On Thursday evenings there is usually a salsa and bachata event here. From 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. there will be intensive dancing on two floors. The service is always friendly. The drinks are good.

We are still eating because the KITCHEN FORGOT us, now as a thank you we can eat in the dark because the club is open. Nachos are ok. Guacamole tastes like it comes from a can. Momos are a 3/10, the meat is not fresh and the dough is very rubbery. Waitresses don't respond when called.

A really cool club but WATER for 7 CHF is really not OK

Yesterday I wanted to go to the Urban Club and had to wait in line for far too long, even though I even had a lounge. In addition, we were in line at the entrance before 00:00 and then came in at 00:50. We were then told that we had to pay 20 for everyone even though everyone was on the girls list (free entry). The service was inappropriate and unprofessional. We were officially informed on Instagram that a raffle would be taking place in the club. The main prize -> A trip to Barcelona for 2 people. However, none of the employees on site knew about this raffle. That was just a joke! Overall, not a good experience!!!

This was my second time at Urban, event: "Sundaybruch" and I had a fantastic experience again. My friend was allowed to DJ, and the management and service staff were absolutely competent, professional, courteous and warm. The atmosphere at Sundaybruch is simply great, the music was of course great ;) and the drinks too. The entire team really tried to create a great atmosphere. I can fully recommend Urban and am already looking forward to my next visit!

People working at this club's cloakroom are terrible. You'll have to wait anywhere from 40-50 minutes, because they don't feel like working and would much rather get angry with people who just want their clothes. Other than that, very cramped, bad drinks, way too expensive. Terrible.

Restaurant/bar with several eating options. Attentive waiters and waitresses, even though there was no menu in English, were willing to explain if necessary. Burgers are really big! We ask for entry but it is not necessary 😂. The only problem is that for those who don't smoke and don't like cigarette or hookah smoke (hookah is widely used). But overall we really liked it!

Update 2020: the burgers have declined massively in quality. The meat was boring and mostly raw in the middle (not medium). 2014: Very good but expensive burgers. You'll pay 31-34 CHF for a burger with a small portion of fries. Add a drink and you end up with a bill of 100 CHF for two persons. Later in the night I ordered a "vodka with redbull" — probably the simplest drink in existance. The price: 19 CHF! That was for a random, cheap vodka and a noname energy drink. I don't think that's acceptable for such a trivial drink.

Unfriendly. Wanted to smoke a shisha with friends today. Space becomes free and we sit down. 1 minute later than we wanted to order, a guy comes and tells the manager to get us a seat. The manager comes to our table and says we have to leave and why we are even sitting there even though we were there first. Shisha too expensive and tastes ok. Was my last time.

The shisha lounge compartments (due to COVID) are quite cozy. Coal is replaced from time to time, but in my opinion not often enough.

Audience very young. Service inattentive and rude. Shisha overpriced and not good. If you want to smoke a good shisha, please don't go there.

The Burger at Vior is simply amazing. The menu offers different variations and I enjoyed so far every one that I tried. The only time my meat was not cooked to perfection the friendly waitress replaced it without asking any further questions.

I only know the restaurant. And the food here is very fine. The service is also very friendly. The star deduction is because our reservation was not available for 15 people. Luckily there wasn't much going on yet so they were able to accommodate us.

All you can eat chicken wings on Mondays. 2h and a half for 7 pieces. They were not bad but for sure not an all you can eat, since they even forgot about us after the first plate

As a passionate dancer, I have to say that DJ is a disaster. Has no idea about transitions and changes songs way too quickly. Sometimes songs can be played several times within an hour. Is more interested in watching the guests than doing his job. For the hefty entrance fee of 25 CHF (for women) I expect better music! Change the DJ!!! Not worth it for the price-performance ratio. P.S.: I am referring to the DJ at the Latin and Hip Hop parties. Techno isn't my taste but at least the DJ knows what he's doing.

Rarely seen such bad toilets! Vomit, urine, feces...and blood! 6 toilets and 4 some of them were completely blocked and unusable! I didn't know where to pee because I was afraid of catching something so I went outside a bar and asked to use the toilet! The fact that there is no cleaner there to clean and check is a mystery to me. 2-3 women lock themselves in the toilet for 10-15 minutes

The bouncers are all rude please do something otherwise the club is cool

People smoke indoors, in the basement area, exactly near the wardrobe. I left home with my jacket smelling heavily of cigarette smoke. There is cigarette smoke everywhere!!! You can't even go to the toilet without going through a smoke curtain that you are forced to inhale!

Bachelor public viewing, poorly organized! Tv too quiet and light too bright. I ordered a Redbull which ended up being £9. Even the beer was cheaper than a Redbull for 9 Swiss francs! I could buy 7 or more Redbulls at Migros for this price. Just unbelievable....

Very nice service and great ambience. We were in the basement in the lounge. The music was too loud for our taste.

My girlfriend, I and two other homies were the only guests there. We had to ask twice if we could order our coffee. When I asked whether they had lactose-free milk, oat milk or soy milk (which is to be expected in a big city), the waitress stared at me with wide eyes as if she had never heard of such a thing before. Too bad, I had to drink my coffee black. "Unfortunately" I had to interrupt her nice chat with the other two guys because she never paid attention to us so that we could finally pay. Conclusion: Lax staff and not courteous.

