The restaurant can be reached via the slopes or train. Once you get there, you are quickly informed that you can order either via the app, screen or at the checkout. When ordering via the app, ski tokens can be used as payment! The food is delivered extremely quickly. However, mix-ups or incorrect deliveries can sometimes occur.... Very nicely built building, bright and friendly on the inside. We recommend! Very fine food, good selection of vegetarian food

Ordering with the Laax app, very complicated and user-unfriendly. Drinks arrived at the table after a good 5 minutes, the food then took a good 50 minutes. The orders are not processed sequentially, or does someone who pays a tip get their food quicker? or just chaos? I've eaten better in many canteens, simply disappointing for this price. Fries were kind of plain and greasy. Some unmotivated and unfriendly staff.

After 50 minutes of waiting, the food finally arrives. The pick-up system doesn't work at all. When you ask when the food will arrive, you are met with an annoyed answer.

on December 30th We waited 1.5 hours for food. The system should prevent orders from being overloaded or provide an estimated waiting time when ordering. This will only annoy the customers.

The currywurst came very quickly but the Alpnermaggaronen never came and when those next to us, who ordered 30 minutes later, got Äpller Maggaronen, we went to the checkout to ask and got cold Alplermaggaronen. Very bad system. Half the restaurant is waiting for their food and don't get it.

Very long waiting times, expensive, food just ok.

You can order at the table using your mobile phone, but also on site. The food came very quickly today and was top notch for ski restaurants. Price OK for Switzerland. In my opinion, the room temperature should be 2°C higher. But what really bothers me is the cutlery. You only get a fork for Älpler with applesauce (!), or just a spoon for Kaiserschmarrn (a fork would be better)! Nothing wrong with the landlord wanting to save money here. But at least an ordering option for "normal" cutlery, for people like me who would like a complete set, would be polite!

It has lots of seating and staff constantly tried to keep things tidy. The food menu was similar to other places on the resort but the portion was bigger and tasted better. The food arrived really fast too.

Didn't get my beer for over 30 minutes; I pointed this out to the waiters several times, but they never brought my beer. My colleague, who was the first to order, didn't get his food at all and had to go hungry and left money behind. For the price the service is a total loss. You can't even speak German with them. The service sometimes runs around with just a water bottle and is absolutely unproductive. Huge juice bar

Tedious and unpleasant system. Wrong food delivered. Mass processing of industrial goods. The entire ski area suffers from such bad restaurants. We go back to Davos or Upper Engadine.

The food was good. Conditions were friendly.

The first time we were here, the food came "in installments". I didn't like it. Today we came for the second time and everything came right away. Warm and delicious. There is a beautiful view of the mountains here. One thing I miss about this place is music. Preferably loud. Especially outside the restaurant.

The restaurant is super complicated. A mix of self-service and yet serviced. You first have to pay at the cash register and get part at the cash register, part at the bar and the menus are brought to the table. Very complicated! And it's not faster at all. Completely inefficient. Never come back! Just annoying!

Not a culinary high-flyer as a restaurant. But for a ski restaurant there is a good selection and quite fine food. Despite the announced longer waiting time, it was delivered to the table quite quickly. When the weather is nice (and no wind...) it is wonderful outside. Mountain view and view of the glacier slope. Ideal for parents to take a break and let the children do a few more laps on the slopes...

Horrible ordering system at a McDo-like terminal. They never tell you anything about possible waiting times until after you have paid for the food. Thereafter 40 long minutes pass until your food arrives. Part of it was just lukewarm. Had to personally return it to the dispensing desk to have it replaced (that went fast at least, as it was just fries). Waitors are friendly, food is just ok (never expected too much anyway at this venue). Personally I don‘t recommend this restaurant.

The food ordered at the table via the app is served extremely quickly. Fine, simple food, but ideal for a skiing lunch. Very fine almond peaks.

Slow conditions in case of few guests!

Just the typical ski slope mass processing. You don't expect anything special. The sausage salad was extremely disappointing: little sausage, industrial cheese flakes, little and tasteless sauce, but lots of green leaves. Served only with a fork without a knife. Beer glass for bottled beer only available upon request. And it was cold in the restaurant too.

Totally confusing, the staff is very unfriendly and only speaks English, you have to order via the app. Very poorly made, was very disappointed 😞.

After a wonderful cable car ride came the disappointment of my life: We were happy to eat in the Glacier Restaurant in advance. But I had never left a restaurant so quickly. The interior resembles a labyrinth. You don't know how and where to order. The staff only speaks unfriendly English and doesn't even know simple German terms like menu. When we approached another waitress, she ignored us. At the tables we found a kind of “menu” which told us how to order via the app, which was very complicated. We left immediately, I never have to go there again.

The restaurant here is rightly rated poorly! Staff don't speak German - and by that I don't mean language errors, but complete incompetence and refusal to speak German on the part of the staff. When asked, only English was replied to. The digitization of the menu is even worse: guests who want to enjoy their vacation without a cell phone can't get anything to eat here. It can only be ordered with an app that you have to download separately. Pure customer unfriendliness. We immediately turned around and left the restaurant.

