Restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere and affordable prices. My first Ramen experience 🍜 I chose the pork option. The sauce had a spicy kick. Definitely an experience to repeat!

Honestly, the 5 star reviews, explain to me! One of the least tasty ramen I've eaten, unseasoned soft-boiled egg (and it's just half), very little topping, there are more noodles than anything else. The meat is just cooked and sliced. The extra chili sauce is just a bit of Sriracha. Noodles or spaghetti? Really disappointing when other ramen for the same price serve something more qualitative. Takoyakis, disaster, we look for octopus, sprinkled with sauce or not, and without dried bonito.... Really I am left hungry and late. I had eaten there before and it was really better than today 😢 For 30 chf (with the doubtful supplement) I felt robbed and not respected.

Very cozy, affordable price, good portion, top servers

We had reserved online in advance so that the table would work. Arrived earlier, but that wasn't a problem. Food and homemade lemonade were delicious. Price-performance ratio is also okay.

Best Ramen&Udon restaurant. The meat melts in the mouth, miso soup excellent. I really recommend!

Really very disappointed with my last visit. We used to come and eat. It has changed extremely. The plates and tables are dirty.. There are cockroaches behind the bar. To flee!!!

Very good, but the prices are prohibitive…

We were served very quickly, which was great because we were in a hurry. However the Japanese curry was dry, and we were charged at the wrong table with expensive drinks to supplement it. We had to insist on getting a refund and didn't even receive an apology. In the future, always check before paying.

Takoyaki seemed a bit softer and crumblier than other places i've ordered this. Other places were ore crunchier. I don't know the proper way of cooking this, so either i prefer it over cooked, or it was a bit under cooked here. Niku Udon was good, as was the broth. One thing i didn't get was why you were given a huge ladle for the soup. A smaller one would have been better imo. But either way, the food was good. They also have an interesting list of beers. Unfortunately, i don't drink beer so can't comment on how good they are.

I just had a meal at the restaurant with my family and I enjoyed the food, we requested many additions and changes but still we were treated with kindness which made us so happy enjoying our time, the heater in this cold weather is a plus, it kept us warm and pleased, thank you~

Filthy dirty kitchen broken extractor hood the posters are peeling off the wall it's so greasy!!! This place should not be allowed to serve food in the state

It was good, nothing extraordinary tough, I put 1 star because for this price you could really fill the bowl to the max, it was just half-filled. You could also give some drink or something to eat aside for free, I mean the objective is clearly to make the most profit on the customer back, this town is already hell expensive, you could really improve these points because there is a real potential, just stop being that greedy we are not all millionaire here. Ordered on ubereats. The gyozas were not very good and the beef and onion bao ordered was inedible as some parts of the brioche were totally hard. Very disappointed.

This was perfect on a cold day. We had the Tokyo ramen, curry udon, chicken gyozas and veggie tempura. All was served hot and fast. The food was delicious, especially the broth of the Tokyo ramen. We enjoyed our lunch and would recommend Ukiyo

The quality is no longer what it was… I came today and this remains my last visit to this place. I remember the time when there was the Japanese team and your cooking was delicious. The dishes I ordered were curry based, the broth completely lacked any curry flavor which greatly affected my enjoyment of the dish. In addition, I noticed while waiting for my take-out order that the gyozas are industrial and frozen, which was disappointing because I was expecting fresh and homemade dishes, as you say, plus using powder in sachets for your broths… I find it disgusting. This detail also had an impact on my dining experience with you. What also concerned me was HYGIENE. See that the cook wore gloves, but then touched several surfaces (door handle etc.) before handling the food… In addition, I noticed that you use the microwave a lot to prepare dishes. No professionalism. This has raised concerns about hygiene practices in your kitchen. Manager who has no politeness…. It's really sad.

Big big drop in quality but not price. We have been going there for several years (around 6 years) and unfortunately it is deteriorating enormously, the noodles look like instant noodles from the supermarket, the soup bases no longer have any flavor and seem to be made with very low quality products. I have been there around 50-60 times and this will be my last, it was initially my favorite restaurant because of the food and the setting. Needless to say, it doesn't make me happy to say this, but GOODBYE!

