The review is very long but very thoughtful, detailed and neutral. Please read. My three experiences: 1.) The first time I was a guest at the Wilerhof with my family was on a Sunday lunchtime. I waited more than an hour for my food. Meanwhile, next to me at the table were two carers with elderly people. After half an hour of waiting, a supervisor got up and went to the manager of the house, who tried his hand at the service. When asked, “Can we order something to drink,” the manager of the house replied, “Yes, we have too much to do right now.” The guests then left. 2.) It was a Saturday afternoon again with my family and we wanted to have coffee and dessert. The first time the boss came to us and asked, visibly annoyed by the apparently strenuous lunchtime business, what we would like. We said we would like something to drink. My mother-in-law only ordered water until she could think about what else she wanted. After he brought the water and the other drinks, my mother-in-law said she would like an espresso. And the boss, so pissed off that he had to run back again, said, "Oh, now." We tried not to stress about it because the place, the garden, is really beautiful. We said with a laugh and still had a nice afternoon. 3.) Today, Sunday at 8:00 p.m., after our dinner at home, we wanted to stop by for a quick coffee. We were in the restaurant at 8:00 p.m. The internet said it was open until 11:30 p.m. The restaurant door said open until 10 p.m. The garden was half full with guests having their evening meal. So let's just start with the main course. I went to the boss, asked him if we could have a drink, 20 minutes - his answer, yes no, yes no - already 8 p.m. We usually close when there's not much going on." I said "the restaurant is half full and the food hasn't even been served yet" his answer "yes whatever" my second question "it says 10:00 p.m. on the door “His answer was, “Yes, that’s not the Bible.” My third question was "Are you serious?" - and he said "Yes!" Regardless of the fact that I have never experienced anything like this in a catering establishment, what is your opinion? So my opinion, I don't want to support someone like that to keep their restaurant afloat. His answers never came with a “excuse me, I’m sorry, come back tomorrow.” Is that a restaurateur??? A shame.
