I've eaten here a dozen times now and it's still delicious! Nothing to say except that I recommend!

Very good Asian food. However, the servers are abrupt knowing that they come to remove the plates between each course, this hindered the meal. You might as well set up a system so that customers clear their plates themselves. (conveyor belt)

Bulle (FR): on this beautiful Sunday, 02.25.2024 with the sun as a guest and for a first, it was a success! At the “Wok Palais Royal Restaurant”, the warm and smiling welcome is very friendly! As we had reserved, our table for six was very well placed in a beautiful Chinese setting with pretty, very graceful female faces! One of the managers, after having seated us, informed us about the smooth running of the self-service.

The meal was perfect, nothing to say, but the atmosphere was not good. First, at the entrance to the restaurant, the owner was not friendly and seemed annoyed towards us. Then she placed us in a place away from the buffet and there was no one around us, we were alone. Luckily their colleagues changed our place and the waiters seemed very stressed. It doesn't make me want to return to this restaurant because of their behavior.

We arrive there - a small table in the background of a restaurant...the choice is good but I prefer the Chinese restaurant in Germany...the waiter was not correct (I asked him for 2 bottles of water he told me that one is enough for me 😳), heat not possible in the room...to get the bill - 15 min and you have to ask twice because the first waiter had forgotten... First visit - failure 😞 Edited comment 12.02.24 Since our last visit (04.02.24) the situation has worsened the dishes are cold (in small quantities and sometimes inedible) in the sushi there is no more fish (you can find surimi sticks for 3 chf etc...so the boss saves of course on these customers) Dessert: the macaroons are from Denner/Lidl !!!!!The prices for children have changed now you have to pay 12 chf for a 3 year old child!!!!!!! ) Fuck for the price the boss demands!!!

First of all, experience lived on a Tuesday evening....which will explain certain comments: - started off very well with the Sushis 🍣 Beautiful and very good. - hot buffet good but some dishes were lukewarm, even cold...some dishes were therefore a bit mediocre. - Tepaniaky ...did not keep his promises. My dish was pure soy although the meat was great. My son's dish was greasy when it should have had the texture and taste of peanut sauce... In short, everyone spoke very highly of it to me...but maybe I came on the wrong day.

The idea of ​​offering a varied and complete buffet is excellent. Considering that the displayed price is correct, we obtain the correct formula. However, you should not expect great cuisine. We go to this restaurant with friends, to fill our bellies without shame. It was good, nothing more. As for the quality of the food and the hygiene rules applied, I am not in a position to judge... and to tell the truth, I prefer not to think about it. The service staff are very pleasant and attentive. The atmosphere is worthy of a North American restaurant, everything is large, spacious, disproportionate in comparison to Gruyère establishments.

Maybe I was there on a calmer day. The general atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant, apart of course from a few customers with questionable education.

Following our last visit to celebrate the 1st anniversary with my girlfriend, the place is affordable but a borderline insolent staff who prefer to offer you to eat at the kebab (which I recommend at the moment) they make you stressed to finish as quickly as possible. honestly great place to make your day a nightmare. For food I don't recommend shrimp, I don't know how they make them but it makes you sick, frankly avoid it so you don't catch an illness. In terms of fish, I avoid all their fish and for desserts not much choice and a weird aftertaste. It was my last time for sure, I recommend the lagoon in Neuchâtel a little extra but to make your evening or day more splendid there will be more choice here, a magnificent view then a food gorgeous.

For desserts we were disappointed because of the lack of choice, lack of quantity and not necessarily good. The wok is a very good idea but my companion had to eat cold from it twice when we brought his plates back. Really a shame because we have a lot of buffets in Geneva and the horizon or the decor is not as magnificent but disappointed with the food. Thank you to the staff who are really very professional.

Excellent value for money and the restaurant including toilets are very clean (like a 5 star hotel). I changed my review after trying to place an order today with just Eat Eat and having it canceled an hour later because they didn't have takeaway containers, after trying to go pick it up ourselves and bring our containers we were told they had too much work, the person on the phone spoke terrible French, there was no god who understood her. I came with my friends to eat in your restaurant (there were 5 of us) where I have already had the opportunity three times to taste this buffet. The buffet is great, varied and appetizing as always, where I was disappointed is in the level of service. I had ordered a Teppan-Yaki dish, after 45 minutes of waiting, I did not receive my dish, so I decided to ask one of the waiters who brought me a plate that was not mine. He comes back to my table telling me that it must have been taken by another customer and that I should get another meal. Fortunately I have priority for cooking my meats. After 1 hour of waiting in the end. I was finally served, when asking for a bill, I asked if it was possible to make a gesture regarding me given the one hour delay on my dish. The waiter was very unpleasant and humiliating and told me he couldn't do it because he wasn't the chef. I asked to chat with him, but he didn't want to, so he told me buy me a drink next time, I told him he won't remember and that's when he said to me, I quote, "If you cry next time like you cry today today I will offer you one” So is this the attitude of a normal waiter? My friends and I were outraged and shocked to hear such comments. It’s a shame because I was the one who invited my friends to eat there. One thing is certain none of us will set foot there again because of your server who was so mean and humiliating. Establishment that mistreats customers who want compensation!

As a result, the atmosphere is not very pleasant, there are a lot of people and we are very crowded, I couldn't have my conversation without hearing the table next door. The cuisine seemed good to us when we tasted it with a few exceptions, but after leaving we really felt bad, especially in terms of stomach, and it was due to "cooked" food, but which in fact was half-cooked. ... In short, for me and my boyfriend, we don't think we'll come back, it's our worst restaurant experience....

The service was awesome because the manager came and got me and told me to get the fresh made stir fry before they closed.
