We had breakfast here. It tasted very good, the service was very friendly and the price was ok.

The staff in the Rotz Café in Steinhausen serve very professionally and appreciatively. The ambience is modern, but the black furniture makes it seem quite cool. The prices are in the upper segment, but with the coffee/plait pass you get every 10th coffee or plait for free.

Had a vegan wrap and a coffee, both were really good! You can also work on your laptop for a good hour without being disturbed!

I can highly recommend this pastry shop, the apple tart and latte macchiato served at the outside table were tasty, the service (from both employees!) was wonderful and there was even a free parking space during visiting hours. The bakery impresses with its very good plaited bread and delicious schnitzel bread. The taste is unmatched. Unfortunately the schnitzel bread has become rather expensive...

Unfriendly, bad service, backwater place that trues to look modern. Espresso tasted like roadkill. The name is a perfect fit though, "Von Snot". Bravo for staying true to your name!

We meet every morning at the Handwerker Café, in the last 2 years the service has become increasingly expensive and sometimes a disaster.

It works like this, service can be significantly better, as water or the sweet biscuit with coffee is always forgotten To lay.

Breakfast is great. Everything else is on the expensive side. Unfortunately not baby-friendly as there are no changing facilities.

Best selection of bread in the canton of Zug - we also like to drive from Unterägeri to Steinhausen, simply because the bread is incredibly good!

No selection, dirty tables that are only cleaned upon request. Very limited selection of fresh sandwiches or sweets, cakes etc. As a meat side dish, more flies than guests! And all of this again. VR is definitely not what it used to be, what a shame!

Fair prices and very good quality.

There are five stars for the fine Sunday braid. It's definitely worth it! For the barley soup, I prefer to stay in Graubünden. It's too watery and not cooked long enough for me. Thank you very much.

The food is REALLY good. But if you want to have lunch on site it's quite a hassle. Certain people are allowed to order at the counter and others are directed to their seat. By the time I was finally allowed to order, what I wanted was already gone. It's really illogical to proceed. Instead of taking the order and paying once, the staff has to come to you three times.

Top service, friendly staff, large selection of products. Cherry cake at its finest because i) not an excessive amount of cherry (like in many places, but cheap cherry), ii) airy and iii) balanced taste. We can only recommend this pastry shop!

Tue 8/16/22 I've been sitting at the seat for almost 20 minutes. I've almost READ the newspaper and the waitress runs over to the next table for the third time to clear it away. Walks past for the fourth time with no response. Luckily there are other restaurants and cafes. P.S. DraOutside is waiting

It used to be a top address for unusual patisserie and snacks. However, the range has been reduced for some time and the quality has been poorer. Savings are made here, or tries to maximize profits. Unfortunately not recommended.

Great products. However, a saleswoman handled the edibles with the same glove she uses to pick up the coin. Therefore 2 stars deducted.

Too bad, the location is perfect but the service is one of the worst 😔 if someone buys takeaway and sits down instead, please say in a nice way that you will pay the difference and let the customer enjoy the food. The butter croissants weren't that good either, so maybe I'll just go to another pastry shop

Terrible place. I was just asked to stand up from the table and leave because I ordered to go. The reason I ordered to go it’s because all the tables were full when I arrived, but a table became available so I we sat down and the waitress kicked us out why the rudest attitude. This person should not be in customer service. I know Swiss hospitality is not the best but this went beyond. So here I am siting on the street drinking the coffee and eating my croissant and it is not even good! Coffee is disgusting. Never coming here again.

Very good bakery, the sandwiches and delicacies all taste fantastic and the staff is very friendly/accommodating. The workers' snack might be a bit cheaper, but for Zug standards you can't complain.

Hello everyone, tremendous disappointment, incompetent service, they make you look bad when you want to order something extra, for example with coffee, a glass of water is something I don't understand, I bought a two-day-old almond croissant, it wasn't even the same day, it seems fatal to me.

It's a shame that you can't even wash your hands when you buy something.

Good bread, sandwiches, seasonal specialties, morning meals, small lunches. One complaint is that the products on site are more expensive than on the market. Since the prices are otherwise high enough, it is incomprehensible.

Very fine bakery/café. Classic breakfast selection, fine salads, sandwiches and of course lots of sweets :-). Rather expensive and the service isn't always great either. Dogs are not allowed in the cafe. Parking spaces are limited.

Sensational pastries, sweet and salty. The store concept is nothing extraordinary but ok so far. The staff is often relatively unfriendly, seems stressed and forgets a lot, which is why and because of the very high prices only 3 stars, for the pure baking quality it would be 5!

The chocolate goodies from here are just unbelievable – fabulous – amazing!_! It is worth to go the extra mile, come here, be welcome from heart-friendly personnel and get your FORTUNATO N°4 chocolate – and be happy:-)

Probably the best pretzel croissants are available at von Rotz!!! And everything else leaves nothing to be desired. Very, very friendly staff!!!
