Table of 10 young women, some of whom are regulars for birthday parties - errors in taking orders contested by the waitresses - 11:00 p.m. no offer of dessert too late we will close - when the bill arrives the girls offer to pay one by one by counting their meals and drinks - negative answer do your calculations on your own!! From there one of the young women asks for an explanation about this attitude and the tone rises...! And there, total loss of control on the part of the waitress... who responds by saying that such remarks or such an attitude were unacceptable coming from a veiled woman!! And finally an apology saying that she was tired because of Ramadan. The evening was planned for a birthday, resulting in a wasted meal and 10 lost customers but according to the service, not a problem.

Steaks were good but a little odd in the way they are served?!? if you want a 180g steak, they give you a meal of 1 90g steak (and veges) and then,Vince you've finished, they give you ANOTHER 90g steak (and veges)!?! Kinda odd, but kinda amusing.

This is the best meat and sauce ever. I go many times a year. Better than relais ;) Edit: 2024 and this place is still the best

My business partner and I were guests at Wine and Beef last Monday and were initially received politely. After ordering a water and a beer, we had to ask for the beer as it had been forgotten. No big deal. For starters, we both ordered the tartare as a small portion, followed by the big entrecote, which I accompanied with a glass of wine, Rosso dei Notri. The first thing we got was a very good salad with french fries, which surprised us. We had barely eaten a bite of the salad when two large portions of tartare arrived. We were confused and when we asked, they confirmed that this was correct and the starter as ordered. So we ate it and it was very good. Afterwards we got two portions of meat with fries. The meat was very good, but the fries were very soft. When I ordered a second glass of wine, the waitress brought it to me and said it was Malbec, ok never mind, the wine was good. After two portions of entrecote we were full but it was never 270g as ordered, which was ok after the large portion of tartare. On the bill we then saw that we were charged for two main course of tartare and two medium portion of entrecote, plus the Malbec and other drinks mentioned. I pointed out that we had ordered the tartare as an appetizer and asked again before we started eating. The waitress apologizes and says it was her mistake, it was a misunderstanding. Then she come back with a corrected bill and says that as we have eaten everything, she can only give us a 20% discount on the large portion of tartare instead of the starter price. This is an absolute no go. After six hours in the car, we didn't feel like arguing, so we said that this wasn't ok and settled the bill without a tip. The waitress took the order completely wrong and then they are not responsible for it. What a shame

Thank you for making us wait outside before opening time (7 p.m.) Cuisine worthy of a Flunch, a handful of frozen fries with old oil flavor thrown next to a tiny piece of meat bathed in an indefinite sauce. To decorate the plate, iron. Despite 2 steaks and wine ordered, they refused to serve us a carafe of water, under the false pretext that there were not enough carafes available (5 tables occupied max this Saturday in the room...) As for dessert/coffee, we didn't have the courage to continue the experience. A typical example of a Geneva restaurant that costs more than its share and overcharges for a lousy service. Flee, poor fools...

Very good dish, excellent meat, too bad the pinot noir by the glass is so bad (sour, almost sharp) and let's not even talk about the coffee which is the first that I discovered could dethrone that of the USA.. Last negative point for an establishment of this standard: Trap music, closing our eyes we would have thought we were in a popular bar! Why not offer less noisy and more conversational music? Apart from these drawbacks, the service is very pleasant, friendly and efficient.

It could’ve been a perfect evening. Great food but way too many guests for the staff available. We had to wait 30 mins between dinner and asking if we wanted sth else. Would’ve taken a dessert but didn’t want to wait any longer.

Slow service from the start although it was empty. The steak was cooked well. However, there was not enough meat, and too may fries, especially so on the double serving. The wine was littered with Cork residue. Sunday night, so can not rate the atmosphere in full. However, the outside layout was nice. For the price tag, it's was underwhelming more so after being informed by a local that it was really good.

Fast service. 1 menu, good meat and the legendary french fries ! Update 19/9: The fries are not so good anymore, new cook? I don't know. Toilets are dirty.

Nice beef, a bit pricey but you have a nice terrasse and service.

First time I went I ate a burger everything was great...second time 180g entrecôte served in 2 portions... salad the dish full of digital impressions glass of wine with 6 mosquitoes inside (arrived at the table as well) steak very good but the second service arrived about half an hour after I finished the first waitress rude when I was full.. no logic serving 180g in two times... Frozen fries and not fresh as indicated on the menu...

The food menu is simple and corresponds to the beef theme, for the wine list, the choice is impressive. Indulge.

The restaurant is welcoming and very large, it can accommodate many people. The waitresses and waiters are synaptic and pleasant. We booked with the fork and the discount was granted at the end. I find the prices a little high for what it is because the meats are available in two courses but there is not a lot of food each time for the price. However, the meat was very good and so were the fries. The meat is also available in organic and Halal, which is a plus. The sauce was excellent but very sweet. The mojito was also very well made and quite sweet. However, I don't understand why they don't serve a carafe of water, it's a shame given the price of everything else. Without the discount I personally wouldn't go back but overall it was good.

Service was outstanding. Portions were perfect for us but if you have a big appetite might not be for you.

An elegant and beautiful restaurant and café in Geneva, located behind the Four Seasons Hotel. The restaurant is wonderful and its outdoor seating is distinctive.

OK let's not muck around. If you want a great salad, fries , green beans and a decent steak this is the place to go. Couldn't fault it with as many wines as you could wish for to choose from. Modern, slick, good.

