Super nice bakery and very fine!

A piece or two of Vuaillat sourdough bread, some butter and jam and the day will be beautiful. Thank you Team Vuaillat.

By far (and by a very large margin) the best brownies!!! And the Carac are also a revelation. Unfortunately, I can't (yet) judge the rest of the offer. Also very friendly sales staff.

The sandwiches, tarts and salads are very good, the smaller baked goods (rolls, croissants) are average because some are too dry, the staff is very friendly. The selection is very large for this small shop (even with a separate refrigerated shelf), but the prices are relatively high.

Great. But why don't you have Sundays open too :((( .. District 3 is really stupid in that.

When I wanted to surprise my loved one with a “morning” after a romantic, sleepless night, I was very pleased that the bakery was already open at 7:00 (a clear plus point in my opinion). The waitress was already very friendly at this time and described the various types of peaks extremely precisely and accurately. I almost got called back by the waitress because the transfer with TWINT took a while and I almost left the store. Thank God, everything worked perfectly! My loved one was visually overwhelmed by the various croissants and they were also extremely tasty. The only thing I wished was that the croissants were a little crispier. However, this also turned out to be an advantage, as the bed was not full of breadcrumbs at the end - another advantage to surprise a loved one in bed with the products from this bakery...

I bought a braid this morning. Tastes exactly the same as the cheap mass-produced product from the Coop, just for twice the price. I've had croissants a few times and they were a bitter disappointment. I'm sorry but this has nothing to do with a bakery.

Bought an Epiphany cake today. Very disappointing for a bakery. Not at all fluffy like it should be and super dry. Clearly performed worst in the blind tasting against 4 other Epiphany cakes (including those from major distributors). Maybe reconsider the recipe?

Very tasty sourdough bread and, especially for sensitive digestion, the only right bread. I attended a sourdough baking course with Martin in Uster, very interesting and recommended. I've been baking myself since this course, but I always have sourdough bread in the freezer in case I don't get around to baking. Try the bread without yeast, you will be amazed!!

We regularly get the delicious sourdough bread from Vuaillat and were always satisfied. I also recently discovered that they offer surprise packages with baked goods at TooGoodToGo, which I think is great!

I work around the corner and often buy something for lunch here. But today, when I bought 12 pieces of croissants for my colleagues, I was reprimanded in the most unfriendly way that you had to pre-order for 10 pieces or more. I apologized and replied that it was a spontaneous idea. That doesn't matter to her, she has to say it according to her boss. That may be true, but you can say it one way or the other. For me it is clear: never again Vuaillat!

Finally: the art of baking from Uster also in Zurich. Bread made from sourdough is a discovery for me. Really tasty and wholesome. And what's more, it stays fresh for a long time.

The old shop didn't look modern but there was a very fine selection such as pretzel croissants with tuna etc. After the renovation the selection is unfortunately limited but still ok..

Overall ok. Bread good, croissants a disappointment (not crispy, not really buttery, pretzel croissants not enough alkaline). The quality and price-performance ratio have dropped significantly since the change of ownership and are no longer right for me (not even by Zurich standards).

I've been going to these stores (which no longer deserve the name bakery) for at least 30 years, and today I've hit rock bottom. Unfortunately, since the change of ownership, quality has declined and prices have increased. THANK YOU CIRCLE 3. This morning I had a great little sandwich with ONE slice of expired meatloaf for CHF 3.70. The boss herself confirmed that the meatloaf was old. The saddest scene, however, was when the boss looked for the employee she blamed. I would like to point out that certain people are paid more because they have to take responsibility. So it was his responsibility to know that the meatloaf was expired and not the employee. Then at 9:30 a.m. no more croissants and croissants is a scandal, even if it is a vacation time, this has never happened in 30 years. I give one star because the boss at least offered to give me my money back. This is not about money, but about the seriousness of the gastronomy. I want the good old KREIS 3 bakery and not a company from Uster (of course the prices go up), as was promised before the opening. A tip: make more breakfast than curry rice.

The roast beef sandwich was a hit!! So far I've mainly tasted breads and croissants, which were all delicious! Toll has opened a branch in Zurich which can be reached from my place of work, Helvetiaplatz, in just 6 minutes by bus😊 Very nice service; I'll definitely be back!

What a nice surprise. Great modern shop with great bacl products. The range immediately led us to make a much larger purchase than planned and everything we tried (sourdough bread, pain au chocolat, sandwich) was super delicious. I've been looking for such a great bakery in the area for a long time and now I've found it. Welcome to the neighborhood!!!

Simply brilliant, everything, everything including the brilliant suurdough bread and it looks beautiful. It's a real gem.

Wow - the rustic sourdough bread - the burner!! I didn't know sourdough bread could be so good. Better than any Ruch bread!!