Very good Udons & Ramens at the Center of the City! 😃

Honestly it's pretty good. On the other hand, we waited 15 minutes to be able to pay, standing in front of the cash register. After waiting so long we said to ourselves that we were going to have a drink next door and that we would come back later... bad idea. On the way back we were insulted by the person (manager?), impossible to finish a sentence, very unpleasant...I was not a regular customer, well I won't come back to that, I don't really like being attacked ...

Somewhat underwhelming Tonkatsu, very very garlicky broth with few other flavors. A bit pricey as well

Tonkotsu ramen not tasty and mega salty. Meat served on top was dry. Service was attentive. Sitting inside - smell from cooking quite strong.

Order on Uber, Ramen: two pieces of pork, half a broken egg and 3 twigs of greenery for 25 francs, it's shameful. From theft. Same for the breaded chicken (24 francs). Also, not very tasty

We ordered from Uber Eats. unfortunately the taste wasn't there... we had ramen and gyoza. The ramen had little toppings and mostly a lot of noodles. And the pork was dry.

First experience for us, and frankly we didn't understand why people make such a "dish" of these noodle broths. This is obviously for an informed audience. I found that paying 25 francs for noodles, broth, meat and an egg was appallingly expensive. The note is therefore not significant but the opinion will perhaps serve as a warning. Reminder: in Japan, ramen is inexpensive (that's the principle). For experienced fans... (25 francs for a dish of ramen or udon).

I ordered Miso Udon for delivery. I do not understand how "Miso Udon" ended up being like the one that I ordered... Color was already wrong (orange)...the taste was even more wrong...beyond description. I had to cook my own Miso soup at home, to be added to Udon... I won't recommend this place if you know what authentic Japanese food is like. It is also very sad to see that this level of Japanese food will spread and give wrong images to the world about the unique cuisine recognized as world Cultural Heritage.

Only downside was the smell of burned oil.

Good japanese restaurant with authentic atmosphere of japanese tradition.

After a long search for something to eat, we were absolutely happy with this little gem! The tempura was perfect, not oily and really fresh. The Udon noodles were perfectly seasoned and the chicken breast fried to perfection. Would definitely return

The dish is light and delicious. The staff are extremely enthusiastic and extremely professional. An extremely cute, lovely little restaurant with an open kitchen. If I have a chance I will stop by again. Ramen noodles are delicious.

Although the place is really nice, unfortunately the quality of the food is really questionable... Takoyaki made in the deep fryer... A bland Tonkotsu ramen broth.. Pieces of pork too big to be served as ramen Weird noodles that look more like spaghetti in appearance, taste and texture. The staff is super friendly.

We went there for Ramen however was not disappointed.

Was great for a quick autumn lunch by myself. Service was quick and I would come again! It has a cute vibe and reminds me a little of my trip in Japan. I had the Niku Udon dish. What could be nice is to have some more veggie sides included in the price of 25CHF instead of having to order on top.

If you're looking for a good ramen, that's not the place to go. The broth was pretty blend, the noodle too soft, and the meat too chewy

We ducked in here just as crazy rain started to fall- perfect ramen weather, and fun spot! Like being in an anime series with the theme music in the background and the wall murals. Great ramen, loved the takoyaki!

Well, I’m not going to beat around the bush…. THIS IS CRAZY IT’S SO GOOD!!! From starter to dessert, a treat. Ramen very, very close to a traditional Japanese ramen, as if we were there. A big 0 for this restaurant which has no principles for its suppliers, be careful! More than €1000 in unpaid invoices, the manager has been playing dead for months and hangs up as soon as we call him without giving a single explanation. As a restaurant customer, I prefer to be warned because I do not recommend dealing with these kinds of people

Small hidden place, open on Sundays, any otaku would be happy to be able to eat ramen to avoid the rain. Fast and pleasant service. Would recommend.

Satisfied! The service is young, friendly, quick and pleasant, the atmosphere is very nice, not too loud and there are nice small tables. The food was good but not very spicy. The prices are probably normal to high for a normal frame. The mochi ice cream was super delicious!!!

Very delicate cuisine, everything is very good, the udon is delicious. All quantities are generous and prices correct. The general atmosphere is friendly, very authentic despite the fairly small premises. The service is generally fast and efficient. I highly recommend this address for fans of udon and ramen.