My HQ. I like to go there alone. Particularly in the evening. This is the time when I unwind with a good meat dish. The welcome is always warm. The atmosphere is modern and cozy. Their salad is very good! Tender meat, fresh fries and crunchy beans. Their burger is also very good and has their signature sauce! The wines go well with red meat dishes! Looking forward to coming back very soon.

The 270 gr organic rib steak served in two portions was excellent, the sauce superb, served with fries and crunchy green beans. The service is fast and the waitresses are charming and smiling, although the prices are a little expensive. I liked the modern and stylish decor.

Very good as usual, but when the restaurant is full, there is too much waiting, not enough staff, the waitresses cannot multiply. So it spoils the meal a bit, too bad.

Impeccable service, very good food (a delicious sauce with the entrecôte), a really melting chocolate cake and the espresso was great! I highly recommend. (The decoration is not great, it disrupts the experience a little)

A tasty caesar salad with French bread to start, then two portions of perfectly cooked rib eye steak and french fries.. Staff are attentive and professional no matter how busy it gets, the menu is simple and limited there are only two main courses steak and burger with bio and halal options

To be honest, the taste is not particularly delicious. However, it is quite reasonable among Swiss restaurants. It has a nice atmosphere and I think it's easy for young people to come in.

We go there to eat the entrecôte and we are never disappointed!

Nice place, service too BUT the 90gr steak is ridiculously small and served on a dessert plate! Who are we laughing at ? The icing on the cake: we have to pay for the carafe of water! We will no longer go to this restaurant. Too expensive to eat little, a real forced diet.

The setting is really great, lovely welcome!!!!!! Because on the other hand, I don't find it normal for a restaurant that refuses to give a carafe of water knowing that the customers have had alcohol as an aperitif and a bottle of wine... For the dish, the meat is certainly very good, but it's not easy to say because the meat is bathed in a sauce so... I would have preferred that we separate the sauce which is really very good……. Because next to my table, I saw a customer removing the sauce from the meat…….. And finally I find it really scandalous that the customer is not given a carafe of water after consuming alcohol.....

The ribeye with fries and salad was divine, their signature sauce is delicious and goes extremely well with the ribeye. The desserts are good, and the portions are correct, there is something for adults and children. The service is also very good, I highly recommend this restaurant!

Quite nice food. But very confusing simple menu. If I order 180 grams of steak I expect it to be on one plate with fries and beans, not two exactly the same meal of 90 grams . Staff were very confusing, admittedly a language barrier but one did speak English but couldn't be bothered. Would not recommend not worth the hassle

We tried the bio ribeye stake & burger .. the stake is good however the burger is average.

The food was great, we had the Burger and the entrecôte with green beans and fries. The staff is very pleasant and smiley which is always nice, and the sauce they put on the entrecôte was very tasty! All the ingrédients were very fresh, the salad was crispy, even in the Burger. They also have a very large selection of wines, except for rose (only 2), and a good dessert cart with lots of sorbets and a few Classics. All in all, I recommend trying this place !

I usually eat at Wine & Beef Fusterie every week. Beyond their meats, I particularly like their mojitos. With a view to having one with a friend passing through Geneva, we went to the W&B Lévrier on Sunday 21.08 at 10:30 p.m., the one in Fusterie being closed on Sunday. It wasn't my surprise when a waitress (a little blonde) explained to us that the kitchens were closed. However, we explained that we just wanted to drink a mojito... Nothing to do! “We close at 11 p.m. sorry.” We would like to point out to the person concerned that the website mentions closing at midnight and that we just want to have a drink... No effort! According to her, the site indicates bad information... And all this in front of customers on the terrace who were watching us.... Wine & Beef officially loses a loyal customer.

I don’t like the sauce it’s too salt

First time in Geneva and the first restaurant we saw. It was closed until 7 p.m. and since my mother is at risk of falling and we were waiting for the bus, there was a corner right next to the hotel entrance where you could order coffee, so I asked if we could spend half an hour outside in this restaurant, not even until it opened , were allowed to have a drink, we were told no problem. At 6:40 p.m. the person in the photo came who would NEVER in her life call herself a waitress. I told her that we were very sorry and that we only had a coffee because my mother can't stand for long. What an unfriendly reaction I received that I immediately asked my mother and my husband to leave because this person was starting to cause problems. And then she joined the conversation with my husband hellooooo ???? Are you crazy??? Which swamp does she come from???? She came with njaaa njaaa njaaa so when you imitate someone. We wouldn't even come here even if there was free food!!!!! This complaint will now go to the boss!!!! In our case, the serving girl would have said that it wouldn't be a problem because we know decency there and are careful in hiring properly qualified and capable people!!!

A beautiful smile is sometimes not enough. My companion ordered a digestive, a grappa, the waitress brought him a glass with a straw. Beautiful room decorated with taste, very pleasant, friendly, smiling staff (Claire our waitress), the menu is varied, the meat is very good, tender and the cooking is respected, a beautiful selection of wine will please amateurs and amateurs alike. confirmed, to finish the desserts are not numerous but good. To sum up, it was a good experience, I would definitely go back there as a couple or with friends👍🏻

Recommended by an Aussie guy I met in a bar in Geneva. Restaurant was excellent, very attentive, friendly staff . Food was delicious as was the wine. Can't recommend this place enough. Highly recommend if you ever visit Geneva.
