but every now and then I dare to give places like this a chance. The restaurant was well furnished. There was a strong, oily smell, but that couldn't be ruled out given a restaurant that offers fried chicken. There was sauce everywhere on the tables that contained mayonnaise. Leaving opened sauces containing mayonnaise is always a bit critical. I recommend bringing small bags. (These are available from the brand Nawhal's which you already use.) Large sauce bottles belong in the kitchen and are intended for cooking/preparation. I ordered the Crispy Chicken XL as a menu for CHF 19.90. The menu includes a crispy chicken burger, fries, wings, tenders & onion rings. You can also choose a canned drink. The sauce can be packed in small plastic packaging if you want to take it with you. I chose the Samourai Sauce, which is a type of mayonnaise that is slightly hot and spicy. The sauce is best known in France and Belgium. The box looked visually delicious and appealing. However, when I distorted it, I noticed that the chicken wings were not cooked through, as you can see in the picture. The burger consisted of a very thin slice of crispy and less chicken. Unfortunately the burger and chicken wings were not edible. However, I didn't think anything of it. During the day I had stomach pains and felt unwell. In addition, I had to go to the toilet more often. I can't say whether it was the sauce or the meat. In any case, that shouldn't happen in a restaurant, so I can't recommend the restaurant.

Worst experience ever. Chicken was dry, overpriced and the people there were shady. It is 1.5 times more expensive than kfc and not as tasty. I definitely won't go there again.

Literally the first customers when it opened today and they messed up our order. We ordered the smiley menu and instead of 2x fries we got just one. We would have understood if there was any rush, but literally no other customers were there other than us. This is quite disappointing. Will not come back. Update: thank you for telling that your customer is wrong, very nice way to start a business. We by the way ordered the smiley menu and the lady also shouted the name. I clearly remembered. But thanks for this arrogant reply. I would be happy to spread the word about this behaviour.

Very good for fast food. It's more like 4.5* than 4*. Above all, the conditions (the gentleman) deserve all respect for the services provided. It's chic inside. Only the food (very satisfactory in quality) could be a bit more.

XL burger kah and must be happy, it's quite ok. His only complaint is the fries. Two g salts and chli limp :( Rest is quite good!

Quality for 18 Fr lousy dryer can't be done. Chicken declaration in the drawer is in Brazil prefer KFC dete isch breading at least breakable 😂

I went there after the reopening to test the chicken. I took the Schenkel menu which costs 15.90. The price is in the upper midfield, but you get a large portion of chicken with fries and a drink of your choice. The chicken was very hot and extremely crispy and had a slight curry note, which I really appreciated. The breading was thicker and very tasty. The ambience is very pleasant, a bit darker and has a cool look. The lady at the counter was very helpful and friendly. I can recommend everyone to eat there.

Firstly, they only gave us 1 fries instead of 2 even though there were no customers except us. Also. Taste of chicken is really not good and very obvious that they used old and frozen chicken and not fresh.

Tastes great. Unfortunately the website doesn't work. When we ordered today, a lot was forgotten to pack - out of 20 pieces there were only 11!!!

Better than KFC! baba load! 10 out of 10! Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside!
