Very good bakery. The grain croissants are particularly good. In terms of price, upper price range. It's nice that a smaller bakery has taken over after Ehrikerbeck.

Great selection of bread and pastries, service super friendly and attentive. The tarte flambée with leek and cherry tomatoes was ok, instead of cherry tomatoes there were three wafer-thin, halved tomato slices on it. Dough was very good, more reminiscent of pizza than tarte flambée. But it was ok for the price and we snacked on it for two and it was enough.

Very fine bakery with café. Delicious confectionery products (sablés, butter pretzels, croissants, top bread and plaited bread. Very nice service throughout the store. We like to go hiking nearby and then go to the café at the end. The location is great - right on the street and a garden center next to it.

The most popular bakery in Zurich is also my favorite bakery. The staff is friendly and committed, the products are great, the atmosphere is right and production is in Uster. 10/10

Superb setting, friendly welcome, a large sweet or savory choice. We want to eat everything, well-filled sandwiches with sourdough bread, gourmet pastries or small à la carte dishes. Famous and plentiful for a fair price. Boulangeries Vuaillat a must in the region for gourmets who love good bread and good pastries 😋👍

The egg sandwiches are great, as are the patisserie and bread, but the best are the Sablés biscuits – they melt in your mouth – super delicious! Very friendly service in the shop and in the café. Nice atmosphere in the garden café.

Continue: According to the Vuillat confectionery, Ehriker Beck's specialties should continue to be produced, unfortunately is the thing with the Fredi bread not yet successful! I brought my colleagues Fredi bread for a snack at work because I knew they would love it. The enthusiasm about the quality of the bread continued very within limits. It's a shame Compared to Ehriker Fredibrot, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Went there on Friday and both were disappointed. The desserts weren't a hit. And the schnitzel bread that I took home was a tragedy for a proud 7.80. In order to reach Ehriker Beck's level, there is still a lot of potential for improvement.

For me, the rustic sourdough bread is the next level “successor bread” to the “dark pounder”.

Super delicious bread and rolls (which stay fresh for a long time thanks to the sourdough). The pastries were also available to put in. Next time I will try the cakes too!
