Ok for quick shopping... It's small and has a good selection

The post office counter/kiosk is never staffed and you always have to wait a long time to be served. There are only very young, unmotivated staff available. On Saturday morning you have practically no chance of buying fresh pastries as everything sells out very quickly. Even though I reported this, nothing changed. That's why I avoid this branch as much as possible. The only positive thing is the location 😏

This small neighborhood grocery store is very handy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The most important thing is there. But again, every supermarket in Switzerland, the selection and product range really leaves a lot to be desired.

Refrigerator with drinks is missing one of three doors. Not new... Wasting electricity is one thing, but it's not my problem. My problem is that most of the drinks are not cooled properly. Staff is friendly and communicates with customers during checkout.

The woman Alka is very likeable and has excellent style and is so nice to me. Me and Ms. Alka get along very well and we are besties

The supermarket is fine, but suddenly it lacks staff at the checkouts. One box is never enough.

It's good that there is an integrated post office that is open until 8 p.m. Otherwise, the offer is aimed at customers in the area at perhaps settlement-friendly prices, but not exactly neighborhood-friendly ones. A pity. Grünau deserves every bit of progress.

The store still has potential. Unfortunately, not enough cash registers are open at lunchtime and the cashiers don't care if there are ten people in line. Many employees also have a break at 12 p.m. instead of serving customers

Found everything you were looking for. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are almost always occupied lately!

The Grünau neighborhood shop. Assortment ok. You just have to check the goods a little more closely than at a normal Migros, as the franchisees are not as closely monitored.

very unfriendly staff. are more concerned with themselves than with customer service. Unfortunately the postal service doesn't work at all. the range is so-so-so-la. In general everything is a bit loveless. You can experience fresh plants wilting on a rack somewhere in the store. The shop would have extreme potential due to its location, but with this listless crew... the question remains whether there are even trained staff there? At least it doesn't seem that way to me.

The store used to function. Lately the vegetables have been moldy more often. The employees all look like they are the most listless people on earth. I hope there will be motivated and capable employees in the store again soon.

I am a daily customer at VOI Grünau and am generally very satisfied. Recently, however, smaller annoyances have been increasing, such as spoiled vegetables (in my case it was onions) or damaged packaging (Gorgonzola) which forced me to throw away the food. I also see burst sacks of flour standing on the shelf and held together by adhesive tape...

You can buy sandwiches here, which are made fresh every day by Bistro Werdwies, and they are incredibly delicious!!! A successful collaboration between VOI and Bistro! Bravo and thank you!

Mac Donalds is absolutely unhealthy and it was a mistake to go there.

A neighborhood shop with a modern look. Everything you need for your daily needs is there. There are also alcohol and tobacco products and a postal agency. The staff is young, friendly and helpful.

Migros in a different guise. The employees are very friendly and take care of everything. The quality is very good. When it comes to fruit, I'm always surprised at how much better it is at Voi compared to the Migros takeaway at the train station. Both are Migros. The store isn't too big so you can quickly pop in to buy something you've forgotten.

Small shop with Migros products. Mediocrely suitable for buying lunch. There are various snacks, but no single cutlery, napkins, etc. Not even a coffee machine is available. Another negative thing is that you have to wait a relatively long time at the checkout (often only one checkout is open).

All the basics, friendly and fast

Many of the employees, apart from the two who are mostly at the checkout (blonde and brunette with braces), are rarely greeted let alone laughed at. You get the feeling of not being welcome!!!

I think it's a shame that almost everyone doesn't have sandwiches anymore at lunchtime. I don't know of any other Migro branch that has this. I don't think it's felt at all anymore. Just get the drinks.