Absolutely terrible organization. Waiting in line for 30 minutes to order (apparently because the app doesn't work), then waiting 1 hour for currywurst (of course you're only told that you have to wait that long at the checkout, original sound 40 minutes of waiting time and then also through an announcement a short time later). At the checkout you will be insulted because you don't have a table number. Yes, how should I know that I need a table number? I just joined the queue. Can you somehow reserve the table in advance? you stand in line? Simply unbelievable and you waste valuable time on the very expensive ski ticket. A lot of totally unnerved people. This can really be organized a thousand times better. How about taking orders at the table or simply reducing the menu a bit and making it a buffet so that you can get the food straight away? Many dishes can simply be pre-produced continuously and not just when people have ordered them. There are always people coming anyway! A kebab stand would make 1000 times more sense here than this “restaurant”. People want to enjoy some sun, eat quickly and get back to the slopes. If I want to sit around for hours with a great view, I can do that somewhere else. Next time I'll probably just take a sandwich with me. Actually zero stars, but you have to give one. At least the currywurst tasted very good and the waitress who served the food was super nice and saved the situation somewhat. Thanks for that!

We waited in line for 30 minutes to order, so we were told that we would wait 30 minutes for a coffee order... it's a shame that we didn't get this information earlier.

Absolute disaster! Endless waiting times, absolutely weak concept and poorly organized. Great before the corona pandemic, now an absolute crash! What a shame!

1 hour wait for fries and pasta. When I complained, the employee told me that it was like that and that at any time I could have canceled my order... I would not go back there. Their system doesn't work.

Unfortunately, digitization during the pandemic will continue even after all measures have been lifted. The restaurant therefore no longer has a salad buffet or à la minute dishes. The dishes are more expensive, smaller and served in plastic dishes. What a shame!

The food was delivered very quickly which was good, but not complete, the quality of the food was not good at all, the rice was hard and the vanilla cream tasted like chemicals. Price performance for Laax is quite okay.

Was bullied about "Greenstyle" when I asked for a receipt at the checkout. Paper is produced at the checkout anyway and another piece of paper is placed on the tray. Greenstyle I'm not laughing. The salad came quite quickly and was ok, but I could have saved myself the sticky hard roll that went with it, it was by no means fresh. I'd rather go somewhere else next time.

The weather and food were great.

The cappuccino tastes good. But otherwise, a big disappointment since the Covid concept. During the pandemic, okay, we had to come up with something, but now we could happily switch back to the previous mode. The ordering and serving process is incredibly impersonal and the food, served in plastic dishes and in PET bottles (there are no glasses), is of much lower quality than before and the selection is extremely limited. Much more waste is produced than necessary. This is no longer up to date. The ordering process via the app and the ordering stations is reminiscent of McDonalds.

Ordering at the table via the app is easy and delivery is very fast, but for the prices quoted, the offering is subpar. Food comes in plastic dishes and is obviously prepared (salad already soaked...). The menu selection has been drastically reduced and everything costs extra. Cheese, applesauce, sauce, etc. comes to the table in the (Hero) can. Level just below McDonald's but price twice as high. We used to always enjoy coming here, but since the new system... Today was definitely the last time we ate here.

Great app system, food is delivered to burst

This restaurant has the charm of a crowded train station waiting room: it draws through the doors, it is chaotic, cold and spacious. It's fully automated, you can only order online and you have to download an app, enter an email address, enter credit card details, the process takes forever. At least and that's why 2 stars: the food tastes good, even if it comes industrial and in a plastic plate. Total digitalization has nipped any sense of comfort in the bud. Never again...

Online ordering option is great! And then the food is served to you. The nut peak was good. We ordered a different type of tea than the one we received. That was strange and incomprehensible to us.

The Güggel glacier is highly recommended. The schnitzel, not so much.

Very nice and spacious restaurant. Top slopes around the restaurant. The coffee was at the table very quickly and also hot🔥🔥 I'll go there again and next time I'll eat something there too🤤😉 Unfortunately it was too early today but the dishes on the menu really appealed to me.

It's crazy how the restaurant has developed. Fully digitalized and everything at the table super quickly. Craziness. Even if it costs a few francs extra, it is certainly one of the tastiest meals in the mountains (ski resort) It's crazy what's on offer here. Keep it up… 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Yesterday the restaurant was completely full within a few minutes. After two days of storms in which it was only possible to drive at the very bottom, the advance gate was opened shortly before noon. In addition, the weather above was much better than below. So no wonder all the guests were up here and wanted to order food at the same time! People were waiting at every table so that they could grab any vacant seats. We heard wild complaints about waiting times at the next table. The food was very good and the young team always remained friendly, despite the gigantic crowd! Really great!!!

We ate in the Vorab Restaurant almost every day during our holiday week and were always completely satisfied. The food was very good and prepared very quickly. Even at peak times, when the restaurant was completely full inside and out, the waiting time was less than 20 minutes. How this can be achieved would be a mystery to us. 5 Stars!

It takes more than one hour to get the food. Then they delivered just 3/4 of the order and had to wait even more. The food is beliw average quality.

Unless you are in the area and they suddenly close all slopes - not really unusual - I would not recommend it. Overpriced for the food quality that you get - seems that everything is already cooked for a while so they can serve people as fast as possible. My recommendation - just go down to Laax and you can have a proper meal for less money and better service

Since Corona, the restaurant has no longer been as it once was. Small selection, especially for allergy sufferers. Waited over 60 minutes for the food even though the announcement was 15 minutes preparation time. Unfortunately, the “order conveniently from the table” system is not so convenient.. from hungry to hangry. My advice: choose another restaurant for your lunch break

We had to wait a whole hour for our food after ordering using the app. Our entire afternoon was wasted.