Incredibly good club! There is plenty of space upstairs and also a lounge for smoking. There is a smaller room downstairs, but you can smoke and dance in there at the same time. There is a bar upstairs and downstairs. The music is great in my opinion and the location is generally well located. In short: Good club Have fun:)

A club for fancy people, drinks are quite expensive but overall pretty fun. It is not a very big club, so if it is packed, I would not recommend going in because dancing space will be limited/uncomfortable. There is a photobooth which is super fun, but it usually stops working at around 2/3 am

The waitress in the almost empty restaurant is too lazy to accompany us to the table and gives us the menus to carry ourselves. New idea! Chairs, benches and walls are worn and the smoking lounge smells of smoke. It doesn't work at all! Burger was ok, but came well done and not medium as ordered.

I can't judge the club, but the restaurant with the burgers in particular: very friendly service, good selection of burgers, which are excellent (from the meat to the side dishes) and very prompt service. A great address for me when it comes to burgers! Always my pleasure!

Black people don't come in for reasons and then you get hit on stupid as soon as you don't come in! and when you're inside and you reserve a lounge, strangers hang out where the same lounge has been reserved, just for an hour or two later. and the wardrobe is here I pack out my 50.- to pay for the wardrobe that somehow costs 3.- and get 10.- back the most expensive wardrobe I have ever longed for. I used the smoking lounge on the ground floor at the back (assuming you entered via the main entrance) so this review is about that. Really helpful staff. I cannot speak German but they were helpful. Nothing in Zurich is cheap for non-Swiss people so I don’t think it’s worth mentioning it here. I can imagine the club downstairs is rocking in the evening. Hopefully one day I will try that one.

The crowd that this shed attracts is crazy. Go noisily into backyards, leave trash everywhere, pee all over the street like pigs, and do coke in public.

Security is cheeky towards everyone, including ladies. The dress code is actually open and at the door it says that guys have to wear a shirt. At the same time, there are guys there who don't have shirts on, so the dress code is apparently unclear even among the security. Simply bad organization.

Today, March 10th, 2019, we wanted to celebrate in Vior. Our Visky bottle was stolen within 10 minutes. Reported to service. After over an hour, 3 security stood in front of us. Since we wanted to exercise our rights, it was said: “It’s your own fault, you are responsible for your own bottle.” After less than 2 minutes we were thrown out. Comment: We were 3 women and 2 men there. All of them were over 35 years old and didn't drown at all because our bottle was stolen from the start. The securitas cheekily said that we shouldn't forget to report the case to the media. In the end, I paid almost CHF 500 and was thrown out after 2 hours. NEVER AGAIN vior. Securitas should calm situations and not create more crises. General behavior of Securitas is very aggressive and quick to strike. I had already heard that a guest was beaten up in vior by Securitas Hospitalreife 🤕.

Very attentative and carying service. Even took care and offered home made remedies for our tummy- pain guest. Very cool atmosphere and the burgers can stand strong in front of American guests. The Angus beef patties where cooked to perfection and exactly as ordered and the black jack burger I'll definitely will need to have again.

This Albanian bouncer named Hasan can be deported straight away as the way he behaves as a bouncer is of no use. Runs around and becomes violent towards teenagers much younger than him. A bouncer should be professional and Hasan behaves like an animal.

I was there yesterday, December 31st, 2018, I had bought tickets a week before for myself and 2 colleagues and my brother, we were looking forward to the New Year and wanted to go to Vior for the first time. Well the women got in but me and my brother didn't even though we fit in the queue like everyone else and didn't even drink! One security guy said: I don't like his face and his colleague here, even though we were elegantly dressed and there were two women there. Did he mean it like that? Now we packed up the women and went back to the hotel and came from Lausanne for nothing and our New Year's Eve was ruined, we didn't get our money back. 1st and last time in this town, security on drugs! No thanks, get rid of those straight away!

I think it's one of the best clubs in Zurich and I'm there almost every weekend. However, I sometimes find that the space is tight... perhaps you could think about a small renovation and make the smoker's lounge smaller or down. This would give you a lot more space on the upper floor. Otherwise top music (hip hop, trap, Afro beats and Raeggetton), best people (always stylish) and always friendly. The ladies on the guest list are especially nice.

First time there and i must say i had lot of fun. Good music. Very good music. I only suggest to go there in group if you are over 40, because the medium age is 20. We where lot of over 40 and we stayed till the dance floor was really too crowded of teeners for us.

Very good place to visit and start the night out, good dj's and music selection. Girls outnumber boys in here and security is very very proactive which makes you feel safe while you enjoy drinks and dance...

If you've got your party there, it is a nice location, yet pricey. For a normal club, as expected, lots of you people, 16-23, I'd guess. Plebbish. I got 2 simple srinks: 36 CHF. Smoking kills the atmosphere.

Went there (club) after several years (when it was still Sugar Lounge). This review is about its function as a club. In general, quite young people there, not the best atmosphere I've seen, but I liked the music a lot (all types of music). Not really classy club or something like that, hence -1 star for the entrance fee, -1 star also for the service & prices. I'd only go again on very special occasions. Let me state also, I'm 30+, which means I see the world form different point of view than the 18-22s that hang out there.
